My friend and I have been going there for about two years now. They do a great job on the acrylics and nail design. I have absolutely no complaints and would never go anywhere else.

The hair professional was nice but the nail professional wouldnt leave her customer to answer my question.

I had a pedicure at 3pm. It was all good until the next morning. I woke up and 6 toenails were all messed up. The polish apparently never dried. Ok, so stuff happens. I went in to have them repolish and explained I wanted to change the cor because the previous required too many coats of polish and I did not want to chance the same outcome. Because they would also have to change the 4 good times to the new color they said they had to charge me. Well, I refused. It made no sense. So I told them to give me the remover and I would take the polish off so they could repolish with whatever color I requested at no charge. Finally the owner? Agreed but made made me come in the next day. All over 4 nails and two of them were pinky toes. If I had not removed the polish myself, they were insisting on charging me. Shameful over $10.00. Ill go elsewhere next time.

I am simply disappointed with this place.. poor customer service skills, rushed services and unfair treatment. Went in for a fill last week and now two nails are missing I called in to advise them and was told it’s my fault bc I have “long nail” and need to be more careful.. After all the back in forth the lady I spoke with on the phone said to come in to get my nail fixed.. I arrive at the shop and she starts picking with me some more about how it’s my fault that this happens. I left and won’t be returning done wasting my money.

They used to be so good...pedicure lady was fantastic but my nails are all rough and uneven.. they look horrible. I am going to have them fixed by my guy tomorrow . I wont go back

First off i called ahead of time before i s=went and they said the would take me. i get there and was told it will be an hour.Anytime i i go to the nail sallon i have my google translader on too and you guys would not be superired they talk about us. well any my nail fell off 2 days later and another the next day. i called to get them fixed it cost 15 $ to fix just the one never them use them again

Cindy did my Mani + Pedi and eyebrows, she did a wonderful job. This is my 4th time going to this place and has had nothing but great experiences here. The price was great also. I use to go to city nails for years but they NEVER have time anymore so Ill take my money elsewhere ✌️🏾

My nails are uneven and unprofessional looking. When I asked to be fixed, I was assured it would be, but a quick filling down wasnt going to fix it.When painted, the tips and edges were still showing though and after asking twice to cover all my nails with nail polish I gave up.I will never return and I would not recommend this shop either.0 stars.

Horrible!I had my nails done and shouldve stopped half way thru. I was patient though and allowed the guy to finish. They looked okay,but I wasnt completely happy...due to time couldnt wait. The next morning I called and was basically too bad. By the mid morning the nails were lifting!!!! I didnt want to waste more time or money so I went elsewhere. My nails all had to be removed and redone from the start. If you dont want to waste $$$ and time DONT go here. Very unprofessional and they dont even conversate with you. Its like they rush to get done...take your money and get you out of there.

This place is terrible! Dont come here! They are rude, treat you like cattle and dont care whether you come back or not. When My sister (who has a latex alergy) and I went while she was visiting, the guy sat down to start her pedicure and didnt even look at her. She saw him reaching for the latex gloves and advised him of the allergy. After he said something in Mongolian to another worker, he just took the gloves off and got up and left. He never even looked at her. They said that we could go buy gloves and come back, but they couldnt do the pedicure without them. Well, we went right across the street to City Nails where they treat you much better and dont use gloves when working on pedicures! Thank you, City Nails!

I had a gift certificate to get a free manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, there were only two people there. The woman who worked there was so ignorant...she told me I would have to wait for two hours to get my services. I couldnt believe it. She said she had an appointment scheduled but I waited a bit and no one came in. I left and Im always in that plaza...but they will never see a dime of my money.

Ive been getting my nails done at this nail shop for years even before they moved next door to pizza hut and have never thought twice about not returning. I prefer Hung to do my nails but her son and his gf are also good i have nothing but compliments I love my nails, feet and brows 5* nothing but love!

Absolute terrible experience at this salon. They grinded my natural nails down so thin that they were red and in pain. Then she insisted I soak them in acetone which I had to refuse because it was so incredibly painful. I asked and pointed to the color polish I wanted, a dark slate gray color and I walked out with a pale pink on my nails. I tried to explain my frustrations to them and they simply could have cared less. I will never stop there again. Several other people in the salon were upset with their service while I was in there. 0 stars.

No Stars for this racist group of Immigrants. when My sons girlfriend told me that they disrespectfully told her they didnt have time to do a fill in on her toes, come back later. just like that, she said that she felt like the lady was disrespectful. this morning on the news, I see where an older Black woman is suing them because they refused service to her because she is blind, I hope that all black women will take their money elsewhere. we, who have made others rich with our business, dont need to spend our dollars with folks who are of another culture themselves, discriminating against us

I’ve been here only once just to fix a nail as soon as i walked through the door they yelled at me stating “we don’t do long nails” before i could get out a request . I allowed them to still replace my nail and it was an inch shorter than the rest . Then all the diamonds fell off 2 days later and 2 days after that the entire nail fell off . On top of them being rude .

Never been there. Never will. If this is true, I will tell everyone I know who goes there to stop. If this is true, you dont deserve to be in business.

Id give zero stars if I could. Refusing service to a blind woman? Its absolutely ridiculous. Lets not forget the workers rude remarks when unlocking the door, move so I can unlock the door. Id never give a penny to this business.
