I’ve been coming to this place for 12 years now. David and Wendy have done an awesome job. I love that they are family oriented and have some beautiful children. They recently remodeled and it looks awesome. The staff are great, it’s a very calming atmosphere, and if they get too busy, they call others in to take care of their customers. They do great work on nails, nail art, pedicures, waxing, facial treatment, and also have hair stylist. They just need massage. Hint hint David. Lol. Every time I have gone I have been satisfied. They have always provided great customer service and have a rewards program. Why do think I’ve been going so long. I’ve read over these reviews and I want to say I have not had any such things happen to me, as well as, why would anyone try to walk in for any service, that was not an appointment, at 7:35pm knowing they close at 8?Thanks to all of you at Di Va & Da Vi nails. Keep up the good work.

I got waxed here and it was the worst experience ever.

Young lady that did my set had been doing nails for three years needed to pay way better attention. My nails was uneven.. I asked for them to be semi thick .. she didnt take the time to file them down so it looks like a blob of acrilic on them.. she was in such a hurry .. but there wasnt a line to help the next customer.. wont be back again

I bought my daughter a gift card to get her nails done for christmas. This was the first time she had ever had her nails done. When I picked her up from her appointment she was so upset. Her nails were uneven there was glue and acrylic under her nails that were huge. The colors she picked were not the same as what ended up on her fingers. She had a few actual designs in mind but the nail tech never asked her and her being a 16 yr old girl she didnt know what to say. I was going to go in and say something but my daughter was just ready to go. Find another salon dont go here.

I went and got a perm on 10/21/2017 at this salon. If you could see my end results, you would think I asked for a relaxer. I paid $110 for the perm and $15 for the haircut. I am not satisfied and I asked for a refund of the perm amount and was offered only $28 in certificates for their salon. I worked really hard for my money, as I am a full time student at Wayland, a working mom to 5 kids and have to pay a mortgage, bills and a vehicle payment. I could not even afford the perm, but decided to get the perm to save me time in the morning for assignments and getting my kids ready for school. These people have no sympathy are not wiling to see reason. There is no satisfaction guarantee, there is a no refund policy and I will never return. To top it all off, I was treated as if I committed a criminal act asking for my money back. I have never been treated so rudely and felt as if I have been robbed. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

My nails started chipping the first day and a week later it tore off my nail.

Went in about 7:35pm and wasnt greeted at the door. Finally a lady comes and says theyre closed. I said your card says yall close at 8:00pm. She says my manager said theyre closed. If you advertise that you close at 8, than close at 8. dont close at 7:35. Thats practicing bad business guys. Come on!

Service is good staff is friendly always checking on us to make sure we are OK.

Took my baby girl for a eyebrow wax for the first time. Jackie was exceptional and very helpful in calming her down.

Do a great job of manicures and pedicures. Has a wide selection of nail polishes, lacquer and styles for the nails. Do a great job with nail art.

Walked in with a group of about 12 people and only 4 had an appt. We were in town for a funeral and needed some pampering.They were very accommodating and quick about getting everyone taken care of. Great prices, wonderful work! Everyone in and out in 2 hours with mani/pedi and waxing! Cant wait to come back in a couple months for them to do wedding nails!

Wouldve given 5 stars but already lost 2 nails and paid way more for them here. Expected better

I thoighy i was paying for a good set of nails but after a week the gel polish started to chip and look ugly another thing is that every time I go my nails in the end are either bumpy or non buffed out or have air bubbles in the polish so i am having to return and get them fixed i have gone 2 times and those were my last 2 times
