I am a first time Cadillac owner. Well, after today I know why so many people purchase a Cadillac from Dimmitt Cadillac. Woke up this morning to a flat tire and called customer service to ask if I could bring tire into the shop to get fixed. Customer service said you dont have to do that, I will call Roadside Mike and he will come to your house to fix. 45 minutes later he was at my house, fixed the tire in 20 minutes and was on his way. Now that is SERVICE. Thank you Dimmitt Cadillac from a very happy owner.

Lot is nice good selection of cars,sales guy was great but financial side NOT GOOD! My husband and I came here to purchase a bigger suv then my current Lexus that’s too small for our growing family. I found a Escalade ESV we test drove it the sales guy a younger man I believe William was his name I’m not sure but he was great very knowledgeable about the Escalade and good sales manners. My husband and I decided to go have lunch and talk it over before purchasing this Escalade. They told us they were going to detail it and have it all ready to go so that when we came back from lunch if we decided to purchase it would be ready. A hour or so later we came back and told the guy we want to buy it. They went in to start the paper work and the finance guy was one of the rudest people my husband said he has ever crossed especially as being a customer. My husband works in sales and does phenomenally very good, he knows how to talk and treat his customers. The guy talked down to my husband and made my husband feel like he was a bum off the street. That day we drove his work truck to purchase the Escalade which he has a lifted f150 it’s about 8 years old or so and we weren’t dressed in our best as we usually are it was sunday and we were just in normal clothing so I feel the guy judged us off the bat and WAS NOT EXPECTING MY HUSBAND TO TELL HIM We are going to put 20,000$ CASH down on the Escalade once he heard that his tune changed a bit. I feel very disrespected from him and also spending the type of money we did on this Escalade the car didn’t come with a full tank of gas,the detail they did was HORRIBLE I found nail clippings on a seat in the back,chips under a seat and a bunch of wrappers under the passenger carpet. For the money we spent never will we return here. If the financial guy was a bit more respectful and the gas tank and detail situation was better my husband was in the market for a Escalade himself and we would have purchased two that day. I’ve had the Escalade now about 4 months I do love it but never ever again here! They could have offered a full detail or a tank of gas when i called and explained how I felt and I was offered a free regular wash with a paid service. I thought a place like this would treat their customers better than this especially how much money the customers spend here.

We are from Chicago and recently we bought a white 2018 Audi A5 Convertible from them and if I could I will give more than 5 stars because they are on top of my expectations!Buying out of state without seeing and driving the car can give anyone a second thought but they gain my trust from the first response of my inquiry. Didn’t have a good experience here. The lady at the front when you walk in was not friendly at all. I was trying to talk to her and I couldn’t hear her between her having the mask on and the shield between us. I am hearing impaired and can’t hear good and she removed her mask which helped a lot but I had to move closer to the shield to hear her and she told me to step away near the desk because she needed a 6 feet distance between us. I asked her multiple times which desk and she just pointed. At that point, I just got frustrated and left.
Once again, Al Harter and the staff at Dimmitt Cadillac have done an outstanding job with customer service and mechanical work. Several times they went out of their way to accommodate our special needs and scheduling. They ROCK!
Very disappointed with the service that I received!!! I put a deposit down on a car and they sold it. I had bought the insurance for the car that I had the deposit on and then contacted the salesman, Will, thats when he told me they sold it. They couldnt even pick up the phone and call me to tell me they sold the car that i had the deposit on. I couldnt get refund from the insurance company, but I could do a transfer. So, i had to find something quick. I was supposed to be able to get my wheels painted per my original deal with the car that I put the deposit on. After they sold it the finance company wouldnt finance painting the wheels. Then, my salesman, Will, told me that he would have my front windows tinted as part of the new deal. When he delivered the car to me, the front windows were not tinted. When I asked why he didnt have them tinted, he told me he thought he told a different customer that he would have them tinted. Then told me I could pay to have them tinted. He told me before he delivered the car that he would have it detailed and fill up the tank. Showed up with a dirty car and a quarter tank of gas. So, I had to bring the car back to the dealership to have it cleaned and the tank filled, thats when the finance person told me that now all of a sudden the finance company wont finance the Extended Warranty that she sold me. But, she did tell me i could come out of pocket and purchase it for only $3400. When i walked into the dealership I told Will, the salesman, that I wanted a black suv with black wheels and tinted windows and I wanted an Extended Warranty for my vehicle. He told me he would make that happen. I left there with a white suv, chrome wheels, no tinted windows and no Extended Warranty!!! Poor customer service!!!

This was my first appointment with Dimmitt Cadillac since I purchased my XT5 in February. I was greeted by friendly staff when I pulled up to the service area. My service writer, Al Harter, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me with some technical issues I was having getting my navigation to show up on my screen. I was given a very nice loaner vehicle so I could still get to work. My car was serviced in a timely manner. They even washed it. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Al will be my go to guy for all future appointments.

