Absolutely awful. the fact that i paid 70 dollars for a full set that weee supposed to be coffin shaped and was quite possiblyone of the easiest designs, and they look awful. the guy was rude and hurt my cuticals so bad. the lines on the french tip aren’t even straight or even. will never be going back.

Loved everything about the service and it was fast. My nails look amazing and they are ready for my party! The guy was amazing but I didn’t catch his name. 10/10 would recommend.

WORST NAIL PLACE!!!! I went in for a take off and a full set white acrylic. The take off they didn’t care that they were causing me pain. Then he put clear acrylic on my nails and I told him I wanted white. They then started arguing with me and were being rude. So they put clear acrylic powder then painted the nails with white nail polish. Lol they then charged me $80. I asked for white acrylic and they gave me clear acrylic with white nail polish! Don’t come here for acrylic nails. Also when they put the acrylic on my nails they started burning and turning red. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ACRYLIC NAILS. I also asked for coffin and they are so thick and oval shaped. They are rude and not professional. I will never go here again.

I went in for a fill in, having had my nails done elsewhere. The lady that did my nails was very patient and didnt make my nails overly thick so they feel more natural. I will definitely be going back again.

Their prices in the shop were not the same as posted on their website. Quality of work was pretty good however, I asked for acrylic set and was charged for a gel set. They were short on staff and its understandable to rush a bit, but my girls got manicures and they were rushed through the whole process, I feel like I paid $15 each for them to just get their nails painted real quick.

The nail technician was very friendly and my nails look great! They were also incredibly clean and professional with everyone who came in.I will definitely make an appt for my next visit though. We arrived right as they opened and were still asked to come back an hour later. I did appreciate that they were transparent about this instead of asking us to sit for just a minute that turns into an unacceptable length of time.

If I could give a zero, I would. I came in at 11:30 am and was set an appointment for 1:30. I came back in at 1:20, and proceeded to sit until 2:30, until someone who had missed an appointment left and came back, was sat in front of me, and then asked for a pedicure also. I was put on hold for wanting a full set of nails. There was someone doing pedicures. Not only did I get skipped, but it was by someone who wasnt even scheduled and someone who asked for more than she already asked for. I will NOT be back.

Love this place! They are very nice. Like many, I am pretty picky about my nails but Tony perfects them every time! I always call to make an appointment & have never had any issues getting right in at my scheduled time.

I brought my niece to your facility as part of a girl bonding day. Thank you for making our 1st visit so enjoyable. We love our nails!

Worst place Ive ever gone to in my life! As usual i wish i could give them 0 stars beyond mad with the quality. The lady rushed through my fill-in so that she could finish another ladys pedicure. Yes, i couldve asked for it to get fixed, but it was messed up so bad the first time around, i wouldnt DARE ask them to try again. I voiced my concern with the colors and was told it will look better once the clear is put on. This place was awful! Do yourself a favor and dont waste your miney on this place!

I was recommended to go here from a co-worker. I just started having my nails dipped, first experience was in Florida. Ivy did an amazing job, my nails are perfect! I am now going to schedule a pedicure with her as well! My co-worker said she did a great pedicure also!!

Very professional and fast. I was there with my daughter to get a full set done. When a lady came in belligerent and rudely cut in front of me, forcing the staff to help her. I was made to wait. NO FAULT OF THE STAFF. They handled the woman with dignity and I couldn’t be happier with my service and love my nails. Thanks so much!!!

Went here on a Sunday since my nail salon was closed. I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure. After being under the ultra violet light and fan for twenty minutes they informed me I was good to put on my socks and boots. When I got home later that evening half of the nail polish on my toes came off. I returned the next day to have the polish removed and get a refund. They refused a refund because they provided a service. I just wanted the rest of the gel removed and half of the money back that I paid for (pedicure). Needless to say I had to sit while he removed the rest of the gel nail polish and reapplied. Walked out in the winter with the thin throw away flip flops they give to ensure it would not come off. Never had this issue at my other nail salon on RT 267. Sadly they have bad customer service.

Love this place! Its clean, and they do a thorough and great job. I especially appreciate the hours, so I can still go somewhere after work with no wait. Theyve made some updates recently, like new chairs, more colors, and heated stones. Ive tried a few places around Plainfield, and this place is my new go to.

