First let me start by saying the ladies here are ALL fabulous. Kiersten was my first point of contact and because of her awesome friendly and down to earth personality, I chose FlumeBar for my daughters 12th birthday. Holly, youre such a beautiful woman, you did an amazing job on the manis and pedis. Full Salon experience with great attention to detail. I couldnt have been happier with my choice.If you are on the hipper, glam and less stuffy side of people, this is the place in Mt.Lebo for you. Thanks to all you awesome ladies for a memorable day.

Worst experience ever.I bought 88$ deal from Groupon for balayage, haircut, shampoo, kerastase conditioning mask, and blowout. I reached 20 minutes late for my appointment due to their 2 locations which were near by n they start arguing that u r late my hair stylist has to go some where else after 2 hours so today we can only do your haircut n give you next appointment for other things but it will cost you 50$ extra as you’re late. And in next appointment we will do this and that on your hair n they nothing extra. Even after balayage I can see gray roots so I have to go somewhere else to fix it.

I brought my own shampoo and conditioner and styling products which we didn’t use (bothered me a bit ) cause I called and asked if I could bring my own products! THEY DO HAVE VEGAN HAIR CAREI went over there for a certain look and I showed them the look I question them about a part of my hair that wasn’t dyed because I am not somebody that can deal with a half hair dyed head of hair so I trust her professional opinion! I left it I went home and I try to do my hair for an event that I was going to the following day and the whole underneath of my hair is completely not touched.I was in there a long time! 11:15 - 2 something I think!Pending......I called to fix my hair and got a response willing to fix it! ✨🎊

The salon was beautiful and the staff were wonderful, with high end product lines. Our stylist, Kierstin, however, I do not recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Fluhme. I used them for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding last week. Stephanie was so helpful, and I was assigned Lauren for my hair and Austyn for my makeup. Both of them were incredibly responsive into any questions that I had and also helped me to achieve my dream look for my wedding. I don’t have my pictures back yet so I only showed one iPhone picture but hopefully I can add some when I get them, however I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law loved them. My mom was nervous about her make up and hair but she felt so beautiful which was really special to me. I actually found fluhme because I had gone to a friend’s wedding where she looked so beautiful and her make up stood out to me over other brides, and I’m so glad to say that my experience with them was similar. I looked like myself, but like the best version of me. To the people at Fluhme - I cannot thank you all enough. Lauren & Austyn are so fabulous.

Bought a Groupon because I thought it was a great deal. In fact I bought two. one for myself and one for my teenage daughter. When I called to schedule the appointment, I mentioned the Groupon, right away was told how the scheduling is very limited because only a select few stylists can schedule for Groupon. The day of my daughters appointment she was told because of damage to her hair they couldnt do balayage because its bleach. Asked them to just do an all over color to replace the balayage. They refused and quoted $216 for corrective color. Told them no. Asked for the haircut, shampoo, deep conditioner, and blowout. All part of the Groupon minus the balayage. They refused to change anything because it was a Groupon. It was already paid for and we were requesting for them to do LESS than what was paid for and they refused. This place is a joke!

Did my highlights today... The color is not what i wanted... Full highlights look more like a partial highlights... People are very nice in there... But dint get the job done rightly...

My first review ever. I was in dire need of haircut during this global pandemic . I was introduced to Diane Z. From the moment I sat down, I knew what a extreme perfectionist she was. Her attention to detail was 10 star plus.. The best of all is how her personality almost exceeds her master stylist credentials There arent enough stars to compliment her and her services. I would just like to say thank you.

I loved my visit. The staff was all really nice and welcoming. Kiersten cut and colored my hair with balyage. I never had that before but it came out really good. Ill definitely go back!

I went to Christina C to have my clip in extensions blended, and this place is A+ wow. This salon is like a custom nightclub for your hair, so clean and aesthetically appealing! The service is even better, I would go back again.

Tiffani did a great job on my lash lift and tint! I’m shocked how well it turned out. Looks like I have extensions but they’re my natural lashes. Thank you so much!

My daughter had her microblading here and Dominique was not only late once but TWICE. It was not by a little, either. Over 30 minutes late for two different appointments and I am not talking about the time it takes to numb. For as expensive of an appointment this is, I expected more professionalism.

I absolutely loved it here! I called them on short notice because another salon messed up my eyebrows. They were willing to put me in and within 10 minutes, I was seated and getting worked on. They helped fix the horrible job the other salon did on my eyebrows and saved me from a lot of embarrassment. I cant thank the staff enough for being so helpful and so sweet. This will now be my go to salon.

