I’ve been coming to Pro nails for about 4 or 5 months now, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. There’s a calm and inviting atmosphere when you walk in, and the nail techs are great. Recently my last set was done be Paul and I love them !! This design was out of the norm for both of us, and I think he did great!! PSA, I suck at taking pictures of my nails.

I had the pleasure of having ms. lily. she was very kind and answered all questions i had. most of the time, nail techs keep very quiet but i had a very enjoyable experience of having an actual conversation with her. she even recommended that i step out of my comfort zone (and i did!). my grandaddy recommended this nail salon since we are visiting from out of town and i wish i could have a very wonderful place like this back home. i, as well is my mother and father, came in without appointment and were seated right away for our pedicures. my mom and i were then seated and taken care of with manicures. 10/10 will come back when in town next time!

They are very nice but this is not a very flexible salon. I came with, what I thought was a very simple design in mind, but they could only do similar and not exactly what I wanted. Ill probably be looking for a different salon, but I recommend their service for simple manicure.On the right is what I wanted, and on the left is what I paid $65 + $5 tip for. Im not happy with this.

There are no words to describe my experience. Tech chose my pedicure, colors dont match my toes to fingers nails. I was with my husband he also received a pedicure and a plain manicure. I still cannot figure how the price was $124 with a 10% discount. Felt rushed done within 45 minutes. Will not return.

I used to come here years ago and when I moved needed to find elsewhere...now that I moved back in the area Im so happy I finally came back to pro nails. 1 they treat you like family and all are very nice and friendly 2 fair prices. Crystal slayed at my nails. Literally a gem. I love her. She takes her time and knows so much about nails that she got my shape and length exactly how I wanted and Im very picky on who can do my nails these days. I will definetly be coming back as I cant cheat ;-) great atmosphere tim and crystal are awesome.

I love this place! I’ve come here twice so far and have had incredible experiences. They can pretty much do any nail design you ask for. The workers are super nice and fun to chat with. Crystal did my nails and did an awesome job!

I have always had a great experience here but my most recent visit was very rushed. I payed extra for matte and my nails did not change to matte, they stayed shiny. Also they were applied very weak and 4 nails have snapped in half already, It hasn’t even been a full week since I’ve got them done.

I really liked it here! this was my first time getting acrylics done professionally. they were a bit crooked. i got them squared shape and they weren’t filed down good so they were a bit too pointy on the sides. the workers were super nice so i felt comfortable. i really suggest going here! :)

Usually they are great but today they must have been short staffed. I always tip 15% or higher.I told her when I walked in I needed my nails and feet repainted. She repainted my feet and was eager to accommodate the women who walked in after me, she tells me “ I’ll do your hands later”, ummm that’s not professional.I paid for feet and left. I usually spend 120 or more than 50 bucks. I bring customers that spend the same amount.This shop is dead to me!!

First time going with my friend and they did amazing!! Absolutely love the well hard work and the time they took with us to do our nails. Showed them a picture of what we wanted and they did amazing!

Pedicure felt good and was a little rushed on the paint. Should’ve let each coat dry a little or fan it before next coat. Manicure... rushed. She nick three of my nails saying I had lots of dead skin like OK I’m bleeding now so some could’ve stayed clearly. $80... a little steep given the fact two nails chipped about 3-4 days later. This is no chip obviously so. Lacked luster.

First and last time.. Got a pedicure which felt great but polish sloppy which I notice once I’ve gotten in my car, didn’t want to put up a fuss so I let it be, did them over myself at home, nice workers but seem a bit rush from the time I walk in, I ask could I soak my feet and I was ask for how long. I’m so over nail salons

My cuticles were bleeding from them drilling it so close, when i didnt like the way he wrote the initial he got mad at me for asking him to redo it and wouldnt go shorted with the style i want when i normally get them shorter and with the same style

I just paid $130 for a no chip pedi and no chip fill in. No rhinestones. Just replaced a couple finger nails. That amount is absurd and the work is NOT worth $130. Im really over these over priced, hole in the wall, unextraordinary nail salons truly

She is so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was nice and friendly which made it a welcoming environment in general. I also liked that I was able to walk right in with no appointment and the shop was very clean. I can even tip with my card payment which is a bonus as I rarely keep cash on hand. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE. The guy did what he wanted and I asked 3 times to do what I wanted. Didnt even put polish on my little toes cause he said they are small. $45 WASTE! I went back and he yelled at me in front of customers.

Pro Nails has been my go to spot for about a year now! My Mom started going before me and recommenced it! I was unhappy with the place I was going to at the time so decided to try it out! Her nails always looked great and they have good prices so I figured why not. They accept walk ins but I like for Crystal to do my nails so I try to make an appointment. Even when I call the morning I want my nails done they are able to fit me in! Crystal does high quality work and is very fast! My previous nail place was fast but I felt like my nails always looked rushed. I usually get powder dip nails or a gel full set and no chip on my toes! The no chip on my toes literally lasts a month! I definitely recommend this salon!!

