We are regulars here and went in to get a new set. I asked for a rounded coffin and got this mess. They’re chunky and uneven. They used to do a great job, but have completely gone down hill in the last few months. My daughter has been cut and handled roughly by the male worker. He’s extremely rude and has dirty hands that have a foul smell.

By far, my favorite salon. They are very friendly and have a great selection of colors. I go regularly to Kim. She always says if I have a problem or get a chip to come back. I’ve never seen anybody be rude to a customer. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job today

This is the worst place that you could go to. I had to go back in the same day because the pink and white was lumpy and uneven. 4 days later my nails starting breaking and my natural nail started to show through them because they didn’t bring the white was not brought up enough. They will not give a refund even though clearly their quality of their work is not great.

Theyre very good there n professional. Every time I go,I get my nails and my eyebrows done. Never have any complaints from there :)

I have been going there for years and I know a lot of the people there. They are very nice and friendly. My 9 year old also goes with me as well. They all know my daughters and my name. My mom also went with us as well. We love Lisa, Hanna and Nancy.

Nail center has some pros and cons. they were very timely with getting me in after scheduling. service was great and the people were very nice there. there was also a very cute pup running around the whole time. i went to get a full set of acrylics and they followed what i asked for, good color selection too. the only problem i have is that my acrylics havent even been on for a week and theyre already lifting at the bottom because of the poor execution. the lady doing my nails tried to be gentle, but it was a somewhat painful experience. they are very thick at the base and the acrylic is not diffused out nicely at the bottom, which is why i think they are lifting at the bottom. she also cut my cuticles and now i have very sensitive cuticles and skin keeps ripping off, they didnt do this before she cut them. i would recommend getting nails done by lisa or hannah, they have the best reviews.

Love this place. It is by far the quickest and least expensive shop in the area. Everyone is very pleasant and I ask for Tom for Pink and Whites because they are always perfect. Very accommodating and happy to take a walk in or phone appointment.

I was a little skeptical of this place because of the bad reviews. I had a gift card so I went and was pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I did not have an appointment but they were able to get us right in for manicures. The man who did mine was very nice and personable. He did a great job. The lady who did my daughter was good too. I was happy with the experience.

So dissapointed in this place!! I feel this location has gone down hill greatly over the last 6 months. One evening I went in for a gel manicure. It took 2 hours, and 3 different employees taking turns going from client to client to complete a simple service because they didnt have enough employees to take care of all of the clients. I would have much rather been told to come back than to sit for 2 hours with acetone foil wrapped on my fingers, burning my skin...Months later I decided to give them another chance. Went in with 2 friends for pedicures, we had no problems that time! Until the next day. I wake up with a beet red, swollen, infected toe. This landed me in the emergency room for a night, along with a hefty hospital bill!! I also may lose my nail from this..I would advise anyone contemplating going to this salon to DO YOUR RESEARCH and find a more reputable, professional sanitary place.

Great Customer service

Took my nieces there to have mani-pedis. Polite staff, skilled, and if youre an animal lover, one of the technicians brought in her very well-behaved dog. Fun experience.

Its hard to believe people have had such a bad experience here. I’ve been here twice and have been very satisfied with their work and timely manner. Of course, I’ve had Lisa both times as well. The pictures shown as the salon are also not correct. I notified them of this and they were completely unaware so hopefully they can work on that. It’s very clean and though their English isn’t perfect they are very polite.

The color I picked wasnt even close to the color applied. I questioned her and didnt understand her response, so I just went with it. Only English we seemed on point about was $$$$. Not personable at all! Spoke to each other and rarely acknowledged me. Didnt converse. Talked on her phone. Looked at fellow colleagues phone while doing my nails, completely ignoring what I was paying her for. I waited to ask how much I owed (while she ate chips). I should have just walked out! Dont waste your time and money.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice. They do an amazing job.

The technician went WAY TOO HARD on my mani and pedi. Cuticles were bleeding, the buffing of skin and nails was painful, and the filing on my fingernails was terribly uneven. I literally grabbed her file when she walked away and started correcting it it was so bad. I still have white splotches all over my toe nail beds from over-buffing many months later. One extra star for the cute dog.

I was horrified at such rude, pathetic treatment from these third world filthy people . The drummel work was shoddy and the acrylic was done in haste, . The polish wasnt even near the cuticle . Looked like it grew out a week . I told them I was t happy, they said, they professionals, the best....Professional my ass .The place is dirty and toenail clippings are on tables . Never again would I go there .They even told one woman to take off her own polish

I have been going here for about 6 months and have used several different techs. The best by far is Lisa and I would definitely suggest that you ask for her. Her English is also the best. Try not to get one of the men, because they are too rough. My cuticles actually bled from a rough male tech. The place is quite clean and sanitary and the prices are the lowest in the area. They also do waxing and they charge for each segment of the face (like $10 for brows, $8 for chin, $10 for lip, etc.) That is kinda annoying.

Moved into the neighborhood so I was looking for a good nail salon. I decided to try out this place since it was close to home. Will not go back! I got a french manicure and you can still see the old nail polish I had on under the acrylic. Already chipping on the edges and its only been 2 days. Got a design on two nails and it looks horrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone. $35 down the drain.

Update... The nails are falling off. Unbelievable . dont waste your money here .First off we go in for a pedicure and full set they rush through the pedicure cut my toe and was hurting me whole time. I told the lady i need to soak at least 5 minutes but she ignored me. Then getting out chair floor was so wet i slid n messed up my toes. Go to get set on and the guy kept stopping to mop floor amd answer phones rushing through so fast he cut me with the drill so everything he put on my nails after completely burned. Then get smart cux i set my card out so after nails are painted i dont have to reach in wallet he took my card but supposedly didnt charge so if i look at my statement and see 2 charge in totally gonna report to the better business bureau. On top of all else im afraid of dogs and they have a dog loose running around their shop how unprofessional to say the very least. So disappointed will never return and wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy save ur time and fo somewhere else.

Have been going here for several years and have always had great service.

Got full set that looked beautiful. Came back for fill which was done so quickly that the next day nails pealed and looked a week grown out. Came back next day to fix but nail tech said it was just the top coat. I knew it was acrylic. Today nails pealed away again all around edges looking like they are 2 weeks grown out. Would have liked to continue to go back but will not because instead of fixing correctly I now have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Just threw money away.

I decided to try nail center out. WORST IDEA EVER!!! I went in asked for my eyebrows and a fill on my nails. At the shop I showed a tech a design I wanted. The lady tried 3 times and could not do it. So another tech came over and said Ill do a flower. I told her as long as it looked pretty. She made 5 pink dots stuck a gem in the middle and added random yellow dots. Looked very childish she said it was on her. My total was $47. I go home and realize there is still hairs that the lady completely missed while I paid for my eyebrows to get done, so I had to pluck them myself. 3 days later 2 of my nails peeled. I got the Shellac polish where they gaurentee 14 days on signs all over the shop. LOL yeah right! I will never go there ever again! Dont waste your money

Ive been coming here for 2 years. I tried other shops, but found this one to be the best in terms of customer service and quality of work.

I came in with a friend in a wheelchair and she got gel nails the man was very very very very rude. If you have disability DO NOT go there. No compassion.

This place is not sanitary. The girls and workers are rude at least the 5 that i have used. I see toenail clippings on carpets and counters. THe nail polish is often dried up also. THe staff talks in vietnamese all the time and i have suspected that they are talking about certain clients. Like I said, they ARE RUDE.I see clients ask them questions and they dont answer, as if they dont understand English, BUT they are able to watch the TV that is on the wall.
