My haircut was good. But balayage was also terrible done. The color was orange yellow not even close to a golden brown. Overpriced to the job they actually did. Two words come to mind Never Again. But if u do go here, check their work right there. Never pay until u are sure they completely did the job asked for.

My stylist started workimg there and thats why i go there. Its clean and nice.

I will say that the haircut was great - the stylist replicated the photo I showed her perfectly - couldn’t have asked for better there! The “balayage”, however, is blotchy, the tone is out of control and yellow, and the highlight placement and size is just completely unnatural and awkward on half my head. Incredibly disappointed.

Susan is a wonderful stylist! She can cut, style, color ( low-lights, high-lights, full color) and gives the best advice. She is friendly and has wisdom to know what will work and what wont. Her years of experience are worth going to the JCP salon. The salon itself is a standard JCP salon.

My husband and I had hair cuts and I also had my hair colored. Our stylist was Katie and in two words “Never Again”!After my color was done I noticed that the hair by my ears was still gray. She offered to re olor that part but after being there that long I did not wish to stay any longer. I actually had to bring that to her attention which makes me wonder about other areas not quite as visible.Both our cuts are choppy and we are both very dissatisfied.I really don’t feel she should be left alone to do any hair styling, although she was very friendly and sweet, just not a good hair stylist.

I went here for the first time a couple weeks back. I met with Jackie to get my hair cut and styled. She was very attentive and listened to what I was asking for. I dont trust most people with my hair but I know I can trust her. She did a great job and I will return for further service! :)

This salon ruined my hair color; subsequent redo did not correct it either (by a different stylist) so I had to seek help from another salon. I now dont have the hair color I had originally wanted and will spend years trying to restore the condition of my hair. Manager didnt apologize or offer anything extra either. I guess its just my hair, no biggie-right? If you dont want orange and yellow hair when you asked for some low-lights, then I suggest you stay away from this salon.

Megan N. Cut my hair and it turned out fantastic! She saved my hair from a previous cut that was horrible. Id totally recommend her!
