This place is awesome. The customer service is so relaxing. They have so much stuff when it comes to merchandise. They also give you a complimentary mimosa. The second best thing, behind the people is that it doesnt smell like toxic fumes. They do everything to make you feel comfy.

My friend and I booked nail appointments for the day before my wedding months ago. We called a week in advance of our scheduled appointments to make minor service adjustments, which is when/how we were informed both of our appointments had been cancelled by the salon. We were not notified of the cancellations, and no effort was made to fit us back in.

If you really want to treat yourself, this is the place. amazing service!

This place takes cleanliness seriously, which is great! They did a good job and the salon had a good atmosphere.

Painfully slow basic mani/pedi. Super clean and very friendly. I was there for 2hrs and 15mins. She did a great job, but I personally appreciate a faster service. It’s so hard to get an appt here and I’m not sure why. I might gift a few friends gift cards so they can try it out but I personally will probably not go back.

I think this is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Very welcoming, bright, and comfortable atmosphere and all the folks on staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus they diligently followed all Covid protocols. My pedicure looks great. From now on, this is the nail place for me.

I had an awesome pedicure here! Ill definitely be back! Everybody was SO nice, and I was treated like royalty. The shop was incredibly clean -- they even had me sanitize my phone upon arrival (great COVID protocol!).My pedicure was relaxing, effective, and honestly one of the best that Ive ever gotten. Better than some salons! And all without using a cheese grater foot scrubber, which I used to think was a necessity to tackle these feet.PAINT really exceeded my expectations!

I’ve tried a lot of nail salons hoping to find the best one and this one is it!! The attention to detail was exquisite, they use safe polishes, gel manicure lasted for over 10 days, and it was everything you could want in a gel manicure. Also as a bonus, they have mimosas!!! Must go and try for yourself. So happy to find a place that does my nails exactly how I want :)

The ladies of this place are very kind, punctual, have attention to detail, and are helpful! Met the owner and she is the BEST! They also offer mimosas, sparkling water, etc. They go above and beyond for their customers. Today is my birthday and the owner bought me a donut and a munchkin with a candle and sang happy birthday to me! They made the first part of my birthday the best part. I will definitely be recommending them to any and everybody I know. Best Nail Salon 2020!

First time ever getting my nails and toes done here. The salon is very clean. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. Paige was my technician. She was very nice and made sure I was satisfied with each step of the pedi and mani before proceeding. She is also very talented. I loved the work she did on my nails. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful from the time I walked into the salon to the time I left. I highly recommend this nail salon.

The establishment is very clean, and the nail techs are kind and gentle, however i been this salon twice trying to get my gel x extensions and both times my appointments were cancelled due to call offs. The first time it was alright because people do have emergencies, and im sure it was not on purpose and they rescheduled my appointment for a few days later, the second time they couldnt reschedule my appointment because they were too booked up. The problem with this salon is if your going to make someone wait nearly a month to get their manicures done dont cancel their appointment last minute. And if its a call off theres no such thing as advanced rescheduling because call offs are last minute.

I got a pedicure and manicure from Krista and they were honestly the best I’ve ever had! She was so detailed and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The service from the staff was exceptional and I’m really happy with my experience. I’ll definitely go back again!

First time at my salon and My experience was lovely. The salon is super clean and all the staff is friendly.I paid a little extra for the special polish with the 10 day no chip guarantee. Paige did my nails and had incredible attention to detail. 6 days later my Gel manicure still looks good. and no chips. I am so hard on my hands I will not even be upset if it chips because my overall customer service experience was so great. I own an esthetic salon within walking distance and I will definitely be referring people to them!!

What can I say about Paint ? The people are amazing. I get treated with the utmost respect and care when I go there. I’ve been going. Couple of months now and I can tell you that I’ll be going down a while. It’s wonderful !

I was SO happy when this salon opened up right next to where I work! It is a BEAUTIFUL salon and I feel pampered the second I walk in the door. I am always greeted with a smile and the most friendly and professional staff. The owners are so thoughtful and pleasant- I cant imagine going anywhere else at this point! I would highly recommend to anyone and working in hospitality I definitely have recommended already!

This business takes safety first. Masks, social distancing, disinfecting, cleaning, etc. Not only are they taking precautions to make clients feel safer the work they complete is very good. It is important that you are happy with every step of process as they work through your mani and pedi.I highly recommend Kelly. She does great work both for mani and pedis.

My nails look fabulous. I enjoyed every minute and will definitely go back. The staff couldnt have been more welcoming. It starts from the minute you walk in the door and continues through the whole experience.

False advertising with a side of cruelty. This is NOT a full-service salon. I scheduled an appointment on their website for a new gel manicure with removal. When they called to confirm my appointment, they seriously asked me to make ANOTHER appointment at a DIFFERENT salon to have my tips removed before coming to their appointment! Absolutely bizarre - I have never heard of any salon making such a strange request. “You seriously don’t remove gel tips?” I asked in disbelief. The lady’s tone immediately changed to the tone I use when one of the kindergarteners at work is being unruly as she half-explained that this is an all-natural, organic nail salon or whatever. First of all, nice try, but nail polish is inherently unnatural and inorganic - that’s the point. And second of all, don’t take such a rude tone with me, never talk to a customer like she’s stupid! I told her to just go ahead and cancel the appointment.

It was so nice. All the staff were so kind and there was great service. Most definitely will go back!

I hadn’t found my favorite nail salon in Pittsburgh since moving here two years ago, until Paint Bar opened. Really cute salon, free parking in the back, really attentive service, and fair prices. Will be back!
