I hardly ever write reviews, but this was literally one of the best EVER experiences! Staff was attentive and super friendly. My pedicure almost put me to sleep. She massaged me better than I have ever had in any salon! The manicurist OBVIOUSLY loves his job, he was humming the whole time. He paid close attention to the details and did a great job. They just made a customer for life in me. Thanks to all of you! Well worth the price!

Clean, welcoming environment. Professional and quality work. Everyone is nice who works there. A ton of color options. Nail art skills available but I havent tried it yet.

I took my daughter to get our nails done. All in all a good job. They look great. I would have liked a little more of an arch in them like my real nails rather than flat but he did an amazing job and the design turned out beautiful.

I was a walk-in, establishment was very clean, updated and welcoming. My nail tech did my pedicure and not only did an amazing job but had a terrific personality.

I got my nails done here.45 bucks. No problem but could you get the acrylic off my cuticles. My nail are crooked, uneven and look really bad.i didnt go back cuz if they cant get a set of nails right the first time. Dont get second chances. They should give me back right now in Sacramento. my money. Im getting them fixedI dont recommend.

This was the best foot and leg massage Ive ever had. They took their time. My feet and legs feel amazing. Prices are really reasonable. I cannot recommend this place more. We came all the way if from Folsom we love it so much.

I was getting my nails done over a week ago by a gentleman whom was absolutely AMAZING Id give him personally 5 Stars. But while I was getting my nails done, I asked how much it would be to get jewels on two fingers. So he asked the owner and it came out to a total of 55$ which was totally fine. While we were finishing up everyone was stopping to check out my nails, so the owner stands up and says too nice, 20 dollars more. I thought she was joking, she was serious. After my nails are finished shes going to add 20$. I told her no that wasnt the agreed on price, and she said 20$ dollars more and walked away. Also my friend was getting a pedicure by the owner, and she did the same thing they had an agreed upon price and she added 30$ on top of hers, I will never come back. Nor will the 4 people I brought with me!

They did an amazing job! Also they tried their hardest to keep my daughter and niece happy(2yrs and 6m) they did everything they could, and didnt complain or tell us to leave. So incredibly happy with them.

The gal who took care of me was great. The prices were over the top. 45.00 for hair wash+blow dry!

I came to this salon and got a mani/pedi I specifically asked for gel polish so she did my nails and even had me sit at the light to cure the polish. Later I realize they are not gel at all so I call and tell them that I asked for gel but got regular so they told me to come back so I drive al the way there and they want to charge me to fix their mistake!

I always love getting my pedicure here! My mom and I go every two weeks and it is always the tops!

Pretty bad. I called in and they told me they close at 4 so I made a app. For the next day. So I go in with my friend and while doing my nails they cut my finder open with the drill and its bleeding and they guy says oh no big deal your fine and keeps going. Then he brakes my acrylic nail and it ripped and he just Glues it back on, Dosent even get a new one to put on. The nail color I picked wasnt at all what they said it would be. My nails are so crooked and arent even shaped the same. It looks like I have deformed fingernails going in different directions. Definitely not going back

I got a full set on Saturday; it’s now Wednesday and a nail has just popped off. When I was at the shop, I asked the lady doing my nails to please make them rounded and she either did not understand me, or didn’t want to do it, so I ended up with squared tips. This set cost me $35 and I definitely don’t think I got my money’s worth. I’m new to the area and I chose this place based on proximity and I won’t be doing that again. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.Edit: It’s now the next day and two more nails have fallen off. A bunch are lifting, too. So pissed off about this manicure.

Definitely won’t be coming back. They were way more worried about being done then giving me what I wanted. Tried to over charge me because I asked them to redo a nail they had completely not straight. And I still left unhappy with my nails.

Don’t come here. Went and paid 35 bucks for a full set of nails, they refused to do the shape I wanted originally and were gonna charge me more for that shape. So I didn’t even get what I wanted. I left, next day my gel polish started peeling off. Then one week goes by (barely) and my nails are popping off one right after the other! I call and complain, they said they’d give me a refund, AND fix my nails. I get there and they’re rude to me the entire time, are taking other customers before me (who got there after me) and when they finally fixed me nails, refused to give me a refund. What happened the very next day? My thumb nail popped off. Don’t come here, not worth it.

I do not recommend star Nails, they are very unprofessional and unorganised. My mother and I went in today to get our nails done and they said 15 minutes and we went across the street and got Starbucks and went back to the nail salon and they were letting people in to get their nails done and they weren’t signed in and we were and my mom said we are signed in and they threw their hands at us and we left. Do not go to star Nails, 0 out of 5 stars, very disrespectful. We are going to Nina’s Nails to get our nails done, they are very good.

Very nice staff but not a great pedicure. My wax job missed most of the hair and I broke out. I wont go back.

Always friendly and always take the time needed to get it right. I see many negative remarks and have to wonder how many are authentic because my husband and i have been regular customers for some time and have never witnessed anything but polite and excellent service to all their clients.i would be skeptical about the 1 stars.

I definitely am not coming back ! Horibble service, cut my cutticles and made my nails curvey and did not do a good with nail polish and told me it would be $30 and then at the end charged me $45 !!!

Horrible customer service, my nails were a mess and they were very rude. I gave them a chance to fix them and make it right and they yelled at me refusing to fix them. Also during my appointment at which I called in advance to schedule she kept stopping to work on other customers. Very unprofessional and no regard for customer satisfaction.

My nails came off in less than a week and they looked tooth shaped when we asked for squovel

Horrible service, very rude. They didn’t do anything I wanted. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they didn’t do anything that was remarkably close to it. They got frustrated with me because It was nothing I wanted...Not worth $60... save your money.

The guy burnt my nails with the electric file and on the white part of my French tips,there are swirls on 2 fingers and the acrylic extends farther than the white and is very noticeable. They were rude and the stations were dirty.

My fill was lifting before I even left.

I went in for pink coffin nails and was told a full gel set was 35 and I was charged 50$ and told it was because of the shape, I went back for my money and they refused to give it to me. Terrible service, a total scam do not go here
