I had a really bad clog that unfortunately cost me a dryer. I call this gentleman at 6pm and get a response the same night. He showed up the following day at the time he said he would, he was upfront and honest when discussing services and pricing, he got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything. Would definitely refer this man to others.

I wasnt home when the cleaning and duct repair was completed, my wife was. According to the text message, Scott did the repair. Everything is in good shape now. A section of my dryer duct was not connected to the external dryer vent and birds had made a nest inside. I dont question whether he did a good job but for me the price was steep for a quick cleaning and a small repair that took 20-25 minutes combined. $150-200 at the most would seem reasonable to me but it was $300. I had been wanting to get this service done for awhile, but wasnt sure it would be necessary or afraid it would be too expensive. Very glad I did this today !! It was definitely needed as my dryer had no air flow due to such lint back up. It was taking several times to dry although we have a brand new dryer. So grateful to Scott for identifying a problem with a vent that was previously installed by Dryer Vent Wizards. After charging me over $600 for a dryer vent cleaning a re-route of the vent, Dryer Vent Wizards failed to remove the screen from the vent which caused an excessive amount of lint. I could not believe the amount of lint that poured out of our vent when he removed it. How scary that we were running our dryer almost every day with that potential fire hazard. In addition, they left two large holes in the drywall ceiling when they installed the new vent. When I asked them if they were going to fix it they said We dont fix drywall, you should just nail a couple of boards up there. I get it, they dont do drywall, but it still left me feeling like they couldnt care less. My kids were sick at the time and I didnt have the energy to argue with them.
