I was so excited to get my nails done before I went on vacation but UNFORTUNATELY ended up DISAPPOINTED. I showed the lady multiple pictures of what I wanted shape wise and she said that it would be no problem. When she was done, my nails were CROOKED and BUMPY. I was SHOCKED by how TERRIBLE they looked so I told the lady that I wanted them removed and am willing to pay the fee for it. She convinced me to keep them on and said that she would fix them. After an 1hr 45min of just trying to fix them, I was finally done and to my dismay they were still far from what I wanted. I was so EMBARRASSED by how they looked that I tried to hide my hands during my vacation and made sure that they didn’t show in any pictures I took. Although I appreciate the attempt she made to fix them, I was still DISSATISFIED by the outcome. What a relief to return from vacation and clip these HORRIFIC nails off! (The pics of the green nails are what I had done at this salon. The other pics are what I showed her to give her an idea of what I wanted)

When I first started going there for my fills & pedis, Nikki did my nails. She had to be called in from a different shop even though I had made an appointment. She did a really good job. After a few times I was moved over to another woman who doesn’t speak any English. It’s hard to communicate what you want when there’s a language barrier.The pedicures always turned out wonderful and are very relaxing. The prices seemed to go up in a short period of time. The shop is in a very convenient location for me.

The person who did my nails did a horrible job!! She was more focused on her phone then her job. My nails are in pain and look terrible. Lumpy, uneven, just plain horrible. Never coming here again!!!!

Nikki did great work but on my fill one of her employees did it and it didnt look good at all and was overcharged by alot. I will not use them again.

Went in for manicure, my husband for a pedicure. His was great. Amazing foot and leg massage. My manicure turned out to be $30 to paint my nails. Acted very put out that i didnt want to be waxed. Dont know if Ill go back. Couple other places close by Ill try first.

Ive tried almost every salon in town and a few in cameron park and let me tell you Nikki and her crew do amazing work! I will never go to anyone else and havent since the day I met her!

My favorite place! I wont go anywhere else anymore! Im so picky and want my nails and toes to be done a certain way. Im always happy when they complete my vision EVERY SINGLE TIME

The woman was rushing and gave me an uneven lumpy set of acrylics. but I do have to say the man that was working next to us was doing a fabulous job on the other womans nails.

Went a little before closing. They were able to accommodate my friend and I and were really friendly. Did a great job for both of us. Two and a half weeks later and my toenails still look great!

Absolutely my favorite place. 3 years ago we walked in on a Saturday afternoon (6 of us) no apt for my nails to be done for my wedding. We initially walked into a place in town and was turned away. I didnt make an apt because all of my wedding party flew in from PA and their flights were delayed and cancelled. They made is feel right at home and gave us comp water and took photos and all. Amazing pedicures absolutely best massage and length of massage. Tons of packages to choose from a million colors as well.They stand by their nail work if one breaks they fix it at no cost. Just amazing people!

Love this place! Prices are good, and they listen and do exactly what I want. Super cute decor and kept clean and tidy. I got my nails done for my wedding here and I am now addicted, would totally recommend to a friend.Acrylic isnt too thick and gel on top of that lasts for 4 weeks! Lots of colors to choose from too. The only time the nails have chipped were in 1. when I slammed it in a door (ouch and so dumb!) 2. I was helping someone move a fridge and I slammed my nail into the back trying to unplug it...PLUS they fixed them for FREE.

I usually make an appt but the last two times I was a walk-in and the manager did my nails both of those times. She did a TERRIBLE job and was really REALLY rude, like she was mad at me (?) and completely avoided having any interaction with me. At all. So weird. She left paint all over the sides of my fingers and down past my cuticles, almost as if on purpose. I couldnt believe it - it was SO BAD. Ill NEVER EVER EVER go there again. And oh yeah, she was doing this while talking cheerfully to others. Just not me. Forget that place. I give it NO STARS,

Not the greatest..... However I did have an injury that they were very careful around. They also have this color changing gel polish thats pretty much the only reason I go there......

Owner of the salon waxed me while she was holding her phone. Then she touched my face. I had to ask that she get off the phone. The sheet on the waxing bed was not changed for me and when we were finished she straightened it out as if to be used for next person. I will not be going back

This was the absolute worst place I have ever got my nails done. First of all when I got there, there wasnt anyone who could do a set of acrylic, so my friend and I had to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to show up who could, Second as soon as we finally start getting our nails done the lady doing them used the same tools on both my friend and which in my opinion is disgusting they should always use sterile tools now matter if the other person they use them are your friend or not. Third my manicurist did not give an actual manicure like I asked for, instead she did my acrylics and sanded off my cuticles as well as my friends, might I mention again... With the same tools. And the last and final thing that made me write this review is that now that I have my nails off I realized my manicurist sanded down my nails so much that they are almost non existent, you know that point where your nails hurt because they are so abnormally thin. So in short I would not recommend this place unless you would like terrible costumer service, higher prices than anyone in town and painful aftermath