They were beyond amazing! They still took me and took their time on my nails even though it was closing time for them. The lady before me was very rude to the guy doing her nails, she was drunk, but he was still polite to her. After moving on to my nails he did not complain. Just very amazing and my nails look great! The new management here is awesome and if youve had a bad experience here before, I urge you to give them a second chance because they really made me happy today and totally went out of their way.

I have come here for acrylic nails several times and every time they have always done an amazing job. They’re staff are always nice to me. I am always happy with how my nails turn out as well. :)

I have been going here for many years, but stop going due to the fact it was very dirty, BUT then I saw they were under new management and had remodeled, so I went back and it’s very clean, so now I will continue to go back the. new Owners are very nice fast and do a great job

Went here for the first time two weeks ago. The service and quality of work were great but I have concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. Counter tops were dirty, technician did not wear gloves even after I told him I have a fungus infection on a big toe, and i question how well they cleaned the basin after the pedicure. All of this leads me to wonder about the cleanliness of their instruments.

They were great. We had an appointment at another salon but they had forgotten to write it down and it was going to be a two hour wait. Victoria nails got my daughter, myself, and my granddaughter in right away. They were friendly and very accommodating considering my granddaughter is only 5. We will continue to get mani pedis here!!!!

Horrible place. Quoted me $30 for full set acrylics. Charged me $60. And I didnt even get anything but the nails and French manicure tips.

I went to this nail salon back in July. Even though there is a waiting list, I do not mind the wait. I go here every once in a while due to high prices. I have never had a bad experience with the people that work there. They like to make conversation and they take extra care when doing my nails, even if its just a simply fill and polish.

Very rude. I came in the nail salon at 7:15 pm and they told me to come back tomorrow.. you guys close at 8 pm.. if your not going to take people after a certain time then advertise that.... waste of time

I like the fact that they use plastic bags when doing pedicure! The reason for the 4 stars is they need more than two people working on a Saturday

Victoria nails has an extremely poor color selection. the sample color on the outside of the nail polish i chose was misleading and nowhere near the color on my nails. the service was poor as well. the paint job was sloppy, there were blotches of nail polish on the skin around my nails. i do not recommend this place and will most likely never go back.

Came here for pedicure because Show Hand was under renovation, they did not let my feet soak at all just started working right away several times I made her stop digging into the sides. Not as thorough service as I have gotten at other places, would only come back as a last resort.

I always come in everytime and i had my nails done for 3 days and I went in so I could get them to fix them and they got in a attitude making it seem like it was my fault which was not very rude and never coming again I’m supposed to be the customer and they treated me really bad never going again

Giving 1 star is too much but it wont let me post without 1 star marked.Will never go here again, went and spent $40 to get nails done and in less than a week they were pealing up and there is bubbles all throughout the acrylic. Stopped in today to get a refund and she ended up redoing them for free because I refused to pay again. Still have bubbles and she was very rough and ended up making 3 fingers bleed at cutical because she kept filing too low. I originally paid for gel polish and she tried doing regular polish till I insisted that I paid for fell originally and thats what she was going to do now. I will never go back. This is the absolute worst experience/nail job ever

It’s says they open at 9:30, they do not. They do not open till 10. I waited and still no one was there to open.

Came in at 7 on a night that they stay open til 8 and was turned away. I was told that they close at 7 and to come back the next day. The sign on the door and website state 8. I drove a further distance due to them being open later. There was also only one other person in the salon besides me. I never had my nails done here and I am not going to give it a chance.

I went to get a polish change for my gel and made the mistake Id not soaking it off before going. The guy dipped my fingers in the acetone and then proceeded to use the Dremel to take the polish off! When I told him to stop because that is not the right way to take it off he argued with me!

I have had my nails nd pedicure done.. Never an issue great service, politeness has never been an issue, nice clean property,I have even used their lavatory nd it was also clean....If you had a bad experience you probably have an issue because this place is on point.

It was horrible i went in thursday and by saturday 3 of my nails already have came off they are all different lengths too . and i had her take them off the first time & redo them because she cut them waay to short . i will never return to that place again they dont know what they are doing at all!

Very nasty do not go here for a pedicure. They do not sanitize anything! After my pedicure I watched him rinse everything off with cold water and use it on the next person. The entire place is dirty I will never ever go here again
