I have used them for many years and recommend them head and shoulders above the other orthotic companies in the Pittsburgh area. Personally Sarah who is in the cranberry area and focuses on children goes above and beyond to make sure that cares of the client are attentively listened to and met. I cannot say enough about her skill, dedication and genuine care of her clients.
Staff was curteous and kind. They took their time to check out my insurance. They were very helpful. It was a great experience.
The people at Union/Delatorre are wonderful! I highly recommend going to them for your prosthetic needs.
Super nice people! I was made comfortable with my appointment and the tech was knowledgeable and able to explain my fitting and orthotic.
Always friendly service from the front to the back. John my tech is knowledgeable and really time to help.
Everything went well except for getting the knee-brace in a timely fashion which I had discussed with the company all along. I should have paid full-price right at the beginning when I needed the brace the most since I had a clean tear of my MCL.
The staff there was extremely friendly and knowledgable
Jenna is amazing to work with! Any questions that our family has, she is always willing to help. Tammy is the front desk receptionist and is so down to earth. She really makes my experience stress free when we visit the office. She is really reassuring that we can contact them at anytime with any concerns. I highly recommend Union Ortho for their professionalism, friendliness and promptness. Thanks so much!
I have been taking my special needs son to Union Orthotics & Prosthetics for years. We have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner. The check in process is very efficient and there isn’t much of a wait. Sarah is our prosthetic technician. She is incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. Right now they are taking all of the necessary precautions during the pandemic.
Excellent service and staff. Are very informative and explains and answers any question or concerns that you have. I would highly recommend them for your needs. Thank you for the service you provide.
I’m a k4 BK amputee and compete in adaptive motocross. I’ve been an amputee for the last year and a half. I left another prosthesis company due to socket issues and joined Union Orthotics a few months ago. I’m currently on my first socket and foot from Union and they are great to work with especially since I’m as active as I can be with dirt bikes, mountain bikes and all around everyday use. Union has a great team of professional that go the extra mile for me to remain as active as possible. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality prosthesis.
Matt has been the best prosthetist right off the bat! Great place with kind and understanding people. Anytime, I have had issues with my prosthetic, or needed something, they always answered and helped. Very easy to communicate with.
Donny was great with my son and his helmet! He made the experience a lot easier. I would definitely recommend.
Donnie was our orthotist and he was amazing. He made the whole helmet experience a breeze. We are happy to have gone thru this experience with Union Orthotics.
We chose Union for my infants helmet and the process could not have been any easier! Jenna is awesome and the office is extremely organized.
Union Orthotics helped us correct our baby daughter’s flat spot on her head with a cranial helmet. They were always pleasant to work with, we’re knowledgeable, and I never had to wait too long once I got to the office. Our daughter even had a big accident on the way to an appointment and the receptionist/scheduler gave us wipes and a diaper from her car!
Everyone has Treated me awesome for about 50 years starting with Bobby and Bob dad, Greg, Donny, Mat, Jon Leimkueler, CPO and the new young Lady that help setup my new artificial leg and all the other people that help me I’m just getting bad with names
Caring, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to overall patient care. Definitely a go-to source for orthotics, prosthetics and pediatrics including infant cranial remolding helmets in Pittsburgh.
