Some days a girls just needs some pampering. I feel so relaxed after my appointment. My tech did my pedicure and my feet feel and look amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in I got a greeting and was in a chair in under 5 minutes. Ann was my nail tech and she was so nice! She started conversations and made my nails exactly how I wanted them. They were not too thick or thin. I am DEFINITELY coming back.

They have my feet feeling like I was in heaven and I got a 16 and a half size foot. Nancy has the best hands in the business!!

The quality of the gel pedi I received, if I had seen what I saw later that night when I arrived home, I would have never went there. She didn’t scrub the dead skin off my feet properly: AT ALL. It was a rush job. I didn’t realize how bad it was because the lotion she used masked the poor quality work for hours. When I did finally get home, and felt my feet; they were still rough and peeling. Am not going back and I can’t recommend them. First time there and I was highly disappointed. It’s been a week and the only thing I can say is that the gel polish is lasting.

I finally found a Nail Salon! For the past 3 years of living in NJ I could not find any nail salons that were like the salons in NYC, most of the salons are over priced, rude and more focused on selling you different services instead of just making sure you are happy with the service. NAIL 3000 has exceeded my expectations! They are very professional; pleasant, the prices I love and I was able to show a picture of nails I wanted done and sit back and not worry about having to coach the technician, she knew exactly what she was doing and they also took well care of my daughters whose manicure also turned out very beautiful. My daughter was so happy for her first experience and I was very happy with the outcome of my nails too. I wasted money for a horrible service at Capital nails and so I decide to take the extra money I would of spent if not more at another salon and decided to use it towards the tip because these women at Nail 3000 deserve it. If there are any negative reviews I’m almost certain it has to be from people who have an overall issue with life itself because I did not encounter any of the negative comments I read which by the way were hardly any found anyway. I am happy I did my research and found NAIL 3000. My favorite part is that they don’t push services in your face they ask you once and whatever is your answer that’s what they go with no pressure.

They rushed through my nails, and my nails look nothing like what I wanted nor should I have paid for them to look the way they do. Dont get me wrong they look alright but I dont think Ill be returning.

Ive been to this salon about 4X now.Usually On a Sunday .Pros-1. The price is right ! I got a pedicure with gel polish and French which was $32!2. Owner is friendly and will greet you upon entering the salon.3. Use disposal pedicure instruments. And you can save yours to bring for next time.4. Parking is good in the location.Cons1. If your looking for luxury it’s not here lol2. If you pay with a card, there’s a $4 charge . SO BRING CASH!

The worst!!! Experience in nail salon ever!!! A week from today I got my nails done. Acrylic with regular polish. The first day my the acrylic chip, by the third day another nail broke half off. I decided to go get them repaired and share with the salon what my first time experience was like. The first thing the lady who works at the salon said was “ I don’t need your money, you can go somewhere else and after three days we not responsible”. So I said to her “I was sharing what nail experience with you and if this time it could be different by protecting & covering my nail better and I will be using a different polish and I’m not looking for anything for free!” I then ask her if someone who do my nails and she said have a seat and then told me that no they will not service me and I need to go somewhere else! Now... where is the compassion for my nails, where is the customer service and I didn’t know you can’t tell someone who you pay your hard earned money too that the last time you was serviced it didn’t go so well! I will not be recommending this salon to anyone! POOR SERVICE

Horrible customer service amid COVID-19. I called to see if you needed an appointment for to get my eyebrows after reading the note on the door. The interaction on the phone was very confusing. First I was told that I needed an appointment. Then after saying that I was outside I was asked if I had cash. While I was standing at the door one of the women opened the door for another customer then closed it in my face then I was hung up on.

I absolutely love this place. I only go to this nail spot to get my nails and feet done. I have tried others but the work most of the staff put in on a good day at Nail 3000 is good. The price doesnt kill your pocket. If youre in the Plainfield area you need to check them out. The shop is clean but be prepared to wait a little they area busy. Yes they have parking in the back.

I probably prefer the males to do my nails for some reason they do a better job! But Ive been going for ten years here whenever I need a wax or manicure or pedicure... Good prices and nice staff! Clean and usually busy... That says alot on its own.

Worst customer service I ever experienced!!!1. They do not greet their customers so you hope they see you and take note who is next to be serviced. I been an customer one and off due to their lack of customer appreciation. I seen customers be looked over plenty of times due to not greeting their customers and taking note who comes first or last.2. It’s always overcrowded.3. They do not honor appointments with customers. They will pretend as if you didn’t make one.4. They constantly talk about their customers in their native language.They act if if they are doing you a favor by coming into their salon when in fact they are just like all the other basic nail salons.

TWO days after getting my nails done the gel is already chipping and cracking waste of my money!!!! Go to capital they are a bit more expensive but definitely worth your money unlike this place.

Im from NYC but my boyfriend just moved to Plainfield NJ so I have been staying there for the weekends and needed a place to do my nails. Saw this spot on maps search nearby and figured Id give it a try. Ann was the 1st to greet me and did my nails. She did an awesome job and also suggested I take a cheaper option to do for my nails because it made better sense. My nails came out great and they also did my boyfriends mani pedi. Since it was his first time ever doing this, they were very gentle with him and made him feel comfortable.

As long as you get there early you will be fine. If your coming without an appointment on the weekend you will have to wait.

Nail 3000 is amazing place and it provides awesome service. I have been through nail salons from years ago and nothing tops them. My fav tech is Lisa, hands down she gets me. She has been doing my nails and waxing needs for thirteen years now. I work away from home so Im constantly on the go and my loyalty with her still lies. I make sure Im set before leaving out and if I have to wait because she maybe out which is rare I make sure I accomdate her schedule as well (loyalty). Nail 3000 isnt just a business but a family/friendly place who provides amazing service with laughter and smiles.

This is an ok place, rude staff, always packed, no organization. Cheap quality material used for the nails. No wonder the prices are cheap.

It was ok for years until recently. The waits are long, even when making an appointment which SHOULD NOT be the case. The atmosphere has started to make me feel uncomfortable due to them speaking about their customers in their language right in front of us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I went there today for the first time and the job that was done was horrible. The nail polish is sloppy, the shape of the nail is not the same as i had it when i went in & and it’s over all thick. I wouldn’t bother going again. There’s nothing worse than paying for a service and walking out disappointed.
