Not happy with my experience here, I had a appointment and was told to sit and wait about 10mins. Ended up waiting over 40mins.. I feel like my nails were done very poorly. My fingernail ripped off after 2days 😮‍💨🙄. They just look so bad, I spent $100 dollars.. Dont waste your time or money.. The pictures say it all.. 🥺😣

I’ve honestly waited months to post this review just in case I calmed down… I have not calmed down.I knew this place didn’t have a great reputation, but I needed my gels off and I thought “how bad could it be?” What a mistake.1. They ground my nails down so thin in some places they are STILL breaking as they grow out. My nails are naturally so strong. I got this service done TWO MONTHS ago, this picture is from TODAY.2. When I walked in, the sign said gel removal $8+. Fine. When I sat down the person said $9. Okay. When I checked out it was $11. What system is in place here? Pick a number.Two stars instead of onebecause this is a very small service to base a whole review off of. Needless to say I will avoid this place.

Love coming here to get my nails done. The owner is amazing and takes care of his customers that gives him the respect he deserves!

Worst experience. Johnny told me he could finish them before I had to leave for work. I asked him if he was sure. He reassured. He couldnt finish them, then got a nasty attitude with me telling me they dont provide service the next day. That pic in the middle is his idea of a receipt.Ive been there FIVE times in one week. Now that Ive gotten even more polish chips and nail breaks, I will go elsewhere. I cant stand to go back.I was worried when I girl came in saying all her nails broke, now its happening to me.

I went here for a basic manicure and pedicure on a week day afternoon and the older lady who did my nails did a very rush job. It wasn’t busy at all yet she rushed through my manicure.She asked me what shape I want and still messed it up. She was also bit aggressive 😬she didn’t have to toss my hand.Also it didn’t seem like the tools had been sterilized. I’m use to paying before my manicure so after they are dry I can just leave. I had to wait till she was done with another customer to pay. She fail to mention it was a fee for cc till after I handed it to her. 🙄 The young lady who did my pedicure did a decent job. Overall I would not recommended and I won’t be back. If I could I would give -negative stars.

Terrible place. terrible business. johnny is unprofessional. i worked as a receptionist with another woman, and we were both fired and not given any reason why. very rude to me and customers. very poor time management. he did my nails and they are absolutely terrible. i’d give this place a 0 out of 5 if i could. i will NEVER go back here.

Love this nail salon. Great staff that is talented and kind. Atmosphere is cheerful and relaxing. My child prefers acrylics and I love dip and we have both had amazing results.

I get dip over my real nails and this place leaves them where they still feel like my real nails instead of thick plastic. It has been like 2 and half weeks since I got these done

This is the worst place ever for Africa America to go get service. This is the second time I had come here for service. But this time I had an appointment at 9am. Three other’s had came in after me with an appointment for 9am as well. Well take a guess” because we were not of the same race “guess who got service first? They did!🥲I don’t understand why people treat people of color in such a bad way. Our money spends just as well. But that’s not all after I sat patiently waiting for over an hour. The owner I guess came to me only to tell me he can’t take me right now to come back later. All while another white woman come in to be seated and service. So just FYI save yourself the embarrassment and trouble by not going there. I know I will never go back.🥲 I rated it one but it’s a BIG O zero for me…🤷🏾‍♀️

Me and my daughter had an appointment at 12:30. I dont mind waiting I see you guys are busy, but I waited for almost two hours just sitting waiting to get a pedicure. Had multiple people that came in after me be served right away after the 4th person I was just like Im done just do my daughters nail. And when I went to my daughter she asked when they were going to do hers cause they were doing peoples nails that came in after us.. other people that were their was saying the same thing. I dont mind waiting if you are busy but to to keep getting skipped and ignored, is so rude. They did do a good job but if you go in and notice this be willing to say something. I usually dont until Im fed up.

Very unprofessional place. Please avoid. Terrible customer service. I called to remove my nails, they told me to come immediately. When I arrived, I waited for over 45minutes, with no one attending to me or giving me a wait time. After 45minutes of waiting, I had to leave without getting my nails done. It was my first time there, and the first impression was bad.If you are in the area and want to get your nails done, I strongly recommend going to Moon Nails instead.And yes, all the negative reviews of them wasting peoples time is 100% correct. Avoid this place!

