Ive been having my Nails done by Francos for more than twenty years, in those twenty years Ive seen the business change hands once. The new owner Lynn is a nice lady who takes her job seriously, but I have a complaint about how Lynn and the other workers talk about the clients that they serve negatively.

The lady that was doing my nails, was very friendly, nice, and professional. My nails turned out how I wanted them to be and they are so pretty 😍💙

You will sit there for hours trying to get your nails done. I went the first time and waited so long that I ended up leaving. Went back to see if its just a particular day that the waiting time is extensive, nope still waited and left without being serviced. Giving ot a one star because I cannot post this without. Not going to waste my time going back.

I used to go to this salon for years. Their work is hit or miss. The last straw was the owner being rude to my daughter who was serviced! Do not mistreat our children! You come into our communities to make money and treat us as if we are a nuisance. I won’t be back.

A long wait, but they will get the job done and they are great at what they do!

Excellent Service and clean

Got my nails done last week their all falling completely off. Called the lady she hung up several times and lied about her workers that worked and said he hasn’t worked in weeks and he worked a week ago. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for 10 years and never had any problems. When I dont do my own I come here. Ive been to TONS of nail shops and this one is my favorite. The work is good. I get every thing done here too.

Hmmmm...where do I start? I usually go to Avalon Nails at the Mall at Robinson...I will say this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for!Im so livid right now I dont even want to finish this review!Dont let the little guy sharpen your nails...I aint prepping up for war!Mad I didnt wait until the weekend when I could drive thirty minutes to get them done the right way! Going home tonight to soak these bad boys off and get them done correctly this weekend! Ugh Im so mad!Always go for what you know! Period.

I have been going to FRANCOS for many years and there are many reasons why. FRANCOS is the best place in Wilkinsburg and in the surrounding area to have your nails, feet or eyebrows done. I have never been disappointed when I have gone there for any service!! There is one nail tech who is a very special one, they know who they are cause if I give you their name, youll all go running to them and I will lose my chance to get in early!! If youre looking for a good price, nice people that work very quickly and carefully, you may want to give FRANCOS a try. Their clientele are cool too, cause if you have to wait, you meet the nicest people from not only Wilkinsburg!

3 out of 5. Some of my nails are longer and thinner than the others. Plus the wait time took awhile.

This place of business is terrible i will never go there again .. the service sucks and the employees have a nasty attitude towards customers all together.. i wouldnt recommend yall to nobody.. i wouldnt even give yall a star but i had to just so can post smh .

I just went to the shop to get my nails cut down and the lady that works there is a total b****. She was extremely rude and when I called back to tell her that I was unhappy with the service she hung up on me. I dont appreciate being disrespected when I pay my money to get my nails done in someones business. I would not be returning to the shop and I will tell others not to go there as well. She told me that if I didnt like what I was getting dont come. Like is this how you treat customers paying customers? These people were completely unprofessional and I am thoroughly disappointed.

One of the nail techs messed up my nails and I didnt notice until a few days after. Most of my nails were filed unevenly. The acrylic was uneven when she put them on. I went back to asked her to fix it and she told that she wasnt the one who did them even though she helped pick the colors and stuff for my nails. Very rude. Do not go! Not even as a last resort!

Went in with a brokin real nail with in 24hrs. Of it supposedly being fixd it was broke again.