This was the second time I went here. The first time was great, but this last time the girl did a really bad job on my nails.

Pro Nails is my go-to salon. Theyre friendly and efficient with their time while still doing amazing work. Its very low-key and comfortable. So far I have gotten multiple no-chip gel manicures, a full set of tips with dip polish, pedicures, and waxing, and Ive been happy with it all. Not to mention the pricing which is very reasonable.

What a wonderful place with amazing people. I got the $35 pedicure and she did such a great time paying attention to detail. She put a lot of effort into it, shes getting a great tip today! One of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten! No joke. Extremely pleased, and will be returning!

Pro Nail Salon is very clean, well organized and extremely friendly. They each take their time to make sure your nails are perfect in shape and color, This place does a great job! Very clean and classy. Always have great atmosphere and music to relax to.

It was okay. I got my feet and nails done. My feet are fine my nails are not the same (some are thin and some are not) and I have some snags already and they were done yesterday. I like the atmosphere there was not a lot of conversation that day which was strange but I would try it again someday.

I went here for the first time over the weekend and I am unhappy to say that they upcharged both my daughter and myself on the pedicure when both people were told twice, and even confirmed a third time that we wanted the basic pedicure. If you decide to go there, make sure you are very clear about what you want. Im not sure how much of a language barrier there really was, but they did not refund us the difference.

My daughter and I have been going here for years and it has been pleasant. Well this time after a week of getting my nails done by Tim, I noticed mold on my nail. I called and the young boy that answers the phone was very rude even after I told him severity of the situation(saying Oh my god)and was told Tim said Ill have to wait until tomorrow. Went in the next day and a lady said she is unaware of when he will be there and doesnt have his number to call him. Tim comes in with an attitude, looks at my nail and says OH wow. It was horrid looking Files it down n have the nerve to say its $3. Im not paying for something that was not my fault. Im tired of these nail shops taking our money, speaking their language, talking about us in our own face. Beware

Really pleased. Went Saturday around noon. Got seated and worked in quickly. Employees were quiet and soft spoken when they spoke to each other. The clientele was also quiet and respectful. Good array of colors. Did not get pushback when I asked for a minimal design. Reasonably priced. Important to note, Im not one who gets her nails done often and Im not ultra picky about my nails. My cuticles and pedi were well taken care of and Im really pleased. Will definitely return.

I went in for a no-chip manicure and regret even walking into this place! I didn’t get a manicure at all!! All the lady did was paint my nails and did an absolutely horrible job at it!! I asked her to fix some of the nails and after several attempts I finally just gave up! I wanted to run out of that place! Now I have to go home and clean all of the nail polish she left on my fingers and attempt to make my finger nails look somewhat decent! Money down the crapper, but lesson learned!Save yourself the frustration....don’t do it...don’t go in there!

This is by far my favorite nail salon. The staff is super friendly and always listen to the details of what I want done since Im very picky lol but I always let them add their own creative ideas. The prices arent bad at all either. Especially if you plan on getting designs and gel.

Three words: GO TO KRYSTAL.I’ve gotten my nails done many many times by many different artist and she is the only one who has never hurt my fingers. Getting nails done doesn’t tickle, but it should never be painful.Only my second appointment with her and I know I will be back for my next fill. She’s very delicate and pays attention to detail. I always come in with some odd design and she always does exactly what I have in mind. She also has a chow chow puppy who hangs out and loves to love :)

Im Very keen on customer service. The customer service is good. Tim does my nails he does a great job every time. Mya does my pedi and shes a delight, shes always nice and she takes her time. I enjoy the customer friendly and good service they provide..

My first and last time here. My no chip came out terrible, the lady painted outside of my nail bed. Seriously a poor job. I do not recommend this place.

I am new to the neighborhood and excited and looking forward to getting a pedicure at Pro Nails. My nail tech never customer service was nonexistent. However, I thought well next time I will just go to a different nail tech. This was before she begin to cut the cuticles on my big toes so low that they begin to bleed and they are still sore to the touch. After the pedicure she said nothing - not a smile or thank you - just nothing. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Alex is my go to nail man. Hes so quick, but does amazing work. I dont want to sit forever getting my fill. All their staff is great. My favorite place Ive tried in the area.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I am a frequent customer of theirs and I will continue to be. Today my cousin and I went in to get our nails done. I got a fill in and my cousin got a full set. The same lady did both of our nails and we were both done in an hour and a half and our nails look gorgeous!!! We will absolutely be going back in 2 weeks!!!!