Got my eyebrows microblaided (traditional) by Carly. She was so sweet and did such a great job! She kept me informed as to what she was doing the entire way through and made sure i was comfortable. Love the atmosphere here too!

I find the comment below concerning because I have also received these services on multiple occasions, this scenario sounds a bit extreme.At the conclusion of this service it’s standard for the lash artist to hand you a mirror to see the final product.If you were so unhappy with the service and felt that you were injured why would you pay and walk out of the salon?

I had my make up and my hair done for my wedding. Just a small ceremony and dinner with less then 50 people. That said, my make up was fantastic.When I booked my services I booked just a hair service. I had my hair blown out straight. No curls. No updo. It was fine. Just basic straight. However during my appointment I mentioned I was getting married and so I was charged $75 for my hair because I was told it was for a “special occasion”. I think the price DID NOT match my service at all.Next time I will go to the Drybar up the road.

Domonique is a brow GODDESS. She gave me realistic microbladed eyebrows when I had 0% eyebrow hair. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole service. I drove 6 hours to see her from NJ and I will continue to see her every 2 years for a touch up.

I saw Tina for a haircut. The two cuts prior to seeing Tina were the worst two haircuts of my life. They were awful! And back to back, which was super unfortunate. I looked like I had done it myself with my eyes closed. Tina fixed me up nicely, my hair looks so much better!!! It will take another cut to make it perfect, but she did awesome with what she had to work with.Yesterday I went back to get my eyebrows microbladed by Elissa and WOWWHEE!!! They look amazing! Im so happy!!!

All I have to say is YAS!I brought my mom and myself to get our brows microbladed by the wonderful Carly Del Re, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the work spaces and surrounding were super clean. I had a really relaxing time there and the outcome of my brows are superb. So thankful for this salon and staff members!

Avoid this place like the plague, most definitely for lashes, even more specifically the employee Kaylee. I want to start out by saying that I was refunded, but morally I have to share my experience. My usual lash girl relocated farther away, and wasnt available for when I needed. So after a couple of recommendations and checking out their instagram page, I made an appointment for a lash lift and tint at Fluhme Glam Bar in Mt. Lebanon. Now the recommendations werent specifically for the employee I was set up with, just the salon as a whole. When I arrived I should have known because they deny a patch test. But I thought Ive had this done a dozen times, Im sure its fine. So I go back with Kaylee who was preforming my service and we get started. Right from the very beginning she was SO rough. I was in shock. Even just how hard she pushed on my eyes to put the pads on. As shes putting them up on the roller she started pulling so hard, so fast I thought she was going to pull them all out. I commented asking if this was normal because I had never experienced such roughness with this before. She said everyones process is different. Im not certain what tools she was using but between those and her sharp long fingernails she continuously kept scratching and poking me to the point it was unbearable. Even under my eyelid onto by eyeball. At one point she got through my closed eye (keep in mind shes pulling and scratching so hard) and poked my left eyeball so hard that I flinched and almost had to stop. It was terrible. I told her that she scratched/poked my eye and she denied it was possible, that she was only on my lid. Of course its very possible if you are rough and careless. It was insane. Im shocked with such careless behavior around eyes. At this point I had no choice but to let her finish getting my lashes off the roller. When I got to the car I noticed two huge hemorrhages on the white of my eye. Trying to figure out how to add pics to reviews...Also a lot of uncomfortable pain from the scratch/poke. The next day I also developed a painful stye or some kind of swelling along the upper lash line. A few days later its still really painful. Unsure if its from trauma or not being sanitary. I cant imagine its sanitary to work with such long nails and I came to realized she didnt wear gloves either. When I contacted the salon they were apologetic and offered to refund, but admittedly denied it was possible for this to happen. The employee also denied it even though I confronted her as soon as it happened. It was pretty of insulting and the condescending tone was really unprofessional. I dont exactly enjoy conflict but I felt it was incredibly important for them to be aware of this. It wasnt a fluke it was pure roughness, quickness and lack of care around the eye area of all places. Guys, this employee is going to end up seriously hurting someone some day. I should have made the smart choice not to continue from the beginning, but I didnt and now Im dealing with the consequences. Dont make the same mistake I did. IT. IS. NOT. WORTH. YOUR. EYES.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my eyebrows! I really cant express how much I love them! I went with the ombre brows. Domonique helped me choose this type of brow. I colored in my eyebrows in daily. I was use to a makeup look. Also, I have only skin. That being said we decided the brows for me would be the ombre brows! Domonique is amazing at what she does! She picked the perfect color for me and gave me the perfect shaped brows. It might sound silly but it has changed my life. No more coloring them in everyday and I can leave my house without any makeup on and be comfortable. Thank you so much Domonique!!
