We had a broken window area that led down into the basement, and it was letting in critters of all shapes and sizes. We definitely knew we had rats or mice, though; we could see their droppings all over the place. We called these guys and they sent someone out that same afternoon. The technician assessed the entire property, repaired various bits that needed it, set a load of traps to capture the rodents, and then disposed of them all afterwards too. There wasnt a single part of the job that was left for me to do and thats absolutely the kind of service I wanted. Thank you guys.
