Julia did my nails. Amazing artist and precise manicure details. Used a dry manicure tool, which comes standard, to clean my nails and give it a polished overall look. They look perfect!

Pretty little salon but they should mention how there levels work when booking an appt. I came from out of town cause I heard good things about the shop. I drove over an hour to get there & I got some1 new who didnt even take their board test yet! She ended up messing up 1 finger on each hand😢 when it was all said & done I ended up paying 90$ for someone to experiment on me..so disappointed & wont be back

Amazing! Five star service. Lovely environment. Clean and fast. I made an appointment for 3:45 and was seen at that time. Sam did my pedicure and it is the prettiest pedicure. I would book days in advance. There is high demand for this type of excellent service. They are opening up a salon in Monroeville on June 15 so should give me more options. They book up fast! It’s a miracle I even got a pedicure there. Sorry for the shoddy picture.

Karen and Lex did these beautiful nails. It was my first experience with artificial nails and Lex talked me through what she was doing, asked for my feedback along the way, and was super detailed in making sure all my nails were the same length and shape. The salon was clean and only let a certain number of people in at a time. I will be back!

My pedicure was great! Everyone was very professional (other places I have went while doing nails the workers would sometimes have full on the phone conversations with headphones on with friends. The vibe was very cool like no clients were getting treated better than anyone else. Very nice and relaxing.

I really wanted to like it. My nails are beautiful but I have scabs from cuts around on several of cuticles that came from cuts sustained by my nail tech. Im a jewelry maker and one very painful wound on the side of my index finger took almost a week to heal so I couldnt work during that time.

I have been a customer of Lauren since she’s been traveling to peoples homes. I lived pretty far from her and she still was willing to travel to do my nails. Now she has her own BEAUTIFUL salon ...about 50 minutes away from me and she is the only person I’d ever let touch my nails. The quality of her work is amazing and she is so creative. The salon is so relaxing and all the employees are awesome, outgoing and free spirited. It’s nothing but laughs from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I love it there!

My appointment was right on time and they adhere to the COVID mask 😷 rules and they make sure everyone is keeping a safe distance. Dominique is very nice and professional. Lex is great very professional and on point. I will be making this my new place I went to the same place for 7 year’s and they did not care about the safety of their clients with the COVID Epidemic. Lauren is definitely the best nail tech around. I travel 1hr & 20mins just to come to LaLa’s and it’s totally worth it! The atmosphere is great but my expectations are ALWAYS exceeded. I can show a picture or describe something and not only is it what I wanted, it’s way better. Everybody there is so talented! The salon is always clean. The staff is very personable so it makes for a good time. I would highly recommend this place.

The service here was astonishing! My tech, Lauren, did such an amazing job. From beginning to finish, I felt she was very detailed and her main goal was to make sure I was satisfied. Its obvious that there are some really pros in that shop. The pedicure I received was like no other and now its going to be hard to find that type of service back home in California. If I could pick up her shop and move it to Cali, I would place it in my back yard! 5 starsssssssssssss! :)

Loved the look of the salon! Service: i just expected more out of the visit. My nail tech seemed annoyed the whole time, we didn’t speak. Nails overall turned out okay. Next day I realized there was acrylic stuck under my nails and they seemed kinda thin tbh. no biggie. Day 4 one nail broke. contacted them and “I’d have to pay to get it fixed” what ? It broke where it was thin. Then a day later another broke same spot. NOT worth the 75$ I paid. Didn’t get anything fancy either. Do not recommend!

I just got my nails done less than a week ago and 3 of them already lifted up from the bottom and popped off. It’s not like I’m doing any types of labor besides trying to enjoying my vacation. I wasted $57 for nails that did not even last a week, I most definitely won’t be visiting again. I also will not being paying to get them fixed when it’s their responsibility to make sure the nails are perfect and last more than a week. This place is hype up to much!!

Nice atmosphere, and nail techs do great design. But application is off. I went to 2 different techs, 3 visits. All 3 visits my nails were to thin an lifted from the nail bed or broke within 6-8 days . They charge you to fix an within a few days those break. Deff dont recommend anymore because my hands literally got jacked up from them breaking so bad an they are priced higher then a lot of other shops. Still love their design skills.

My expectations were high based on all of the wonderful reviews. I have to say I was disappointed considering the very high price point. my technician was thorough and did a good job but...The towels apparently were overlooked as when she put them on my hands they werent even warm let alone hot. she tried to put them back in for a few minutes but apparently it would have taken a lot longer and i didnt have all day. that was a real bummer. plus, one of the clients cell phone kept pinging every few minutes. Moreover, there was something sticky on the floor where i was sitting that got stuck on my shoe. ughh.. I was going to ask for a slight reduction in price while i was there but the owner wasnt there at the time.

My experience with Lala’s is always wonderful. I see Persia and she always does a wonderful job. She’s always on time with getting started with my appts. She always gives me a nice, clean set of nails. Im always satisfied. I would recommend anyone to come to LaLa’s. Every staff is good at doing what they do and I love the fact that everyone is so welcoming upon entering the salon!

I’ve been coming to Lala’s since January of 2019, and the experience has been great! I always go to Lauren because I can always expect my nails to look nice. The new shop in Monroeville is really nice and the shop on Penn Ave is the OG. The vibe is nice and so are the details in the shop!

This review may be a little long. I live a little far so it was definitely a trip down to the salon but ive heard nothing but great things about it so I was willing to make the drive. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told that my nail tech would be with me shortly. About 15 minutes after my scheduled time, someone came over to me and said that my tech was running behind a bit and it shouldnt be too much longer. I was annoyed at first because I did have a scheduled appointment time and even showed up a little early. But this being my first time, I just said ok and continued to wait. The lady offered me wine which was a nice surprise. Ive never had wine at a nail salon. About 5 minutes later, the girl that was getting her nails done by my tech came to check out. I took one look at her nails and saw why the tech ran over 20 minutes into my time. Her nails were very unique, clean, and had an intricate design in diamonds on them. Even though I was slightly annoyed for waiting, I could tell it was all for a good reason. When I finally sat down in the chair, my tech was very apologetic which I appreciated because I could tell she cared about my time. By the time I left I was so pleased with my service. It was relaxing and in the end I loved my nails. They turned what could have been a bad first experience into a great one. I will for sure be returning and telling everyone where I get my nails done at now!

A visit to Lala’s is something I look forward to regularly. Their entire staff is very friendly and diverse, anyone will feel welcomed here. The environment is modern and has a homey feel. The shop is decked out in a beautiful royal purple and the music selection is always bumpin !! Lauren is literally a nail artist and the best nail tech I know. She truly is a creative master mind and has nailed every single complex look I bring to her. As far as some of the comments that I have seen regarding waiting past appointment time, I don’t know of any business whose most requested artist doesn’t get a few moments behind, but I can assure you from my experience when you do get in her chair you are getting the QT that you are paying for, she takes her time to design and craft even the most complicated look. I purchased a the spa Pedicure for my wife. There was no aromatherapy, they did not do a goid job if scrubbing her feet and they kedt the calouse on her left foot. This place iver sales and way under delivers. I do not recomend it.
