My pedicure nails turned out great. Unfortunately the tech who did it also hurt me a few times with the water temperature, she wouldn’t check while filling the tub and rinsing until I yelped from the hot water. I got matching yellow colors for my hands and toes. My hands however, after leaving the place were a bit of a mess. Several spots had clear gel on my hands, the shape and paint job were especially poor on one hand. I came back and they redid both hands with a different tech but it was the wrong color. Unfortunately not very professional with a lot of techs sitting around on their phones, but the redo was much better, I only wish it was the right yellow color. I font think I’d go back but I’m thankful they fixed the my nails. Maybe I came on an off day! 😅 UPDATE: 08/23/21 it’s been three days since my manicure….it began chipping yesterday but I ignored it…today I pushed my hair out of my face and felt a snag. The nail polish literally was hanging from my hand. I have not done anything, like use any cleaning chemicals, that would warrant this. Looking closer you can see the paint literally was bubbled and was detached from the nail bed. I’m pretty disappointed but since this was already the fixed nail set, I’m just going to let it be and not go back. :/ I’ve never had nails do this.

Where do Istart. Arrived and was seated in a dirty pedicure chair. I literally had to wipe the chair before sitting AND had to ask for the last customers drink to be moved. The male technician was not chatty or friendly. He didnt use cuticle softner, just started cutting away. When he put the lime on my toes, they burned.Transition to my fill. Lets start with Female technician burped at least six times while performing service.When asked, shared I had acrylic with regular polish AND I wanted the same polish as my toes. They couldnt find the polish. In a rush after waiting for the pedicure I agreed to gel. $45 later, not the color or polish later...they charged extra for glitter. Also, after she did what she wanted with my shape, I told her the actual shape I wanted. HNew to the area but definitely wont be back. $82 and not happy .

I found my nail home. Bill did my nails and he did exactly what I wanted, not what HE wanted which is what some places do. None were crooked or too thick. They were actually perfect. Clean, calm place to be. Good customer service. I will continue to go back again and again. The pricing is maybe a tad more, and designs are $5 per nail. Rhinestones are $1 a piece 🤷 Pedicure could had been a little more extensive and Id be happier with that. It was not overly crowded when I went both times, and its nice and quiet. They ask that u wear a mask. Dim lighting and they do offer a cold beverage or wine which is to be expected at a spa. The perfect place to relax. I also believe they are open 7 days a week.*After comming again, I got a different technician and she was so friendly and gentle, as was the first.

I’ve been using Kelly and Bill for the past few years for my dipped nails and pedicures. They’ve never disappointed me and have always shown great customer service! Very pleasant and professional atmosphere with reasonable prices.

It smells so strong of nail chemicals I had a hard time breathing In there and i should have left before it ever started. Horrible pedi got the Deluxe sat in thick yellow jel till it was ice cold.While my nail tech took on the clients while I sat. worse mani uneven nail lengths misshapen and sharp ruff edges ..... never again. Save yourself go anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my time at this nail salon. The employees were very attentive, relaxing atmosphere, clean, and I had a good massage. I will definitely be back.

I came June 3rd which is just 6 days ago from today to get a Mani and Pedi. Since last week I’ve had four nails break, NEVER have I had my nails break in just a week. I spent over $100, went to the shop and all he could offer me was for the to fix it for discount!! And wanted to blame me for the nails breaking when obviously they didn’t do a good job! Would not be returning!!

Fabulous place to get any and all services done. Everyone does a great job and time is managed very well here with or without Appt. Lee is awesome, I love her attention to detail.

Had the worst experience here. It was so bad I left before the nail tech finished. When I showed my son the one hand that was finished he said it looks like a 3 year old did them. The nail shape was very inconsistent, the dip powder was extremely uneven, the nail tech did not do a base coat first so they were really thin and flimsy. I would not return here if you paid me to. I will say that the salon itself its very nice and clean.

Im actually closer to 4.75 stars than 4. Made early appt(10AM) to beat the crowd. Not sure what the techs name was, no offer of a cold beverage. Language barrier but once she understood what I wanted, I was pleased when I walked out

Ohhh my goodnessThis place is amazing...Their attitude is so catering to your needs....as I watch other clients come in...they treated like beyond family....they are here to cater to your wants and needs....My toe nail tech is Anna....because i will be booking with her ftom.now on....and cant wait to bring my friends...we are to do it up.in here.....they have a king and queen pedicure chairs....how cool....Most definitely this my new spot

Tried Nirvana Hollytree a month ago for the first time and I was impressed! Very personable with their customers and relaxing atmosphere. Kelly did my dips nails and she did not disappoint. I will be coming back going to her from here on out.