I called and talked with Dan the service adviser. I explained the Michelin Premier LTX tires (original equipment) had less than 26,000 miles on them and the tire is rated for 60,000 miles. He said he would have to check with his boss to see how they would address this issue. I did not hear from him for a week. I called back and left a voicemail requesting a return phone call. A coupled of days later I called again and left a second voicemail requesting a return call. No one has returned my call. Not sure why they avoid something they do not wish to address. They wont call to even say to take it somewhere else. This is disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. Michelin advised Dimmit is an authorized Michelin tire dealer and would be able to facilitate a new prorated purchase. Im confused why I get inferior service from a company I have purchased a new vehicle from. This is not the way I expect to be treated. To be honest, I receive better service from Maher Chevrolet with Mike Olski.
Though Ive been a customer for years,the service department has never failed to continuously impress me with the service that is beyond the expected!When dropping off my car. I am recieved promptly, professionally & with a smile. Whether it be a loaner or ride and pick up my waiting is minimal off at all, they have not disappointed me.My Service Tech Al Herder has failed me not, keeping me in the loop as my car go though the processes, wondering if or when my vehicle will be ready is not the question, the question is how is this not the experience everyone has!Thank You Dimmit Cadillac your team has done it AGAIN!
I have not finished learning how to use the features in the vehicle and have been attempting to learn by studying the manuals provided. Apparently I will need to use my cell phone before I can make calls from the car. I am getting used to the unfamiliar arrangement on the gear shift lever, but the unlocking and locking of doors and windows seems straightforward. My problem seems to be due to my unfamiliarity with the changes made in Onstar and the Infotainment system.

Robert Burns was very accommodating and extremely attentive to our Lease of a 2020 XT6. It was very easy and simple as he drove the vehicle to our house 15 miles away from the dealership. He went through the functionality of the vehicle with my wife and the paperwork was quick!

Had a sales person contact me based on an inquiry. My position was very direct especially on how I should be contacted due to work. I made an offer on a vehicle that was more than fair. I asked the sales person to be very direct as I was not interested in wasting time. Despite my explicit request of being contacted someone else from the dealership proceeded to contact me about closing the deal. My salesperson never bothered to follow up with a financing Person or their manager. So three weeks later they dropped the price on the vehicle that would have covered the $500 difference of a spread that we had on on the deal and no one ever at all reached out to me to try to make the deal happen. Was not at all impressed with the run around and the fact that the left hand did not what the right hand is doing. Or the fact that a very fair offer was made and no one would follow up let the price drop versus making a deal.

Rommel Lujan, service consultant, was great to work with. I bought a 2017 CTS from a Honda dealer, and the touch screen was broken. Fortunately, it was under warranty. Rommel set me up, got it taken care of, and gave me a tutorial on the various features in the car. The entire experience was easy, and Rommel went the extra mile.

I had to take my car in for service, in the few minutes while waiting, I was offered coffee, water and donuts. I was in my loaner in no time so I was able to continue my normal scheduled day. Excellent experience. I purchased a 2 year old MB S63 unseen just from photos online from out of state. I flew to Tampa International and took a 20 minute taxi to the dealership. Paperwork took ~15 minutes and I was in my new car in less than an hour from when I landed. Everything was efficient and professional. The car was as described. I worked with William who was very nice to deal with and knowledgeable about the vehicle, despite it not being the dealerships brand. Would recommend.

They both took time to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle, warranties, and financing, and did so with absolutely no pressure. I was able to sit back, reflect, and assess which additional coverages and services ( gap insurance, additional warranties, etc.) best fit my needs. I left completely satisfied with the car I wanted, plus the extras I wanted, without feeling pressured to buy any extras that I did not want or need. This was truly a stress free, pleasant transaction. It simply cant be any better than this and I therefore highly recommend Dimmitt!!!

Very disappointed with my experience at Dimmitt in Pinellas Park. I was referred by a friend who has purchased well over 4 or 5 cars from them. I will definitely share my experience with him as well as the readers. I have a 2016 Bentley Continental GT. This was my first visit is and most likely my last. First off, i brought in my vehicle to get a oil change and I was told they can not reset the maintenance light if they just did an oil change And that they must preform all the services that they recommended to do so, even though I contacted Dimmitt of Sarasota and they’ve said otherwise. I was lied to, treated unjustly and was put in a position where I had to purchase the service they recommended or else they would charge me $425 just for looking at the car. Now, when the service was finished and the car was ready I waited two hours for my service rep to tell me the dealer had no form of transportation to pick me up apparently for that whole day, keep in mind they called me telling me the vehicle was ready. Also, I was told I would be receiving a complimentary wash. Due to the “complimentary wash” they kept the car there over the weekend because my service rep stated it will be raining and they wanted it to be clean when I pick it up. So when I headed there finally after the weekend and picked up my vehicle i left the dealer under the impression that it had been washed. I get home and notice the car hasn’t been washed at all. Sticker residue left on the windows, seats still dirty, oil hand prints on the door and rims filthy etc.. I purchased cars from many dealers but never experienced something like this. I’m very very displeased with the way they operate. Also, I forgot to mention I was told I would be receiving $100 credit towards my service and never received that. Though $100 isn’t really much of a discount considering the service is almost $2,500 but the fact of the matter is the principal of the situation.

