They lost my package. I hate this company
Why, why, why does the US Postal Service continue to use this horrible company as a transporter??? Seriously this is the second time in two months that an order of mine seems to sit for literally weeks before being delivered and there is NO ONE you can even talk to about it!!! Look at all the 1 star reviews, I’m sure people would give zero stars if they could!!!
Critical: ResponsivenessI ordered a pair of shoes from adidas and the shoes were shipped on dec 13 from Kentucky.Here I am on Jan 2 and still no package.When I check the Pitney Bowes tracking is says package was delivered to the Weirton WV post office on DEC 29, 2021. Yes you are reading that correctly 2021.After checking the USPS tracking number, there is no record of my product in their system.
I ordered a Shirt and it Provided me this shipping service and my Clothing hasn’t arrived on the Date it was suppose to arrive.. Im Absolutely upset not Providing tracking information nothing..
Everything is wrong with this company. I live in western PA and ordered some shoes from adidas on the 29th of December. It’s the 12th of January now. Pitney bowes is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. From other reviews on here it appears that they are stealing everyone’s things because I’m not the only one that hasn’t received the items I’ve ordered. They were shipping from New Jersey to Indiana for some reason when I live in Pennsylvania. I cannot believe how terrible of a company this is.
I live in western Pa. I ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month from adidas.com. The shoes departed New Jersey on the 11th. They were sent to Indiana and have been stuck there ever since. I find it kinda strange that they went past Pennsylvania on the way to Indiana. The truck probably drove past my house in order to get there. If I would have known this, I would have waved, cuz Im not going to be seeing them in time for Christmas. They were suppose to be a gift. I guess Ill print out the tracking info and wrap it instead. Thanks Pitney Bowes!EditIt is now the 28th of December. Pitney Bowes claims that the package has been in my hometowns usps facility since the 22nd. I called usps, and the package has never been in their system. Adidas.com is barely helpful, I have to wait three more days for them to investigate what happened to my package. Im so mad I cant even see straight. We are living in a time when just about every retail chain has closed down. We are now dependent on ordering shoes and clothing online. I cant believe that a big brand company like Adidas chooses a trash company to do business with!!
Im not sure what happened but I never received the product. They created the shipping label but the product never made it to the USPS.Update: Ordered product January 28, label created January 28, labeled product delivered to USPS on March 4. Inconceivable! Finally received the product March 11.
Worst shipping ever!!!! I don’t know why any company would EVER use this place!!! I’ve been waiting for a package that I ordered at the beginning of March....it’s April 18th and it’s still in limbo! Worst is not good enough it’s beyond worst!!
This company is Kohls new carrier. Ordered something from Kohls during Thanksgiving. Got emails from Kohls saying the package is delivered. NO!!! This company delivered the package to USPS and I have to pick up there. If its not delivered, why update the system to show its delivered??? Im not living in USPS.
Spotty tracking, had a impossible time finding these guys after my shipper gave me a totally wrong shipping company, went from NJ through my state Ohio to Greenwood indiana. Expected delivery date of today but not delivered, will give a grace period until Wednesday before raising a issue. If you plan to use these guys to ship your product as a company please reconsider as i will now be switching who i buy from.
Where’s my package!?
Due to covid-19, our office has been shut down and I have been trying to return our postage meter for over a week! My first attempt, I was on the phone for over a half an hour after being transferred several times, once without being told I was being transferred, only for her to tell me they would contact me and give me instructions on how to return the meter.Now our phones have been removed and Im trying to call on my personal cell phone, was disconnected once and now Im waiting on a return call once again! This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen. And trust me I see a lot. I work with insurances !!!
I have a package being transfered to USPS through them. This package is lost and they wont admit it. It hasnt been scanned in 12 days nor has it been transfered to usps. No one will even talk to me, they say they dont take calls about tracking packages. So you lost my package, but wont give me an explanation, investigate where it went, or do anything about it?! The BBB will be getting a case soon!

The worst shipping company! My packages have been sitting in the same spot for 5 days now!! I ordered stuff weeks ago and its still not delivered! Absolute worst!
My package went from Warendale, PA 2.5 hours from my house Erie, PA to Greenwood, IN 6.5 HRS away from Erie. They have had my package for over a month and a half! Package is on a tour of the US! THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS!!!
Lost package for two months and every time i go on to track it says estimated delivery date is always the day I’m tracking it! Changes day to day! Terrible terrible service
Ordered something from China.Around mothers day. Here it is after Fathers Day. And still havent received my order!!! While the tracking number said its bouncing around Pittsburgh!!!
WORTHLESS. It’s been over a week since my package shipped and I live one state away from where it was shipped.
If you enjoy sitting on the customer service line multiple times a week for upwards of 2 hours each call, then this is the postage service for you! I have had a miserable experience with this company AND this mail machine since we signed the lease. I have worked with alot of different companies and alot of different leases, and Pitney Bowes BY FAR has been the worst experience Ive ever had. The SendPro C Series that we got has not worked right more then 2 days in a row since weve received the machine. Then they sent a replacement which I had to install myself, and from that day on I have an error message about twice a week. FYI>>>They dont tell you in the lease and its not written in the Terms & Conditions but if you get ANY SendPro mail machines, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY IN-HOUSE SERVICE!!! So if something happens they provide phone support and free replacement, but no service person to come to the office and fix the issue. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING>>>> DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH PITNEY BOWES!!! You will have a terrible experience! TRUST ME!!!
