I always love going to MC Nails, they are decently priced and the customer service is wonderful! Lisa is a very hard worker and she gets my ingrown toenails out in a jiffy! They are always so nice and do a very good job with pedicures and manicures! I recommend going to them to get your next Mani pedi! Make sure to bring cash for their cash discount!

Was my first time here me and my daughter got our nails done we both had pictures of what we wanted and the guy did just that an both of nails turned out great. And the price wasnt bad either Ill definitely be going back and would recommend.

I received a gel nail french manicure. Getting the manicure was fine, some of the french tip lines werent straight but it was still pretty. I wasnt complaining. However, by the next day the gel was separating from my nails. When I went back Lisa put a new top coat on them and sent me off. The new top coat didnt do anything to help the separation of the gel polish from my nails. By day four after my manicure the gel had peeled and chipped on most nails and one nail had completely popped off. When I again went back she said they didnt guarantee their manicures for any amount of days and refused to fix it. This is a very poor business. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I got acrylic nails and they look like press ons. I asked for coffin shape and only one out of ten nails look like how they are supposed to. The other nine of my nails are completely deformed and do not look like coffin shape at all. They all look different and are filed down differently. She also cut the base of my nails multiple times while filing my nails. Maybe they do pedicures better then they do acrylics, but it was definitely not worth my time or money.

Brian and Lisa are Americans, they came here from Maryland. They speak English and do such a great job! My nails never lift. My pedicures a awesome even using hot stones. Fast and efficient. I’m someone who like to be done fast and they cater to that. I see others that receive a more relaxed time and that’s great for them.

I’ve been going here for many years. Had a mani and pedi yesterday and not one word was spoken to me except to direct me to lift a hand or go to another station. No hello or goodbye. There are way too many nail salons in el dorado county to put up with this rudeness. When I finished drying my nails I walked out as she continued to watched her podcast with her back facing me and yelled thank you as I left.

I have had my nails done in many different states and Brian does the best by far! Very clean environment and an awesome price.

Paid 100 dollars for gel nails... my toes were good by the lady but .my nails are very poor and seems like the gel polish is already coming off! First time here and will never go back! The guy does very poor

Been going here for years. Ive tried other shops on occasion for convenience sake but no one does my gel manicure as good as this salon. I also get my eyebrows waxed here...Lisa is amazing!

Not very friendly. They do the bare minimum. I got a full set and they didn’t do my cuticles, so I have to get them filled sooner and didn’t even go all the way to the cuticle in the first place. Didn’t lotion or do cutical oil at the end. Little cheaper than other places though so you get what you pay for. They do a pretty decent job for the price.

They lied and cheated me over $40.00. They altered the receipt to show $80.00 instead of the $40 I should have been charged. When I called to speak to them they answered and told me the owner was not there, 1st lie, second they were rude, they altered the receipt. They are dishonest and altered my receipt.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING SERVICES!!!! Lisa Dang the manager at MC Nails in Placerville, CA completed wax services on me on 2/2/18. I walked into a small room at the rear of the salon that said employees only. In the room was a small bed covered in a sheet. There was a stain on the sheet. She placed a small amount of butcher paper over the stain. I asked for a Brazillian wax and underarms waxed. Lisa did not wash her hands or wear gloves during the services. Lisa began the services by taking a wooden stick and dipping it into a wax warmer. She then applied the wax to my genitals and placed the same used wooden stick back into the wax warmer. She did this multiple times before throwing the stick away. She did not wear gloves at any point. She continued toward my anus area and used a new stick applied the wax to my anus area then placed the same stick back in the wax warmer. After the services were completed she pour lotion into my bare hands and told me to rub it on the freshly waxed skin so I can check for stubble. She then began waxing my armpits with the wax from the same wax warmer that was used for my genitals. I was left more sore than ever before. I have received wax services from multiple salons throughout California and I have never been left this sore and bleeding.

Went here to get my nails done for my 20th, and when asking about prices and the difference between fiberglass and acrylic was told to go look it up and come back. I walked out and did not go back. Very rude and poor customer service.

Under this new management everything is quite different, Classy, clean, and everyone does a wonderful job with Gel nails, and Pedicures, etc. also, everyone speaks very fluent English, which helps so much.

Just visited for a pedicure, cant say Ill be back. I was a walk in and they helped me right away, however after he started I saw there was three different pedicure options and I wasnt asked which I would like, their color selection wasnt what I hoped it would be, and he didnt say one word to me the whole time. When I asked for a design he left and a lady sat down and did a flower without asking what i wanted. Everything felt very rushed, I was helped by only guy in there. Lets hope the polish lasts .

Nails lasted less than a week, 10$ extra for almond shape, lady was rough, and they used dirty equipment. Not returning.

So rushed! $35.00 pedicure took 10 mins. Not coming back!!
