Their staff were extremely helpful. I went this location early than their business hour - BTW they open at 930am not 9am. Only one friendly staff was in the office he opens side door for me to letting me drop off package.Every of office clerks who were passing by asks me if I’ve been helped - no kidding.I’d like to Say thank you for one of their staff that didn’t have chance to ask her name, thank you for been so patient to helps me out, I’m not only dumped on filling shipping information also look silly when she were trying to explain the policy and all customs things, thank you so much for your help!

The staff are not friendly . When you schedule pick up you have to wait at home all day doing nothing just wait. You have to wait for them but they don’t wait for you.
