AJ and Kaitlynn are absolutely meticulous! They literally leave my home spotless from ceiling to floor! I have had used other cleaning services whose employees cut corners, miss the obvious or simply dont care all that much about the job they do. This dynamic duo never disappoints! They work incredibly well together and get right to work - effectively, efficiently and ALWAYS with professionalism and positivity. I do hope Maid Pro properly acknowledges their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm because without employees like these two, they wouldnt survive in this competitive market.I will remain a loyal Maid Pro customer as long as they continually hire and keep such amazingly competent people!

I explained that I needed a deep clean of the whole empty house before selling. So disappointing. People were nice. But even as a light cleaning it was so so poor. Dust on window frames. Cobwebs on windowsill. Didnt touch basement. Shower doors dirty. Shelf untouched. Could hardly tell anyone cleaned. Although the carpet in the family room was vacuumed beautifully.

Ive Worked for maidpro for about 6 months now and I have to say it’s the best job I’ve ever had. The training is done with friendly experienced workers who make sure you learn everything you need to know to deliver satisfaction to each and every client. The manager is very professional and one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Ted Would do anything for anyone. Very awesome company to work for. I love it! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Five stars for BRANDY. Weve had 3 cleaners, and she is by far the best. If she isnt available on our usual schedule, I will wait for her instead of having them send us another employee.

Ashely and Zoe just changed my house from a dust bowlto a rose bowl! Everything looks and smells terrific.. Even my husbanad commented on how the house smelled like it did when he was kid... right after his mom cleaned! They did a great job and i am happy as can be. I would definately recommend this team. I was referred to Wexford office and Billy Jean was accommodating to my time sensitive needs! The girls were great showed up on time, very personable and cleaned everything indicated perfectly! This mother/daughter team are not only personable and a pleasure to work with but they are cleaners who seemed to take pride in a job well done. I just wish they were the team that was sent originally. You won’t be disappointed with Michelle and Natalie, just make sure you request them.

I continue to have a great experience with Maid Pro. Our team, Michelle and Natalie, are fantastic. They do an excellent job every time. They always let me know exactly what time they will be there and they show up at that time without fail. They are extremely nice and they take their work very seriously. They are also so nice to our sweet old labrador Milo, despite how much he loves them and constantly wants to help them clean. They even bring him treats. I couldnt ask for a better team.

We just had our first monthly clean. Shanna, Kelsey, Kam & Jess did an amazing job cleaning and polishing our 3-kid house in just over two hours! We are really happy with the results and looking forward to our next cleaning.Update** We just had our second cleaning. Kam and Shanna did a really good job getting our house in order for a party. The house looks great!

Brandi did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied with the work. She worked from the time shd got there and did a thorough cleaning.

Just finished with their service. First and last time. They have a 49 point checklist. They didn’t complete the items they noted on the checklist, they rushed Cleaning my floors so they missed many spots. When I asked them to get the spots they took an attitude and begrudgingly did them (still missing the spots). They dust around things so a glass shelf has half dust half cleaned marks. They were suppose to wipe down cabinet fronts and they didn’t do it. Paid $178 for 2 powder rooms, one master bath, kitchen and family room. And an entry foyer.

Good cleaning. Very reasonable price. Ask for Michelle! She is the best -- she has a plan, has standards, and works hard.

STAY AWAY it’s a shame there aren’t zero stars. If you read the other reviews you won’t find any dissimilarities. Possibly the least professional and worst service Ive ever had to deal with.They used to clean my house in Pittsburgh which we ran as a holiday rental. They constantly left the house unclean, so much so that our rating on Airbnb suffered greatly. Left rotten food in the fridge, entire bedrooms untouched, rubbish all over the yard ( instead of taking it away) vacuumed every third or fourth clean. I have pics from guests that would blow your mind.Their staff and management turn over is huge, you never know who your cleaner will be and who the manager is. They quit as fast as they get hired and I’m not surprised. Knowing I’m in Europe at the moment and that my business will suffer greatly, they quit two weeks before Christmas leading further income losses. Just because I complained again and this time asked for a refund of the booking we lost due to their terrible job.

I give Tayler & Aspen 5 stars for the clean they did at my home as workers for Maid Pro. I would recommend their work to anyone needing cleaning services.

Rarely showed up on our set cleaning days/times. Wouldn’t call when didn’t show up. I always had to be one to reach out and figure out why and when they’d actually be coming. Poor communication. Poor management. Acrual cleaning extremely inconsistent. Extremely disappointed after two months of service. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for cleaning help.

Cleaners (Abbie, Mike and Kristen) were professional, on time and did a great job in cleaning my house.

Cleaners were very nice and did a good job for the most part, but we had scheduling issues and less than satisfactory vacuuming. Our original schedule time was 9am, but no one informed us it was moved to the afternoon until we called after 9am. The original schedulers told us we could sprinkle carpet powder on the carpets. When the cleaners left we inspected the area and noticed the powder was still left behind on part of one carpet. Customer service stated the scheduling office did not tell them about the carpet powder so thats why. However, it was vacuumed up everywhere else so it seems like an area was just missed. Additionally, near a door to an unfinished area (on the finished carpeted side), there was sawdust from door work that was missed. Ultimately, the rest of the areas seem to have been cleaned well and MaidPro knocked $50 off the price.
