I just moved to the area and decided to try this place out and I’m so glad I did!Linda was an absolute pleasure, she was so sweet and detail oriented. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Very pleased with my gel mani and pedi and will definitely be going back!

This was such a bad idea. I decided to stop in because they were in route to my house. I have decent length natural nails that needed care. She couldn’t do what I asked her for, that picture is included. Then had the audacity to try and charge me $40 for designs that she has clearly never done. I hate when the gel is on top of my cuticle. Then she used the design brush from regular paint on top of gel which was a mess.I won’t be back.

I had the most amazing pedicure! They messaged my legs and used a hot towel, it felt amazing! My toes look fantastic, and I’m very happy!

I was not very impressed. My daughter has been on an acrylic nail kick lately. She went to Angel Nails in Monroeville for the initial set and 2 refills. They could not fit her in for an appt the day I called or the following day so I decided to look around for another place to do her next refill. I called City Nails and asked for prices. The told me $17+, which is just what Angel nails cost too so I made an appt and went in. However, total ended up being $27... $5 dollars for a cut-down (which Angel Nails does not charge) and then $5 to repair a nail that really didnt need repaired. If they put the acrylic on the nail it would have covered and patched the issue. Angel nail had to do the same exact thing to two of her nails at the first refill. In addition, Angel nails did a much better job- her nails have a lot of bumps and ridges, suggesting that they were not filed and buffed down correctly. Even though we live up the street we would not go back. I gave them 2 stars tho because the lady was nice.

Absolute waste of money to get a gel manicure here. I gave them one last chance recently because they were nice people, or seemed to be. Every gel manicure Ive gotten has started to lift and peel after 4-5 days. The first time I let it go and thought it was maybe an old color they used. Second time after 5 days all of my nails were lifting & peeling off so I called after 8 days and she said sorry we only guarantee gel for 1 week and I would have to pay to get them redone. This last chance I went, they yet again all started to peel off so I called and said it had been exactly one week - she said sorry we only guarantee 3 days. Argued with me she would have never said 1 week. Not paying to have my gel redone after 1 week, anywhere else gel lasts for at least 3 weeks. Its super close to my house but I will never, ever go back again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Very nice people, got in quickly. Location is close to my house. My gel polish did chip about 3-4 days later. But after that is holding up well.

Their service is great and strongly recommend this if you are in the area! Will definitely come back in the future.

Ive been coming to City Nails, for just over a year and I have zero complaints. I have my nails done by Lynn. Lynn,is fantastic at what she does. She does nails quickly and efficiently.Ive seen the other employees work and they are very good nail technicians as well. Everyone is polite,respectful and personable. Ive never had an issue with a nail breaking,chipping etc and Im rough on my nails.The pedicure chairs are great. Its a clean business and smells so good inside from the light incents they burn. I suggest if youre local and looking for a place to go,go here I promise you wont be disappointed. Calling to make an appointment wouldnt be a bad idea,as they do get very busy at times...a appt.will guarantee you a time.Grab a mani and a pedi you wont be disappointed...plus anyway who doesnt enjoy a good foot rub? ;)

Do not now how to do nail art.Put too much acrylic on my nail last time i went - then when it was time for my refill - she ask who did my nails - i told her it was them she tried to ask like they didnt do my nails. Do not look good from the outside looking in do it, lol one star for u

Quick service, friendly staff, good work

The owner gets upset with customer request, she wont meet peoples needs and they are not up on the current nail product trends. They overcharge customers just tacking on whatever they want. Not a good shop.

They dont do any nail designs and sent me away because I asked about them. Thats just bad business.
