I chose this local business for my business insurance. I’m finally starting again after losing my previous business to covid 19.I set everything up over the phone, then brought a check in to pay for the year and was greeting with no mask and an attempted handshake. In the middle of a global pandemic.Knowing I lost everything and I’m starting over, this still happened. No one in the office had a mask on. No one. He had to go hunt down a mask to wear.I cut hair 8-9 hours a day wearing a face mask. My hands are raw from sanitizing and cleaning, and this office can’t wear a mask when sitting selling insurance.When I asked “don’t you care? Don’t you know anyone who’s died or lost someone?” All he could say is I commend you for wearing a mask.It’s insulting to small business owners like myself, it’s insulting to all those who lost a loved one, over a half a million of our neighbors. Ignorance, negligence and disrespect.I’m so disappointed.

Im not usually one to rave about insurance (it is just a thing to endure) but Ive had the best experience with Statefarms new office on Pittsburghs North Side! They lowered both our home and auto insurance by like $20-$30 bucks (uh, Ill take it!) and gave us a great rate on our auto loan. All with *the most amazing* fast, informative customer service. Lets just say, I hate Geico. Ive stopped by their office twice now and it feels good being able to talk to someone face to face. Im so grateful we found them. Theyre new to the neighborhood and still establishing themselves so if you need anything that they offer or want to see if you can lower your rates, Id definitely recommend that you call T Rankin and Delmar Holmes!
