Diagnosed and fixed our fridge the next day (had to wait to defrost). Was extremely knowledgeable and professional (especially with our Samsung fridge which 2 others diagnosed improperly). Definitely would go back
They came over, no masks. Was told @60.00 to diagnose. They came over checked the refrigerator. Diagnosed bad compressor and then charged another,, $250.00,.

This company was recommended by a close friend. I am glad I called them for my dishwasher. Their service was efficient and professional. Staff in the phone was very nice, you know that they have a smile on their face from the tone of their voice! Tech was middle aged well experienced man from what I have observed. I will keep this company’s number for future reference.
BEWARE... My Kenmore refrigerator ice maker needed repair. The rep who visited my home arrived with the wrong part. He suggested I locate and install the part myself. At this point I asked him to leave my home. I called Sears Home Service. Problem solved. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

Called to have dryer looked at. Technician came and was not directly employed by P.A.R. He came in his regular car in cargo pants, t-shirt and metal clipboard. He looked at dryer for 20 minutes and told me the igniter was out and the part would take three to four weeks to come in. I paid him half of the total cost to order the part and he would call me once it was in.After four weeks, I called the tech to ask him when I could schedule to have it fixed. After leaving a message, he called me back and asked what job I was referring to. I told him and his said he would call me back. It has been a week now and no callback from the tech. I then called P.A.R and they told me I would get a call back from the manager. A few days later, I called P.A.R. again asking for customer service. I left a message and they called me back three hours later. They told me they would contact tech and he would call me as quickly as possible. Its been four days now.Do not use Plainfield Appliance Repair. Its a scam.

This place is a scam they charged me for a service call then they charge me again for the technician to wipe the dust off my fan $100 they did not deduct the service call like they said they would they did not fix my fridge I think the guy knew nothing about how to fix the fridge I stop payment on my check when I called them the second time and they said they would come right out and they never came or never called but try to cash my check don’t waste your time with this place
