I called about a noise I heard in my house that turned out to be a bird that had gotten in through the chimney. Brian was over within 30 minutes and took care of the problem quickly. Very recommended.

The owner is “The Man”! Had a bat flying around our MBR one evening and thought we had it go out the window but the next night I was pulling our MBR window shades down and out fell a bat! Thought I had it trapped under a dustpan so we’d wait till the morning to call someone but my wife got a hold of the owner and we were fortunate that he came out to our house within the hour, caught the bat that did escape under the dustpan, showed me the entrances to my house for bats and other bugs, gave us a game plan and an excellent quote to get rid of them with a 5 yr warranty. Knows his stuff.

We found a large (3-4 ft 2 diameter) black rat snake in our laundry room. Brian came out just 30 minutes after I called, trapped him and proceeded to walk me around the perimeter of my house to show me where he may have gotten in at.The process took about 1.5 hrs (Brian is a talker) but I was satisfied with the snake removal.I wouldnt hesitate to call him if I had other pests to be removed (4 stars as it took 1.5 hrs, 5 stars for quality)

We have had Brian do trapping at our facility for over 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to his work. Yes, he loves to talk and show pictures, but that is just Brian. His prices are the most reasonable we have found. He is always prompt when we have called him. I have also used Brian at my home when a raccoon chewed through a gable louver and set up living quarters in my attic. He came within an hour and baited and set traps.As others have said here, he is chatty and a bit quirky. Thats no matter to me, for he does an excellent job and is very reasonably priced.I recommend him highly!

I called this company based on the online reviews. One review said this company is reasonably priced. I was billed $750 to remove 4 raccoons and 1 possum. I would not recommend this company.

We had ants nesting in the walls of our house. We had called a couple other companies who just sprayed some powder in the roof & said that would get to the ants, dream on! One guy came back & tried something else, which slowed the ants for a couple of weeks, but they came back.When Always Available Animal Control came, he checked out the whole house, did their magic & we haven`t seen any ants (or anything else) since.Great job, will recommend you to all my clients.

Dont even bother calling. Was extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up on me before even letting me talk. Very unprofessional and with an disgusting attitude. Was completely unnecessary, I do not recommend them.

This guy is a total jerk. Do not waste your time or energy calling. If he gets paid it is a total shame. He is unprofressional and digusting. I am ashamed that someone employed him
