Anytime I go (2-3 weeks) for a nail dip, longer for summer pedis, I am always greeted by my name because when you become a regular that is how it is done! I do not call but just show up and never had to wait but again do not usually go when I know they will be busy either. I have never had a bad experience here and I try never to be in a hurry.Things happen every where and no one is perfect, its more of how you handle it.So remember when you leave your comment, it does affect a small family business and during these covid times, they need our support more now more then ever! If you have a problem, speak up! believe me they will make it right. Love this place!

Very nice attentive people

I wanted red nails with white stars and he decided on his own to do red stars because it’ll look better. So he didn’t give me what I wanted. I also worked hard to get my nails long and healthy so I wouldn’t have to use the tips anymore. Well he Thinned then out to much to where he was burning me. And he told me “it’s okay if it hurts” and no my finger nails hurt 24/7. horrible job and terrible service. wasn’t worth the $55.

Absolutely love my nails. Jay did an awesome job. He definitely did exactly how i wanted them. If u want an awesome clean environment to get ur nails done definately go by there and ask for Jay. They have a great selection and are not overpriced at all.

Save your time and your money...the employees are rude and dont even do what you ask when it comes to your nails they just do whatever they want...

First off they the guy is so rude and it took forever and he said it was my fault I moved when he was sanding my nails and my finger started to bleed and he still put stuff on my nail and I may have a infection now and he kept saying relax when I was so I rate them 0 stars

I got the younger guy. He didn’t talk to me at all so I sat there awkwardly the whole time but he was quick and did a perfect job. My nails look so nice and exactly like the picture. Thank you :)

Such a good experience. My nails look amazing!

It was awful, the worst experience I’ve ever had! So me and my grandmother went for my birthday and we had 2 pedicures and manicures. So when we were getting our toes done they kept screaming at a little kid. meanwhile a rat ran out in the salon and the man tried to kill it and it that doesn’t say an unsanitary salon then i don’t know what does. meanwhile, they charged us 120$ Except it was supposed to be 90$. All I’m saying is this is the worst one in plainview it your asking me!

This place used to be great, but lately I’ve been really disappointed in quality.

Will not be coming back here. He was so in a hurry and did such a bad job on the whole experience. Definitely not worth what I had to pay.

The whole experience was terrible. The guy was rude and in hurry. And the lady was yelling at my 6 month old baby. My nails are uneven and and he was in such a rush. He cut my skin and told me I could leave before my nails were dry so they got messed up when I opened my car door. Definitely not worth $40 and I will not be going back!

I had the worst experience ever! The man that did my nails cut my finger and when I jumped he told I was fine. I was trying to get it to quit bleeding and he stood up and raised his voice stating he didnt cut me and I was fine. Then he didnt clean polish off my fingers and when I ask him to he sighed and got rough with my fingers. My nails are not square like I asked and I still have glue on my thumb. He wouldnt clean that off either. My suggestion if you go is dont let the older gentleman touch your hands.

She rushed through my shellac manicure and it looks terrible with them chipping after 1 day.

Got some fake eyelashes put on and they said it will last up to 2-3 weeks and 3 days later my eyelash is hanging off so I had to take them off and it ripped some of my real lashes off.
