The only place to go! This shop is so clean and beautifully decorated. All the women that work here are very pleasant, professional and welcoming!! You quickly become friends with them. The work they do is absolutely beautiful, I ALWAYS get compliments from people after getting my nails done. I highly recommend European Beauty Lounge youll never want to go anywhere else!

I went in today and got my nails done by Vanessa and I just want to say that not only was the area clean and very nice in sanitary but it was also an amazing atmosphere everyone there was happy and in a good mood and all of the employees were really friendly and they were all really friendly with each other and other her and was just a very nice atmosphere and environment. Also Vanessas got skills 🔥💯

This is my go to salon. I have been going to Vanessa for over two years now. I really love how she does my nails. I normally always go for a no chip and some occasions I’ll do acrylics but vanessa takes her time and really makes sure you love your nails. I’m always the one to ask for some complicated designs and she always does them exactly how I ask if not even better. I truly believe her work is worth all the time.Not only is her work amazing but she’s also the sweetest!I 1000% recommended Vanessa for all your services!!

This place is just amazing. All the girls are nice and professional. The nails I get every time are just exquisite and they last 3-4 weeks. They make you feel like a queen all the time.

This is a decent place to come for a manicure. I wasn’t very impressed with the service of my pedicure, but the prices for both was about average.

Went in today for gel overlay on my nails and as always the service was amazing the girls super friendly and all around great. And of course per usual I absolutely loved how my nails turned out!

Manicure set do not disinfect. they take out from the bedside table and then put the manicure set back. Also they do not soak hands in water before manicure. therefore the procedure is very painful. and given that the manicure set do not disinfect, they can bring diseases and injure because they cut the cuticle

I cant say enough good things about everyone at European Beauty Lounge. It is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and wonderful salon in the Western Suburbs (or all of the midwest even- I feel like I have tried every single one!). They pay such close attention to detail and make you feel like family when you become a regular. Bojana, the owner, is one of the sweetest, most genuine humans Ive met. I recommend this salon to everyone I know and will continue to do so forever :)

Marija did an incredible job with my eyelash extensions! I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to go to someone who knows what they are doing when you get your eyelashes done. A couple years ago, I had my eyelashes done somewhere else and getting them put on was very uncomfortable, almost painful. Then after my eyelids felt so heavy and I couldn’t stand the feeling of the glue. After Marija did my eyelashes, they felt so light and comfortable! I can barely feel them and they look gorgeous. The technique she used was so much better than what I’ve experienced in the past. I will definitely come back here to get my eyelashes filled and I will recommend Marija to all of my friends.

I recently moved to the area and had to find new business for services I was getting previously. I did A LOT of research and I found this GEM! I wanted to get a mani/pedi but they were booked and only was able to get the pedi. Vanessa took care of me and she took her time. I was impressed at how meticulous she was. I had to come back! This time Dragana took care of me for my no chip manicure and she was amazing too! Again, she paid close attention and did an amazing job. There is not one sliver of my nail showing. Plus the design is super cute. The staff here treat you like you’re a person and not just a number where they do everything quickly just to get to the next customer. You guys know what I mean 😒. The space is well organized and clean. Make sure you book in advance! Oh and there is no front entrance you have to go thru the back.

This place is a hidden gem! Discovered it a few months ago and have bee. Coming back ever since! They are so consistent with their work and very detailed oriented. I always get the dip manicure and for the price and service I would argue this place is one of the best in the area.

I almost can’t put into words how amazing my microblading turned out! Bojana seriously knows what she is doing. I’m in the beauty industry myself and have done a lot of searching for the perfect tech to finally give me brows and I absolutely made the right choice! Bojana did impeccable work microblading my eyebrows. I got this service done in January and my second appointment in March and the work has healed and lasted perfectly over the last few months. The best no chip manicure I ever had! So precise, clean and thin! All the girls are so nice and friendly. Salon is clean and so much different then other salons in the area. They take time and do not rush with the service. I enjoyed my time here!