I went in NOT sure which color to really do... and told her I wanted to do a fall color bc I ALWAYS have BRIGHT COLORS and she picked out which ones to do and said I no... and they turned out wonderful!!! :) will definitely be back! Went in September and had my feet and nails done for my sister’s wedding and they did wonderful too!!!

Used a drill on my cuticles and cut them way too short, my thumb bled. Got dip nails and it was hardly a week before part of it cracked right off. Wasn’t putting pressure or anything. Loved the color and the tech was friendly, but I won’t go back.

Wasn’t impressed! I had to have them repaint my toes cause they missed spots when painting first time! And they rush through it. I don’t like being rushed. It’s supposed to be relaxing! I will not go back.

Got shellac nails here for my wedding.. the first stylist was very messy and shellac ended up very bubbly. I had it redone that same sitting. The guy that took it off didn’t even need acetone to remove it.. it peeled off in whole pieces within seconds (which means it wouldn’t have lasted long anyways). Fast forward to after he redid them and, 5 hours later and they were already peeling off again... I won’t be going back here.A friend & I got pedicures done today too and both of our polish messed up within an hour of leaving.. they did not cure even several hours later.Don’t waste your money.

I had been to this nail salon in the past and was really happy with my experience. I recently re-visited this salon and was really disappointed in the service I was given. Kevin rushed through my pedicure and did not do a quality job painting my toes. The nail salon was NOT busy so I do not understand why he was so rushed. The chair I was sitting in was broken or not plugged in so I could not slide the chair back to make it comfortable for my legs. The man who did my manicure did not trim my cuticles and also seemed rushed throughout my shellac manicure. I will not be recommending this Nail Salon to my friends and I will not be returning anytime soon.

Had a mani/pedi done here today. They were nice to offer me a drink when I came and were friendly. However they did both my services at the same time and rushed through both. My manicure came ok since it is shellac, the polish on my toes however didn’t last 6 hours before the paint on the big toes started rippling and chipped on the tips! I do not recommend going here and I will not be a returning customer. Wish I could get my money back.

Got a pedicure and a refill on my nails. Pedicure was good altho it started chipping within a few days, and my nails which have gel polish on them have started chipping off bad

Rose, have been my nail tech for 17yrs; Ive always gotten 5 star service. Rose, knows, Im very picky about my nails/pedi, but Im always satisfied and her pedicure is the BEST! The salon is very elegant and everyone is very friendly and professional. Julie, does excellent brows and lash extensions.Truly, 5 star establishment!

I have been to a lot of nail salons in Tyler, and this is by far the best one Ive been to. Its not in some weird location and is very clean. They are also the only ones who have ever laid a towel down over my shirt while getting my eyebrows waxed, incase any dripped. Ive had to throw away shirts cause other salons didnt even think to do this. I will definitely be coming back.

I had Rose for my pedicure and she was great. I am sensitive and she was very gentle, yet thorough and I will ask for her every time.

I didnt care for the Nail Spa at all. The staff was not the friendliest and the service was not the best either. Again, this is strictly based off of my one-time visit.

I got dip powder on my nails on a Friday. By Saturday, three of my nails had chipped off. I went back and got them fixed on Monday. The next saturday every single one of my nails, including the ones I had fixed had chipped/broke. Definitely not worth $40

Just had my nails done and a pedicure done by Rose. She did a fantastic job. I recommend Nirvananailhollytree on Old Jacksonville.

The place itself is very nice. I stopped by as a walk in and the woman they had start doing my nails seemed like she had no experience. She used WAY too much glue to apply the tips! She put it all the way across the nail and then applied it on top afterward. I am still flaking glue off of my cuticles days later. She also applied them from the center of the nail and did not press the sides down so they are wide and flat. As she started using the dremel to sand down my nails before doing what I thought would be dipped nails, a man took over for her. I think she was sanding my nails down too low and he saw that. The man said he was going to “paint” the powder on instead of dipping my nails as I had requested. He said it would be the same thing and look better. I had never had the dipped nails before so I was hesitant and confused, but let him proceed. I think he used the pink liquid used in solar nails to liquify and apply the colored powder. Afterward he filed the sides of the nails down to the point he made them narrower than the base of my natural nails. I knew he definitely had not done what I asked for on my nails when he painted a clear top coat on and put me under the UV lamp, because that is definitely not part of getting SNS nails. I was so eager to get out of there that I didn’t ask any more questions before paying and leaving. Now I have to find somewhere else to try and get these fixed after my nails grow out some.Thank you for the response, but I reviewed the correct location. I chose it because of it’s close proximity to my place of employment. Initially Kelly sat down with me, but she had an apppinment arrive so then I believe Vivian is who started doing my nails. I do not recall the man’s name who completed them though.
