I am a former tutor with Literacy Pittsburgh, and my time volunteering with them was wonderful. They do a lot for the Pittsburgh community like help with job readiness, English language classes, GED preparation, and more. When I was a tutor, they were very supportive of me and made sure I had everything I needed to provide a great lesson plan. Whether you are a learner in need of some help or a volunteer looking to give back, Literacy Pittsburgh will provide you with the resources and compassion that you need.

GPLC is a non profit organization, which plays a very important role to reduce illiteracy, helps jobless people to applying job.ESL classes run very smoothly, many newly immigrant people get English education. GED classes are run as well. All the teaching and non teaching staff are very kind, really they understandthe problems and feeling of learners who come to GPLC. I wish GPLC will be a light of education in Pittsburgh.Chhabi Kadariya