To the woman that just wrote a negative review......your actions were completely uncalled for! I was there. I wouldve kicked you out of my chair if you were my customer!! She served you with respect and offered you services. Thats not upselling, thats called customer service. You sat there and rolled your eyes as she served you. You left and showed how disrespectful you are by upsetting the quiet and calm atmosphere with your loud self! You must be one of those women you just cant please. It isnt the place of business. Its the woman in the mirror. You should be embarrassed instead of making false statements on a Google review. This used to be my go to place. Last week I visited on Wednesday and they had a new receptionist working. She was sweet and kind, but you could tell she was new and still learning. 2 nail techs were incredibly rude to her the entire 90 mins I was there. It was quite busy and they had many people waiting. When a customer came in who had made an appointment days ago, one of them proceeded to reprimand her rudely in front of the customer and the entire salon saying she should have never made the appt as they were so busy (mind you this appt was made days before-guess she should be able to predict these things. And you know how nail salons roll- someone walks in, they sit them in the chair regardless of appointments on the books). The poor girl was almost in tears. While my pedicure was adequate, I could tell my gel manicure was rushed- and not even a week later and 2 nails are already peeling off. I will never go here again. Quality has gone way down and worse I do not want to give my money to an establishment who verbally abuses their employees. If I wasnt foot deep into my pedicure I would have walked out with the mistreatment of the receptionist.

I have been to many different nail salons over the years but I have never felt so welcomed and treated like family as I am here! If you want to be negative, be spiteful, degrading and rude, not only on the review but in person, please don’t take it out on these kind and caring people. The Employees here are wonderful and want to please each Customer. Thankful for them and how great there are at their craft and as human beings!

This has got to be the most disrespectful establishment Ive ever been in. If I could I would give it zero Stars. I had an appointment at 2pm arrived at 150pm. 2 hours later my nails wasnt done but multiple people were able to be seated and worked on. Then they had the nerve to catch an attitude because I said something. They are rasict in this establishment as well. My sister was also treated poorly. My 5-year-old daughter and I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, both of us wanting manicures. The staff was so incredibly wonderful, accommodating and very professional. They were all so great with my daughter, and they didn’t mind at all that they had to stay a little late due to my requesting extensive mani services for myself! 💅🏼They also did great work on both of us, and we will most definitely be back!

Poor service, always hell bent on selling more expensive services and have no sense of hygiene. The lady who was working on me, pretty much was busy in her own world and hardly did anything in terms of pedicure- I can clean my feet better in the shower. Her nail kit fell off on the floor and she continued to use the same things inspite of me telling her not to- probably doesn’t understand the language. Never going back!

WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE!!Do not come here ! They left the paint all over my skin and they’re so over priced for no reason. Not clean, my toes also chipped after 3 days . I had an appointment wasn’t attended until 45 minutes later.

I LOVE this place! Any time I have an idea, they are up for the challenge and do a phenomenal job! The staff are friendly and accommodating even when its crazy busy. I highly recommend them. Johnny did an awesome ombre for me this last time. Cant wait to see what he does next!

Bad experience, i called for an appointment at 2, arrived early, and had to wait for a solid hour and a half so they would do my nails, didnt bother to do a good job, i picked my colors and he came back with whatever he wanted, the design didnt look like the picture, took super long and charged me 80 dollars for something that wasnt worth it

I tried to go there for my 40th birthday, but I dont get manicures often and I wasnt sure how to even ask for what I wanted, since I wanted artful designs on my natural nails. Another place had already loudly informed me in broken English that I couldnt have what I wanted in natural nails, so I called ahead to verify that they could do it. I let them know that I would be there in about 40 minutes and set an appointment for 4pm. I made sure to show up at 4pm, and signed in immediately.I waited while being vaguely bossed around for the only period of time that they even acknowledged I was present. Apparently, if they tell you to wash your hands, that means to walk to the sinks in the very back and wash up. They then ignored me and any other waiting customers while greeting any newcomers. I finally lost patience after 45 minutes and just left.

I understand business can be busy but please get your equipment working. Second, I asked for all the dead skin to be removed off my feet and that was the quickest pedi I ever got and that was unacceptable. I will never ever come back. I will tell all my friends and coworkers who live here in Plainfield not to support this establishment. Rude staff!!

