Male employee is very rude and condescending. Its not the first time Ive dealt with his unprofessionalism. Definitely not a people person! A one star rating, in my opinion, because of this issue, is too high. Next shoe service will definitely be with some other agency. Kudos to the young lady who has attended my needs in the past.Very professional.Wonderful young lady.This will be my 3rd service with HCO through the V.A. They will be notified of the services rendered here.

It is disturbing how unprofessional this office is.I paid 22 k for a prosthetic limb- that was a month late in delivery due to their errors.It does not fit correctly but since they got their money they hive blown me off trying to correct it-*they corrected it today- which I am very happy with- I had a sore and thought I would be stuck with it-Happy with corrective actions

Just asked for some replacement socks because mine have so many tears and are in danger of ripping . I must go to my primary care physician to get an order for these socks next available doctors visit is in two months. Ill have to improvise if Im gonna make them last that long. Still a great institute. I wouldnt go any other way. Its just procedures I guess. Ill manage some way. Gonna get a new graphic on my leg without going back to hanger. Should be pretty awesome. Ill post the graphic soon. Hope Hanger Prosthetic doesnt take offense.

Is my first time getting orthotics, I am 57 yr old with a bunion and a big callous on my left foot, and flat feet;; after getting a PRESCRIPTION from my PODIATRIST (you really need a prescription) I went to HANGER, I got seen immediately, although you need an appointment, but they were able to see me right away...Andy took measurements of my feet, ask me lots of questions, choose shoes appropriate for my situation...in a few weeks they were ready, again more questions and reassurance to return for any issues; yesterday I used them for the first time...they are what I needed, comfortable, giving me good feet support...I am very happy with the service and for sure I will return for future care and I highly recommend this clinic.

I was seen in such a timely manner even if I did not have an appointment. Victor, the clinician is very friendly and considerate. He treated my fractured arm with lots of patience and was super careful as he could tell how much pain I was in. Staff was also very friendly.

Been involved in this institution since my amputation in September of last year. Mundo has been a blessing in giving me all the information I needed to succeed in the use of my prosthesis so much needed information given. Just received my new leg. Echelon vt. It is like night and day compared to my last prosthesis. Thank you for everything. Cant tell you how much I appreciate you and the staff are Hanger. Im in tears over how well you guys have served me.
