Toni is so thoughtful & talented! My nails have never looked like this until i started going to illustrated! I feel like I’ve been around in Pittsburgh and she is definitely the best. And her cuticle treatment leaves them looking amazing until the end!

Toni no-showed me multiple times. I sat outside of her salon for a long time waiting for her afraid that she would charge me HER no show fee. After asking around, this appears to be a trend with her. She has nerve constantly posting her cancellation policy. SHE should be charged for all of the time she has wasted for so many clients of hers who were loyal to her. Refer to her Vagaro account that she no longer uses because she was finally called out on it.

If you dont get your nails done by Toni, whatre you doing!? She is so ridiculously talented. Shes very detail oriented and my nails look perfect every time. As a bonus, she is easy to talk to which makes the appointment that much more enjoyable. In addition to all these, her booking system is easy and convenient, her salon is clean, and her prices are great.
