Went here for the first time and I was seated right away because it was very early and they just opened. I went with Pink and White and it was my first time trying it and I’m very pleased. $50 bucks is pricier than I wanted to pay but it turned out nice. I also got a pedicure and it was a good one but they don’t ask you what kind of pedi you want which is different for me but I always want paraffin and I was pleased they had that service. But overall good experience but not completely sure I will go back.

Normally, I love getting my nails done from here but it seems as though every other time I get them done some thing happens that the nails do not last.After six days of my most recent set, one of my nails broke off cleanly at the base. This was my non-dominant hand and I was not doing anything that would’ve made sense for it to pop off. Then, a few days later two more popped off of that same hand while getting into my car. The opposite hand is still in contact but 2 of the nails were cracked. Very disappointed this time around.

They took their time to do an excellent, very thorough job. Adam especially was very patient. My nails came out perfect

I love BT Nails! Trish and her staff are amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My daughters and now all their friends go here as well and they take such good care of them. They always ask how all my family is, and tell me to tell my mom “hi and to visit “ (she lives in Michigan). All of our nails look perfect because of BT Nails.

Manager refuses to allow me to talk to owner, I need the owner to reach out to me or give me an email or phone number to call them directly.I got acrylics done one week ago and my nails are falling off, I went on once already to get them fixed but it happened again. I called and asked for a full refund since they clearly don’t know how to do acrylics they refused. I caution against going there.

I made an appointment for my daughter at BT to have her nails done for homecoming this weekend. After checking in we were made to wait as a walk in. The appt was at 4:45, we were called at 5:40- several girls are called up before us and when I reminded them I had an appointment I was told that they did too. The price was supposed to be $25 and they told me that it was an extra $5 for shaping? Her nails were filed to a natural shape? The girls called before us told me that it was ridiculous that there was a shaping charge and when I asked them what time their appointment was, they told me that they didnt have one, they were walk ins! At this point Eddie thought it was OK to start yelling at me in front of the whole salon. I would have loved to get up and walk out but we were on such a tight schedule- reason for me making the appt to begin with- and was afraid we wouldnt be able to have them done anywhere else last minute. PLEASE look closely at the end result- Im HORRIFIED and beyond upset with the quality of their work and the attitude in which we were treated. NEVER AGAIN AND SHAME ON THEM!!!

BT nails is the Best! I have gone to many different places over the years and I have found a home at BT Nails. Their prices are reasonable, service is excellent and I always feel so relaxed when I leave there. I have been going there for a couple years now because I like being treated with great respect and specialness. I really enjoy my pedicures here. Very relaxing and they always do good work. Employees are very nice and kind.And they have no problem giving my boyfriend a pedicure also. Some places seem weirded out when we go together. No awkwardness here at all though! Highly reccomend.

The technician who did my pedicure did an excellent job. She removed all ingrown toenails present, awesome leg and foot massage and was very considerate making sure i was okay! My first visit and I will defiantly return when Im out this away again!Great atmosphere!

I love this place. The staff was always friendly to me and other customers. I used to come in with wacky and crazy nail design ideas and BT didnt offer them as a design but they were sure enough willing to go above and beyond to try and create my crazy ideas ❤️ and I loved that they encouraged the staff to look at other coworkers when new things were being done. I truly miss this place. Ive since moved but I wanted to share my love and fandom to all the hard work this team does!

Did my daughters nails all wrong and wouldnt fix them and charged her full price ! So this was the first time and it will definitely be the last time . Its sad that they treat people like this and expect to get paid . (This is a reply to your reply) I wouldnt let my daughter go back to your shop for all the tea in China ! I get a kick out of your word play like its gonna magically fix everything. How can a father in good conscience let his daughter go back to a place that took advantage of her . So I reject your offer in attempts to fix a wrong one shot deal and you blew it !

My cousin took me here for quick Mani/Pedi today and it went out great. They had us seated quickly when we walked in and served us with great care and smiling faces which is always a plus. The ladies that took care of us were amazing, they knew exactly what they were doing and gave us beautiful looking nails. Prices were surprisingly cheap since they used high quality products on us. The salon was clean and nice decorated with plenty of space and comfortable chairs. I wish this place is located in my hometown so i can visit them whenever i want to. Highly recommended!

This is one of the better nail places in the area. Since moving to Plainfield a couple years ago I have gone and tried out a few different salons and so far this place is top notch. Everything is clean and I dont feel like Im going to catch something creepy when I get a pedicure. The staff is really nice and very attentive. I have recommended this place to others already.

I dont get my nails done but my wife does. She checked out a few places and so far likes Bt Nails the best. I know the place is good because she has a good certificate request for Christmas and was very excited when I got her a manicure and pedicure from there.