I loved this place so much! The technicians were very sweet and friendly! I came in with the Groupon deal for no chip mani and pedi but I wanted my nails to be longer so the technician Kim offered to do dipping powder with the fake nails. I wasn’t sure what it was so she explained it and throughout the whole process explained what she was doing! I also wanted a metallic gel color but they didn’t have the shade I wanted and she offered to do chrome nails and I absolutely fell in love! Definitely worth going here. I felt like I was in good hands and if she ever felt like something was off, she would do it again and make it absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend!!

I had the most awesome no chip pedicure with margareta! She was so sweet and very detailed, she did 3 coats so that my nails would look absolutely perfect! Chairs are comfy but not massage, very cute nail salon! Get customer service!

Beautifully decorated, very clean, bright and elegant. Pleasant music and easy English communication. My nail technician was cheerful, careful and paid attention to detail. Great customer service! Im sorry I didnt catch her name, but I will be a repeat client . At first I was disappointed that there were only posh chairs to sit in and not massage chairs, but I soon forgot about the massage chairs that I had become accustom to from other salons, and didnt miss it because of the other positives that this salon offers. The salon had a clean fresh scent and not an overwhelmingly strong chemical odor which has turned me off from several other nail salons. Reasonable priced too.

Visited European Nail Lounge for the first time. I had Kim do my nails. Loved them! Love her! She gave me a very cool stamp on my nails. They turned out awesome. She had several to choose from and took her time helping me to pick one out.The nail lounge is beautiful. Light and clean. I enjoyed my service and will definitely be back.

Updated: I received a call from the owner and she was very apologetic and so was the nail tech from the previous visit. I really appreciated the conversation and she was beyond kind and offered me a gift certificate which I didnt expect at all. The apology was good enough. She seemed like a nice lady and really values how a customer feels. Will make time to go back for an appointment since its close to home and the owner and nail tech made an effort to reach out.I have been meaning to write this review. I made an appt. And showed up 10 min.early. Only one nail tech was there and was with a client. She told me she was running a few minutes behind. I get that. However, I waited over 17 min. Yes I counted the wait time on my watch. The tech and client just casually continued their conversation. I got up and left. Very disappointed that for a first time customer, I didnt matter. I went to another salon that same day without an appt. And was happily given a friendly nail tech and loved my nails. I will go there from now on and will never return here.

I truly don’t know where to start. I have had my nails done by Bojana, GaGa and Vanessa. They are all amazing. I love that they do it all by hand filing and no electric tools ( less chances of hurting). The salon is clean and the vibe is upbeat and fun. I love seeing all the ladies and catching up on life. They make you feel at home and are all perfectionist. I have yet to have a disappointing appointment and I go twice a month. I have also had my brows microbladed and they look amazing!!! Thank God Bojana was so patient (I was a nervous wreck). I get so many compliments on my brows and my nails. Today Vanessa gave me a mani/pedi and she was working with a toenail that was split and she fixed it and made it look better than it ever has. My nails look absolutely PERFECT!!! If you are looking to spend the quality time to get a quality service, this is the place!!! Thrilled and love finding the best Salon I have ever gone to (30+ years getting nails done). I honestly love this nail salon!!! I have been going to European Beauty Lounge since December 2017 and I love them. Bojana and Gaga are super nice. They love to engage in a conversation with me. If I ever chip my nail, I know I can call the salon and bojana or the other nail technicians will be happy to fix it. I honestly feel like I have a special bond with bojana and Gaga. They are such a welcoming salon and I highly recommend coming here.

Overall my experience was ok. The shaping is good, but honestly my cuticles look worse than when i came in. I have scarring on 2 cuticles, my paint job is uneven, and when I was done the technician left all the dust and peeling skin on my fingernails. I had to go back in the have someone clean my nails. I mean I wouldnt go back, Im a nice person so I didnt complain, but tbh I wouldve perferred another nail shop.

The salon owner Bojana did my eyebrows using Microblading technique. She precisely measured them, drew the shape and we picked the most natural color. Bojana was very patient, took her time and answered any of my questions throughout this process. I am very happy with my eyebrows:) I could not trust anyone else. All of my friends that went to Bojana could not be more pleased with her work. I highly recommend European Beauty Lounge!
