Royale does a great job with the place and I like how she organizes things too

Royale always did a fantastic job cleaning my house! She was extremely professional and hardworking from the second she reached my property to the moment she left. We never had any issues with our dogs and cats roaming the house while she worked. Quite honestly, it was like she was never even there besides the spotless rooms she left in her wake! Royale tackled the embarrassing amount of pet hair left behind by our four animals with the talent and knowledge of someone who has been taught well and has been cleaning professionally for some time. Even on my own, I could never get my faucets to shine the way she could every single time. If the rest of the Mr. Maid team is as awesome as Royale has been, which Im sure is true, this family-owned small business should be the start and end to your search for a company to properly care for your home.

Mr. Maid was my first experience with a maid service, my girlfriend and I were really excited to have our place professionally cleaned. They sent over a young girl named Bethany, she showed up on time, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me immediately feel comfortable with her in my home.She cleaned and disinfected our bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very thorough- she got my stove cleaner than Ive ever seen it.I would highly recommend these guys- Ive now signed up for a year of their service and Im looking forward to working with these guys long-term, theyre very impressive and priced quite reasonably.

Weve used Mr. Maid for about 6 months for bi-weekly cleaning of our home. Carla is our cleaner and she does a wonderful job! We have two cats and a dog, all of whom shed considerably. She does a great job getting all the hair up, especially from around the table and chair legs where it collects in clumps. She is also very friendly to us and to all of our animals!I would definitely recommend Mr. Maid and Carla to anyone looking for a home cleaning service!

Working parents with two kids, having a clean house gets away from us over time. Been with these guys for 6 months now, they come by every two weeks to clean the larger rooms of our house. He is the definition of professionalism and kindness. I had a great time talking to him and got a very good sense of the kind of company he ran.I have been using the service ever since. I have had 3 different cleaning people, and each one has been incredibly professional, open to suggestions (e.g. can you make sure to get this area as well?) and kind and courteous when we overlap in the mornings.I could not recommend this service highly enough. We started with Mr. Maid a few months ago and have been very happy with their services. The first time the housekeeper came, she cleaned our master bathroom shower of years of soap scum accumulation until it sparkled like new. They sent a heavy smoker staff to clean my babys nursery, and did not apologize.I was satisfied with Mr. Maid at first. I hired them because I am a busy working mom with an infant. I wanted to have them clean my house so that I can spend more time with my baby. I told them to take off their shoes when they clean my house, because my baby crawls everywhere. They said they will do that. Then one day my sister saw their staff walking around in my house with her shoes on.That was very upsetting but there was even more. One day I came home while their staff was cleaning my place, only to find out that the cleaning lady smelled like cigar. The cigar smell was so strong that I could smell it even after she left my babys room to clean another room. I could tell which room she cleaned and which room she did not, just by the cigar smell. OMG Id been paying them for exposing my baby to third-hand smoking.They knew from the beginning I had an infant and still sent a heavy smoker to clean my house. Who does that?!Then I emailed the Mr. Maid telling him what I found out and I dont want to use their service anymore. Do you want to know how they responded? Nothing. They did nothing. No apology, no reply, no explanation what so ever. Thats how we ended the business. They are not good people. What they did to us was very bad and irresponsible. Dont let the bad people in your house.

We previously used Merry Maids and had a horrible experience with different people coming every week, inconsistent cleans, and often many standard areas left dirty. When we called to complain Merry Maids lied and became aggressive with us. We terminated them and switched to Mr. Maid which has been fantastic! It was important to us to have the same person on a regular basis & weve gotten to know our maid Toni very well. She even bought us a baby gift when she saw us setting up a new nursery! Shes timely and consistent and has always been respectful of our time and space. The company has been flexible with timing when we needed and always reasonable when we needed a little more (like just before a holiday party) or a little less if we were going out of town for an extended period. The company has several personal touches that you can really only get when you use a local small business, such as a local newsletter and christmas cards. And of course, the most important factor, they always deliver a great clean! Im never disappointed walking from room to room on cleaning day like I was with Merry Maids.We are so happy to have switched from a large franchise to this locally owned company.

The people we engaged did not spend the time to clean as thoroughly as our previous employee, and we never felt quite satisfied on cleaning day. Little things were missed each time, and we began to see dust buildup on the woodwork and occasionally places that were missed entirely. After some months, we knew it was time for a change.Mr. Maid was highly recommended by our son and daughter-in-law who had engaged their services for several months and were very pleased with the clean! We called Jim and Steffanie, and they came out for an estimate and explained what we could expect from their employee and their company. We specifically asked for N. who had cleaned for our son and who began cleaning for us almost immediately after that first appointment.We couldnt be happier with N. and with Mr. Maid in general. N. arrives promptly each scheduled day and spends the hours that she is here doing the most thorough work we have ever experienced! She cleans all the rooms in detail, including overhead fans, woodwork, wood blinds, and all flat surfaces plus whatever decorations or accessories might be sitting on those surfaces. Showers, tubs, toilets and sinks sparkle every time. We have a boxer dog who deposits stubborn sticky slobber spots on the kitchen ceramic tile floor, and N worked until she found the solution to get those spots out, at least until the next ones were deposited! If N finds something in her trips through the house that needs our attention, she never hesitates to bring that item to our attention. She performs her duties in a manner that her employer can be proud of.We are also pleased with the professional manner in which Jim and Steffanie operate their business. Invoices for service are timely and sent by email at our request. They are easy to work with when we need to cancel or reschedule service for vacations. And they make us feel that our business is important to them. Overall, we are very pleased with Mr. Maid, and particularly with N who works in our home.