Trish does an amazing job on my eyebrows, its always scary to go to someone new! Been coming here for 3 months now. Its a pretty big space, with lots of chairs. Staff is great, but Ill always go to Trish!

Didnt know about this place untill my friend mention it. Decided to try it out. Im happy to say, Ill definitely be coming back here again. The service I got for my milk and honey manicure was out of this world! I felt so relax and my nails looks absolutely incredible. I highly recommend asking for David when you come here!

Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I got in right on time. Carol did a great French no chip manicure. Would highly recommend I think Ill try a pedicure next time.

I love this place. Its been here for about 5 years and Ive always gotten my hands and feet done here. I even took my bridesmaids here when I got married. I am very disappointed in the service I received today when my mom and I got pedicures. They sat us in the chairs rather quickly but we soon felt forgotten. The water got cold and it was about 50 minutes before they started on my feet. They didnt start my moms until mine were done. It never takes this long. I told them we were dissatisfied and they should have told us the expected wait time so we could run the rest of our errands first. The manager apologized but didnt do anything to make it right. I would still recommend this place because they do a great job but I recommend asking the wait time when coming in on a Saturday afternoon.

Would not recommend this place what so ever. Walked in on a Wednesday, maybe 5-10 min wait(not bad as they looked well under staffed). Came in for dip and pedicure. Mind you.. my previous dip nails lasted over 3 weeks, stayed in perfect condition. Only grown out. Not many colors to choose from. No plastic in the tubs. Utensils do not look sanitary. The nail tech did not use a clear powder finish on my nails as I’ve gotten in the past. He also used the UV light, which from what I read is unnecessary. They came out very mediocre and thin but I went on my way. The very next day my nail cracked in half all the way across and another had started to chip. I called as soon as I could and asked to come in to have it fixed. They said okay. I came in at the time I was told and waited about 45 min extra. Literally falling asleep in the waiting area. He mentioned only fixing the two but I was not having it. They all looked bad and extremely thin, he re dipped 4/5 fingers. And again I had to say you need to do the 5th finger as well. I’m very particular about my nails and the way I see it is, I’m paying for this service... it should be done damn near perfect. I’m not so confident my nails will even last me till next week but I’m appreciative that they were willing to fix them. I just will not be coming back here. It’s so hard to find a good nail spot these days..

Honestly this nail salon is a wast of time and money, my friend and I went there and she got a fill in and I got a full set and as soon and we walked in the salon was filthy dirty. The staff was nice and funny though but I would not go back or recommend that salon. My full set was paint streaky and the shape was wrong! My nails are two different shapes! And my friends fill in was verry box like and just awfully. Turn back while you can.

This place is so bad. I asked for a simple design and the guy completely screwed it up. He messed up the shape, they are crooked and don’t resemble what I wanted what so ever. I will never come here again.

I really enjoy getting my no chips done here and they had a wonderful pedicure. I do notice my nails dont last as long when I get them done here for some reason but they always look great. Reasonally priced too!

They took me right away. No wait. They were friendly and put me at ease. They did a great job. I love my no chip mani-pedi. Now I can leave next week for vacation with my mani-pedi.

***bias toward customers!!!***My friend and I called in Saturday afternoon and asked if there was walk-in availability for two milk and honey pedis. The man said yes come in at any time. We got there 20 minutes later and picked our nail polish colors and sat down as directed. We both sat in the chairs for 20 minutes before someone came over and filled the foot spa. After 10 minutes of soaking a woman came over and asked if we just wanted a pedi. We said yes but the milk and honey (exfoliate scrub and paraffin wax dip) she said NO. We are too busy on Saturday. You get normal pedicure. You come Wednesday for that.. How do you refuse what a customer wants? We specifically chose this place from 20 others in the area for this type of pedi. If I hadnt already wasted a half an hour in there, and had my feet soaking I would have left. As my pedicure was being done, I noticed two women across from me and my friend were getting the milk and honey pedicure!! So this woman clearly lied to both of us and apparently just didnt want to do that pedicure. Never got her name as the only thing she said to us was that we cant get what we want. They also used the same pumice on me and my friends feet!! Not to also mention the man ripping my nails off with completely dull clippers. First and last time here. Beware.

Made appointment, came on time, still had me waiting forever. Didnt even acknowledge how long i was waiting until i decided to leave 15mins later. I had to leave and go somewhere else.

Was extremely dissappoined. There were two of us, one got a pedicure and I was to get only a manicure. I waited and waited, they even put me at the manicure table and moved me twice. I still didnt get my manicure after the person I was with had finished the pedicure!!!!

Advertised they close at 8 during the weekday, actually closed by 7
