Simply wont help people in need. I have a racoon in the yard using the roof of my shed as its bathroom. We have done everything we can, light, sound to deter it but it keeps coming back. Its now a health issue because racoon waste is known to attract rats. And still no help

Called about raccoons under our deck Memorial Day weekend 2016 and was told that it had to be cats because raccoons dont hiss. After confirming that they were, indeed raccoons, I was told wed be put on a list for a trap and someone would be out in a week or two. Its been a year and a half and we still havent heard back from anyone. Thankfully, I soaked the area with a solution of apple cider vinegar and water and the coons took off running into the night.

Very helpful and didnt waste my time or money.

Called, provided detailed description of problem, officer came 4 hours later, it was a positive experience
