If you are looking for a nail home look no further. Nail pretty is the place to be. The shop is beautiful and clean. Everyone who works there is super nice, the quality of my nails was superb and they even gave us snacks. My first time there I got a coupon which they honored and I was able to use the next time I came in. If you are debating whether or not you should come here.. Just do it, you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

I recently visited Nail Pretty in Mount Lebanon for a manicure. I was very pleased with the result. The nail tech who gave me the manicure was Sandy. She was very professional and I had no problem speaking with her and explaining what I wanted. The store was very clean and looks to be practically brand new. There was a plexiglass barrier at the work station between me and Sandy, so I felt extra safe even though we both wore masks. They gave me a cookie and a bottle of water on the way out, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely be back.

The salon is clean and workers are pleasant. My entire experience was relaxing. This is my new salon. If youre looking to have your nails done, I suggest you go here. You wont be disappointed. Just to update this review (its now November 28); my go to manicure girl went on vacation. She seems to be the only experienced one there. Seems theres not a good working relationship among the workers, you can tell in their tone of voice when speaking their native tongue. When u call and make an appointment, its really not honored. Theyll start someone 5 minutes before u get there and u wait till theyre done; usually 45 min. to an hour. Ive now taken my business elsewhere; Mani salon. It only takes 45 min. for a set of powder to be completed. All the workers are experienced and professional. Ive been there 3 times and all is good so far.

I just came to nail pretty for the first time and I will be back for sure. I got a spa pedicure and the massage was bliss. The tech took his time and was very detail oriented when it came to getting my feet in shape. I have never had a better pedicure in my life! Check this place out! You will not regret it.

This was my 1st time here. Had my nails dipped at another shop and were extremely thick. Brian took his time and removed old dip which was extensive work. He then did my nails in gel and a very pretty spring color. Not only did he pamper my nails and hands he also went above and beyond and gave me a neck and back massage. It was a wonderful pampering experience and this will be my shop from now on. Their prices are excellent as well!!

Just an FYI for anyone thinking they want to go here... they have an online booking feature that apparently they prefer that you do not use yet it’s there for you to use at your leisure. Complete nonsense. I even called the day of and asked if there was any way I could come in earlier and they said no come at 630. I show up and they tell me they didn’t know I was coming??? Are you joking, I just spoke to you on the phone. After showing the guy my email for the confirmation he still tells me the other people who just called are ahead of me and I’ll have to wait. Don’t waste your time. They’re rude and don’t deserve your business. End of story.

Came in for a pedicure and will absolutely be back! The salon is super clean and spacious, the staff are all really professional and sweet, and the prices are great! I was even given a complimentary shoulder massage. I highly recommend this new salon to anyone looking for a great nail service.

Amazing! I went in for a pedi and gel manicure and they both turned out great. Ive never had a manicurist that paid so much attention to detail. The prices were very reasonable. This will be my new go-to spot.

I had a nail appointment for 11:30 and got there at 11:25 to pick out a color. When I got there nobody asked me if I had an appointment or what service I wanted. I finally told them at 11:40 that I had a gel manicure appointment scheduled for 11:30. At 11:50 I left because I purposely made the appointment knowing I had to be somewhere that afternoon. If they aren’t going to follow the appointment times then what’s the point of even offering scheduling appointments. Left feeling so frustrated.

Disappointed by the service provided by this business and wish for being in the Lebo area that we had better places instead of a place like this. My wife has gone to this place because it’s close but the service is subpar. It’s hit or miss with the quality of customer service and how you are treated by the staff, hopefully you catch them on a good day. Hopefully someone else eventually takes over this place and runs it like they care about the customers they are serving. We will be taking our business else where. FYI if you chose to use this place do not use their online reservation system or you will be bumped for someone else that calls in/walks in. If you plan on going in call ahead and make your appt that way.

The service is slower then anywhere else and quality of work is horrible. I never yet seen anyone anywhere else using acrylic products on dip powder (not even talking about fact that clear was used as a base instead of natural for Kiara Sky dip)

Good but pricey.
