The Maids are very thorough and follow through with any directions that you give. They are also very congenial, work hard and quickly. Weve used them for a long time and are most satisfied with their work.

I always find interaction with the the staff to be very courteous and prompt. All of the crews have also been friendly and very on time. Attention is given to all things I have asked to be cleaned.

The staff, both those in the office and those who come into our home, are professional and very responsive. They provide great guidance regarding when they will be coming to our home, address any questions or concerns in a timely manner and are pleasant to work with.

Had called them to get a quote didn’t go thru with the service because they’re the total opposite of what their name is!!! They’re not affordable at all!!! Quoted me nearly $700 for a 4bedroom 2bath house that is totally empty with not a piece of furniture in it! How is that affordable? Second of all how do you give someone a price an estimate before you see the job, which they said if they got done sooner it would be cheaper but for $700 I’ll jus clean the house myself!!! Then they put a hold on my card after I said that was to high of a price I had to call them n tell them remove the hold! As I said I didn’t use their service so I can’t judge their cleaning capabilities but they’re way overpriced if you ask me!

I have been customer for over 20 years. Affordable Maids does an excellent job during every service. During the COVID pandemic, they follow all guidelines while maintaining standards and professional relationships.

Ive used Affordable Maids at least twice before after moving into new apartments. The last thing I want to do while unpacking is clean so Ive enjoyed the flexibility of their services and attention to detail.

Office staff always cheerful and efficient. cleaning crews do a good job and will tailor cleaning services to what you need in terms of frequency and specific tasks. ( i.e., for me they change my sheets when theyre here). ladies are friendly and diligent. Im often not home when they come and leave a key in a specific outside location and there have never been any issues. I would recommend AM to anyone needing help with cleaning their home.

Affordable Maids have been cleaning my home for several years. They are always on time. They clean thoroughly and quickly. I have never had anything broken, lost or any other problem. In the several years, once or twice something was not done as well as it might have been. I then called and let the management know. the problem was rectified on the next service date. Last of all, I have a dog. That has never been a problem and the dog is always happy when her friends from Affordable Maids visit.

The maids are on time, do a great job each time and have been very happy to have two small dogs in the house and make sure they are ok while they are present and secure them before leaving. We have been with Affordable Maids for over 10 years and the girls that work for Affordable Maids are pleasant, joyful and do their job thoroughly. I would highly recommend this service from Katie from the office to the individuals who come to the house.

I called this place ONE time to get an estimate of what it would cost to get my home cleaned. Not only did i find a better deal somewhere else, but today I got a packet from them in the mail about an inch thick. I thought maybe they were sending me info on their company, but I was way off. They had sent me a stack of papers about an inch thick, showing me all of the reviews people wrote about them. Im disgusted of how much paper they wasted just to send me some reviews. If i wanted to see those, i would have looked online, and even if that, i would have called and asked. Not only did they send me a stack of papers with just their reviews, but there are about 4-5 papers with google reviews on it, and here i am now on google, only seeing 11. Not a good look at all.