I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. I went with my mom and we both got the #2 pedicure (8 minute massage) for $33. The gel polish was an extra $15, which was a bit steep, but worth it. The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. She also took it upon herself to treat an injury I had on my ankle which I thought was very nice. I have bad anxiety and wake up with bad scratches on my ankles from rubbing my legs together in my sleep and she took the time to treat my scratches. I was really surprised by that and very happy with the results. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves, but I did snap a pic of her doing my pedicure. It’s very hard to find affordable, good places to do your nails anymore but this place 10/10 would recommend. She even offered a color that better matched my skin tone than the type of blue I had originally picked out and I love it so much more! The pedicure included a hot stone treatment and a leg mask on top of the 8 minute massage. There are three different levels you can get. I’ll be back next week to get a manicure because I was so pleased with the service and results here. ☺️

Wish i could give this nail salon 0 star! the owner is so rude. I broke one my nail right after refil. He told me to come back another day instead of fixing at the time, i asked why i had to come back another day. He said he was tired and He yelled at me.. very rude! never come back again.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I asked for a gel manicure. I get these all the time so i know exactly what to expect. The guy doing it was very nice. Unfortunately, he had no idea what he was doing. My nails were about to the end of fingers so they were a good length. I did not want them shorter. He filed them down to almost nothing. Buffed my skin under my nails and made me bleed several times. Then he soaked my hands which he was suppose to do first. He painted my nails next. He kept dripping the polish on my hands and his. It was a Christmas red so hard to get off without leaving a stain. He did not let each coat dry under the uv light. I honestly think a 5 year old could have painted as well as he did. One of the other workers tried to fix it but failed. I told/showed who I think is the owner or maybe manager. He begged me to let him fix it. He said 1. He would return my money to my card 2. He would fix them himself 3. He would dip them for free. I was just going to go somewhere else. I decided to give him a chance. I had to wait 30 more minutes. He told me sit. Someone else did my nails, they were gel and they did not refund me. He must not have any integrity as he did not fulfill any of the promises he made. That was my first time at the salon and it will be my last. I wish I took a picture of the first attempt. I attached a picture after they fixed them. I had to go way lighter on the color since they were so short but you can see how badly they tore up my nails. My pinky nail was filed so short you can see the tissue under my nail.

Worst nail experience ever. We called for an appointment for 3 people for a 2 o’clock slot. We wanted gel acrylics and pedicures. It was 45 min before someone came to our chairs. My water was scalding hot and didn’t get to put my feet in at all because everyone working there was doing something else. Once I got to my acrylics they were rushed. The fake nail piece wasn’t even connected to my nail. During our time they also had another group of girls come in at 3 for their appointment. They got up and left after it took them too long to even attend to them. Why book so many people close together if you don’t have the staff to attend to them?

My friend and i came for pedicure, My friend used to work in Vietnam and understands vietnamese. my 2 year year old girl cried, I tried to calm her down, it happened for couple minutes. the owner told his ladies do quicky and kick them out ASAP. He used many ugly words that i dont want to say . He very rude! never come back again

This is the best nail salon by far! I drive 35 minutes to go here every 2 weeks because they are just that good! They are friendly, take both walk-ins & appointments, and are extremely skilled. They take the time to give you exactly what you want. You can bring in a photo of nearly anything and they can pull it off flawlessly! I have been doing dip powder nails for a couple years and am always pleased with how well they turn out and last!

No covid-19 regulations are followed at this place. Customers are allowed to come in without a mask and they are not told anything. Employees themselves dont wear their mask or they dont wear it properly.

Brought my own polish. Horrible job on the pedi. Did not take off the dead skin. Fastest pedi I ever had and was a bad job. And they charge $33 for a regular pedi. Prices are way to high.

Favorite place in Indy to get my nails done. Johnny is always so sweet and never messes up no matter what I get done to my nails. If there’s ever a streaky polish they’ll fix it. Not crazy expensive and you can get “points” for going there and once you reach 5 points you get 10% off whatever your total cost is which I love. They take they’re time and do it right.

The nail salon we planned to get our nails done was closed due to an emergency . We found this salon on Google search and decided to try it. It was great. Definitely got a new customer and I will be getting my wedding nails done here by John/Johnny and Chin who did my pedi. I got the protein dip with tips and gel pedi.Thanks a bunch for an awesome job.

I had an AMAZING experience with the gentleman that did my nails in acrylic colors. The dip acrylic. They look amazing and Im extremely happy. They were so polite and tested color on nails before even, so I could see before I chose.

Johnny and Tina are my favorite, but to be fair Ive not had anyone else. Everyone there is so so so nice and friendly, and they do a great job! Lovely atmosphere complete with a wonderful, talented staff. Love it here!

My friend and I got pedicures on a Saturday afternoon and it wasnt busy at all. The staff was extremely nice, and I even asked if I could get gel taken off because I had extra time - it was quick and inexpensive without making my nails feel horrible!The pedicure was awesome ! Their chairs were comfy and relaxing, and their foot scrub/lotion used smelled so nice.Highly recommend this place for their basic pedicure.

I have tried two other salons since I moved to this area last year, and this is consistently the best gel manicure Ive ever had. The lady was really nice and we shared stories. Id recommend anyone that wants nice nails at a good price.
