Don’t use them for service if you need a loaner! They don’t have any loaner cars so they have to use Enterprise Rental Car and it takes forever. When you buy a luxury car you expect luxury service and they do not provide that! Per Enterprise, Mercedes knew that no car would be available before 8:30-9 yet they still booked the appointment and promised us that they would have a car available. I missed important appointments because of this and other customers that were waiting also missed medical appointments. None of the Mercedes workers seemed to care and blamed it all on Enterprise when it wasn’t Enterprise’s fault.

Absolutely loved this place! I am expecting my third child and was on the hunt for a van to accommodate the car seating arrangements. I filled out an online request for appraisal value for my trade in. I was very fortunate to have Omar Rodriguez to reply. From the photos of the Mercedes I was interested in, there were two issues which I asked Omar about. The initial trade in appraisal was also lower than expected. Omar followed up with each of my concerns and sent photos of the resolved issues and assured me that the dealership could meet the trade in value that I requested. When I arrived at the dealership and viewed the Mercedes it was just as Omar had described. The dealership also approved the trade in value I requested. Omar promptly followed up each time I had a question. Crown Eurocars gave a good deal on this transaction.

If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership and have any type of problem be prepared to find a reputable dealer to get it resolved. Do not try and contact upper management being Daniel Morris because he will not respond. I would also recommend not using Alex Elsedoudi for your sales associate.

The service department tries to up sell you on parts or services not needed and even lies to you telling if you don’t have certain services performed it will void your warranty.I recently had my car there to replace a condenser, radiator and oil cooler. Due to a construction pothole . While the work to replace the parts was done correctly. They failed to check the coolant or oil levels. Luckily 2 different dash warning and the fan running at high speed warned me of the potentially serious oversights.I filled the two coolant systems so I could drive it. Then stopped in to have them check the oil level. I was told they needed the car for a few hours just to check the oil level. Which isn’t true it just needs to be a normal operating temperature. So I checked it and topped the oil off.Since I didn’t have Mercedes coolant I had to top off the two coolant systems with distilled water. So brought it back in to have them remove some coolant and top it off with new coolant. They told me they needed it for a whole day and pick it up the next day.Well I’m so done with them I just took it home and fixed it myself in 30 minutes.If they don’t know how to check basic fluid levels I won’t ever trust them with anything ever again.Edit in response to Adam’s reply.The electrical repair was done correctly. It’s the easy stuff that disappoints me. Being low on coolant,oil and intercooler fluid is my issue. According to the owners manual all it says is to check when warm, pull dipstick like any other car and makes sure it’s at the proper level.For the intercooler level I waited for two hours only to be told you needed it longer. But no one ever touched it. So yes I left and did it myself on Jack stands in my garage in under a hour.

I had reached out to this dealership regarding a Mercedes GLE coupe I saw online to check availability. I was told by Noah the salesman it was available and made an appointment to go check it out. Upon arrival to the dealership and seeing the car it had 5,000 miles more on it than what was listed online. We decided to move forward and when the numbers were presented to us the car was $6,000 more than what was listed online. They blamed it on a new system and apologized. That was unacceptable to me after driving from Apollo Beach for a vehicle that was falsely advertised. The consumer should not be held accountable for a mistake made by the business. This was my first and last encounter with this Mercedes dealership. Bad business

Omar Rodriguez was my salesperson. I had contacted at least 5 dealerships about the same or similar car. Omar was the only one who actually seemed like he wanted to make the sale. He was not high pressure but he was very informative to questions and concerns that I had. When we agreed on the transaction he took care of everything, even delivering the car to my driveway to show my wife and I all the features. It was a very pleasant experience all around.

Crown made me dislike Mercedes, one of my favorite car brands. The way they treat costumers (take advantage of them) makes me sick. The service advisor called me 1 year later to apologize and admitted that my car did NOT need the $6,000 estimated work. When I went to Mercedes of Tampa they gave me a full report stating that my brake pads and rotors were fine. The manager at crown never called to apologize. When I told him it’s hard for me to believe that 10 month old car needs new rotors and brake pads he said my amg is a “sports car and it’s normal”. I never took it to a race track, I use it as my daily car. During the 10 months I was on my second set of tires and was recommended to replace my rear tires again.My car is almost 3 years old now and I still have the same rotors. I did replace the brake pads once.One of the worst business I have ever worked with. I will not recommend crown to anyone until the management changes. Please save yourself money and go to a different Mercedes dealership.No need to respond to this review with more lies🙏🏻

I am a long term customer with MB and my lease was ending. I tried working with my existing dealership and also opened it up to other dealerships in the area, but could not get anywhere close to the price I wanted. Then a good friend mentioned he had contacts at Crown in St. Petersburg and asked what I was looking for, and what price I wanted to pay in a 3 year lease. Within 20 minutes, I had a quote from a Mr. Larry Champan and we described the vehicle he had and the options on it, which were happily what I was looking for. I drove over, test drove the car and then picked it up on Monday. It was a pretty easy experience for a new car purchase and this dealership did a nice job getting this to closing.Mr. Chapman is a professional, and never put any pressure on me at all. The one item we did have to negotiate on was settled within a minute. The business manager and the concierge (Alex) were two other people I interacted with, and they were also polite and helpful.The new Crown dealership is much closer to my house, and is a big improvement over their previous location. Anyone looking for a car now has a good option even if they arent located in St. Pete.

He stayed by us every step of the way, and Joseph in the Finance department was also outstanding in helping with all of the paperwork. Just a great experience!

I have been a PAYING customer of Crown Mercedes for years. All my services were done at that dealership. I may not be rich but I left a pretty penny there. I had a transmission issue with my 2016 GLC and scheduled my service with Andrew Mrasz. I asked him if they worked with CarShield warranty and he very rudely said no. When asked why, he said because they are the worst. He is generally not a very friendly person and I have overlooked that in the past and chalked it up to him just being a bit rude. But not this time. He was condescending and belittling. And I will never take any of my cars to that dealership again. I took my car to Tampa and they worked with CarShield and had my car repaired. I will complete a review on that process as well.

Went to Crown Eurocars this week for the first service of my car and was greeted by Andrew Kinner. Even though we are all currently wearing masks, I could tell by his voice and the twinkle in his eyes that he was greeting me with a smile. He quickly took my information, answered a couple of questions I had and directed me to the waiting room. When the service was completed, he came back to let me know and escorted me to my car, again with a pleasant voice. These days where we can’t fully see each other’s faces, it’s important to relay good customer service by your voice and posture. Andrew is getting the job done right!

Awesome buying experience. I worked with Neville Barnett through the whole process and he made it flawless. Ive bought a few cars from dealerships and worked with different sales associates but working with Neville was my best experience ever. Super nice, friendly, understanding, flexible. And most important, transparent with every single number as we worked through financing, out the door price, taxes, fees etc. And there was always a why behind everything.
