All the hairdressers are skilled, pleasant, and easy to work with. I know my son will get a nice and trendy haircut every time we go there. On line check in makes everything even better!

I love this Sportclips. Ive never had a bad stylist and they are all very friendly. The MVP is the best value for the money because the scalp massage during the wash is to die for. Some of the stylists give better washes than others but Ive never had a bad one. They always have sports on the 📺 and as long as you check in online you never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Ill continue going to this one over the others in the area.

What a slob this person was. Avoid this place at all costs. My hair is 4 different lengths and all i got was a fade. When i asked for 2 different guards to be used and she only used one and then asked do you cut the top?.... i suppose cutting the top of your hair is uncommon maybe? I wish a zoo animal would have cut my hair.

Took my 3 boys in for haircuts today at Sports Clips in Robinson. Explained to the 3 different hair stylists what my 3 wanted, 3 specifically different styles. 1 stylist actually did her job and cut my youngest the way he liked. The other 2, did not follow directions. I asked for one sons hair to be trimmed in the back, like take the dead ends off. She chose to take more than an inch off!! Way more than he needed and is now shorter than before the summer. Then she proceeded to thin out his hair, which we did not say needed done. And now, 1 day before school begins, hes devastated. Then the 2nd stylist who did my oldest sons hair, cut the back of his hair and he did not ask for it to be cut. He had cute curls in the back and loved it and they are now gone. He took all summer to grow those and now those are also gone. He is also upset. This was my first and last time that we will be coming. We spent over $100 for 3 cuts and my kids now dont want to go to school with these cuts. This was the worst experience and now I have 2 outta 3 boys who are upset.In the future, please use listen to the customer, ask question or ask the parents before taking off large amounts of hair.

Great place. Sports clips always does an amazing job. This appt was for my sons hair. Supercuts (a half mile away) was understaffed and couldnt book my son for hours...sports clips had at least 7 people and took him immediately

I got my haircut from Brittny. She was great at listening to exactly what I wanted. She was very confident in her skills, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how my haircut turned out. She was also very personable and a great conversationalist; I can tell she genuinely cares about her customers experiences. She even recommended a couple products that go well with the hairstyle that I prefer. Definitely will go back, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.

Idk why the hairstylist was so quite while cutting my hair, idk if It was cause I was the only POC, because the hairstylist was happy to hold a conversation with the guy before me.She also cut my hair within 5 minutes and left soap in my hair when she washed it. I literally caught her zoned out while cutting my hair. Probably wont be coming back.

Grat staff and excellent pampering. Be aware that all haircuts are at the mvp price. You are already paying for the shampoo, head massage and hot towel so when they ask if you want shampooed say yes.

Brittny Brady is absolutely amazing. She is skilled, professional, & personable. All skills any truly successful manager must have. I myself am a restaurant manager and we always have great conversations. I havent let anyone else cut my hair for the last 3 years. I now drive 45 minutes past 4 other sport clips just to have Brittny cut my hair and will continue to do so! There is no one better!

Very clean, professional, military friendly and overall I am very satisfied with my experience. They are knowledgeable about different hairstyles and of all their products they sell. Ive been going to this location for a little while now and I have gone to a few different employees to get my hair cut and I have not had a single experience that wasnt fantastic. I went here because my girl wasn’t at bridgeville and I was close by. I should have just waited. I wanted my hair trimmed and it all got cut off and I heard about it all night and then my girlfriend found two chunks of long hair around my ears. Ima just stay with my normal place. I can only speak for me so that’s all.

This was my 1st time at a Sports Clips, Robinson. It was recommended by my fiance. And I absolutely loved it from the moment I walked into the door, to the massage chair for washing hair, steam towel, to the friendliest of staff, to concluding with a shoulder massage. I had Jenna and she was amazing! Ill definitely be back!

Brooke was great, but the wait and being skipped in line arent fun but the haircut made up for it. I will go back to Brooke again.

Bad customer experience, if MVP includes haircut and shampoo then stylist should tell it that’s it’s no extra cost while asking if I wanted a wash or not.

This was my first salon haircut in a long time. The stylist, Brooke, was friendly and very talented. She did a fantastic job making me look good. The price is very reasonable, considering the amount of time she took with me.

We had a great experience today ! Our first time there and it won’t be our last time, the girls who did my daughter’s hair were amazing and so sweet to them! The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. My daughters are 5 and sometimes aren’t the easiest when it comes to getting a hair cut, but they worked with them and made sure they were comfortable and were very nice to them ! I was in desperate need of a haircut and was recommended this salon by one of my good friends, so I got my haircut here not long ago. My stylist that day was Rachel and she did an amazing job! That may be understating it to be honest. She was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and gave simple, but amazing hair suggestions. Most importantly, she gave me one of the best haircuts Ive had. People actually commented on how great my hair looks and that NEVER happens! I love the vibe of the store. The customer service in general seems to be on point. I will definitely be back!

Jamie did a great job and was super easy to talk to. She has been cutting hair for a decade and it definitely shows. The whole staff seemed friendly and competent. The reviews arent lying about this place, I would definitely recommend it.Round 2 - Ciara did a great job as well. This is the 5th busiest store in the country and you can definitely tell.

Like if the haircut takes less than three to five minutes, you shouldnt have to pay the full price ($20+tip). But, I understand that policy would be hard to define and difficult to implement.Also, Ive never been anywhere else in the Robinson area, so, my opinion doesnt have too much weight when it comes to haircuts.But, overall, I like SportsClips, and I would recommend it to friends.

My hair was cut same way a groomer shave a dog. Asked not to cut that much, but she did her job in 4 minutes anyway. Careless. Asked not not not cut that much, but she claimed she needed to keep it leveled. If you want a basic haircut, thats the place to go. If you want someone to listen what you want, go somewhere else. Very expensive for what I got. Never again.

My son is a Marine and gets his hair cut here every month, he uses the app to make appointments so he does no wait and the stylist seem to give him his regulation cut. Suggest using the app or you may have a short wait.

Ive been coming to this Sport Clips for as long as it has been open. The staff is wonderful and really work hard to make it a welcoming environment. You cant go wrong with anyone there, but I try to always ask for Dana. Shes been my go-to for years and I cant imagine anyone else cutting my hair.

Dont show up with a coupon at the end of the day... one of my employees gave me for my birthday an MVP haircut coupon from this specific location. Showed up at the end of the day and I have to say that I am grateful my hair grows back pretty quickly.The guy who took care of me made a couple of mistakes while cutting my hair and unintentionally sprayed my face with water all over while he was paying attention to something different.My haircut ended up being ok at best. I do have a small hole in the right side of my hair and he told me that is just the way my hair grows. While I am going to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, I do have to say that I have had my hair cut many times in many SportClips and I have never ended up with this void in my hair. Maybe he was having a bad day and I ended up with the short end of the stick.Sadly, that does not change my experience of this service and I came out of the store without the look I came for.
