She is very good and very well in demand so if you visit this lady to get your nails done or get your eye brows waxed make sure to set up an appointment at least 2 days ahead of time. I got a soak off and overlay. Pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Completely satisfied. Thank you Ms. Crazy 😍

I was cut twice during my manicure... was not discounted. I was there for 3 hours. The owner was nice and tried her best but my nails look a total mess. I asked for white glitter and she did what I asked but my nails look chunky and sloppy. She really didn’t know what she was doing with the dip technique. I was charged $62 for white color with glitter. No design or rhinestones. I love B &C nails- this is where you should go. This place is gross and they don’t do a good job.

When I called to schedule an appointment, i told her my name and she laughed at me and saidmy name back to me and I said yes, thats my name. First red flag. Then i arrive for my appointment i waited for an hour and a half. When. She started me, she hardly disinfected anything, didnt wash her hands, and kept jumping person to person. Then when she finally started on me, she barely prepped my nail, and didnt even cut my cuticle back. i had asked for a coffin shape and she got angry and said she had asked me if I wanted square and that i said yes-- i never heard her ask shape or anything she just went right into it, and just asked for length. So now my shaping is horrendous, as she rushed on me, and then she painted my nails and applied the gems like a 5 year old. When I went to pay, i was switching money over to another account,and she said oh you call mommy, mommy need to pay trying to be funny and in an attempt to embarrass me in front of the other customers. Highly unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary.

My friend brought me. Good service so i brought my daughtet and gave her my debit card. She was overcharged 25 dollars. They took advantage of a sweet young lady. Never again.

Amazing work from these ladies. Took me and my mom last minute on a friday morning for us to get a pedicure and gel manicure. Nice conversation and many laughs! Prices are right and work is neat and fast ❤

Where do I even start... made an appointment days prior and when I arrived no-one was in the shop. I waited 40 minutes before I went home. I called around to other nail salons to get an appointment and on my way to another appointment she called an apologize and told me to come in. She didnt do the requested service (I asked for an acrylic on my big toe), she made me wait forever, then rushed doing my nails. My paint job on my hands and toes looks like my 8 year old did it. Got $100 in services which with the job they did it shouldnt have even been $50 and I STILL tipped 20% because I am a waitress, but one things for certain I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Ive in Pittsburgh now for almost 3years. Crazy(her nickname) is by far theeee best Nail technician ever! So bubbly and full of personality, she really takes care of the overall health of my nails. As long as I live here, I will not go anywhere else.!

Just moved to the area, walked in with my almost 3 year old daughter to get BOTH of us pedicures...I was told they will not do children and that children weren’t allowed there so I couldn’t get mine done either. She would have just sat on my lap and played with her iPad, instead they will never get my business and I will be sure to share the story.

Horrible, 1st walking in you get dripped on from the leak, then when I called to to ask where specifically was located, she guided me in parking lot. I entered with my 95 year old patient for a simple manicure then she tells me that she didnt have time. What the hell, why didnt you tell me this before I parked the freaking car???? Place was filthy and disgusting. Next step, contact health department and licencing bureau.

I had too wait for long time for my nails and pedi. Only one nail tech and one manicure. Too many people. My Suggestion is should have extra tech. So people wont wait longtime.