Todd Brown has been my service associate for many years, and I have always received prompt, courteous and efficient service. On my recent visit, all of my service needs were met in a timely manner, Todd made arrangements for the delivery of my car due to my travel constraints in picking up the car, he called me prior to the delivery to let me know what the issue had been with my engine service notice, and made some suggestions as to how I could avoid the problem in the future. All greatly appreciated. I have been and will continue to be a loyal Dimmitt Cadillac customer, due in great part to the primo service I always receive.
Ive been bringing my Cadillac for service to Dimmitt for about 6 years now. My service advisor Dan Robinson actually started with Cadillac after I had already been a client. At first I have to say I was not so happy when my previous advisor left, but Dan has been an amazing replacement. He is extremely efficient, he stands by what he says and he always accommodates my schedule. I know Dan has more than just me as a client. Outstanding service. Quality salesman, not like some places where they are lurking in the bushes. All over you when you get out of the car, if thats what you like then this is not the place. When you are ready to interact they are there, but let me look at the vehicles for a moment. Dont hound me. Most people have an idea of what they want of type spending that much money on a car, you dont want to be hounded or quick sold. White glove service all the way.

I purchased a vehicle from Dimmitt Cadillac in 2014. Not only do I love my car but the service at this dealership is outstanding, time and time again. I discovered that a part had malfunctioned which was under warranty. We stopped by the service dept without an appointment. The service manager Todd was on the issue immediately! And I mean immediately! Todd ordered the part, called to let me know it was in and we scheduled the service appointment. I love the fact that I dont have to worry about getting my car into the shop! Dimmitt employees come to my house, pick up the car and return it when it is complete!!! Now hows that for service! As a small business owner, this extra perk would keep me coming back to this dealership time and time again! Once again, Todd, the service manager is fantastic! I might add that the pickup drivers are all fantastic too! I just love this place!! You always feel like you are Dimmitts most important customer every time that you call or visit!
On 12/23/16, I was at Dimmitt for car repair. My appointment was at 0800 and I was helped immediately . Dan Robinson was very pleasant to speak with and knew the exact amount of time the service would take. Dan made sure I was familiar with the waiting area and stated that fresh donuts and coffee was available including other beverages. The waiting area was very neat and the seats very comfortable which made my short wait time pleasant. So far Im please with the outcome of this visit.
Al Harter is always going the extra mile to make you feel like a VIP I like that about him. He doesnt consider the job done until the follow-up satisfaction is completed. Hes been my service guy since 2009. The waiting room is pleasant and refreshments are top notch. Ron Thomas

Dan Robinson, our service tech, has consistently worked with us to make the service experience as convenient as possible. After service, the car comes back in pristine condition. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Jaguar XJ from Dimmitt. After seeing it and thinking on it over the weekend we decided to purchase. We were assured the car would be ready for pickup fully detailed 2 days later. We arrived at the dealership at dusk after a 1 hour 45 minute drive. We went thru the process of signing some preliminary papers with our salesman Steve and finally, now dark outside, our car was brought around for us to see or not see since its now dark. Now we are turned over to Wendy the business manager to sign the rest of the paperwork along with her getting us to buy thier extended warranty. In the process of signing, and never mentioned once to us prior, Demmitt does not provide any warranty, not 30 days, not a week, not 2 days...nothing. There wasnt a buyers guide sticker on the car. As required by Federal law. So if the car blows up on the way home its our problem. My husbands instinct was to walk out but we didnt. It makes the customer feel pressure to purchase the warranty and I suppose they dont offer so they can get customers to purchase theirs. We didnt and took our chances, but did purchase from an outside vendor at a much lower price for a much much longer term. The next day in the daylight it was obvious the car was not detailed as promised. The car came with a full tank of gas, and we discovered when the check engine light came on, the gas cap was missing. REALLY! I called our Salesman who told me he would order one and overnight it to us. It took a week and a follow up phone call to our salesman. Our temp registration was good for 30 days and on the 28th day I texted our salesman to find out where it was. I was assured it was being overnighted and we would have it before it expired. Nope, temp tag expired & now the salesman is ignoring me. I finally had to call Wendy who knew nothing about the situation. She discovered it was sent in without the proper documents and returned back to them. She did overnight another temp tag but not in time for us. We went 5 days without the car because of their incompetence. This is supposed to be a reputable dealership. I would not reccomend them nor will I ever give them my business again. strike 3 and youre out Demmitt!!!
Dimmitt Cadillac is an outstanding dealership with an exceptional focus on customer service. Dan Robinson, my service manager, does an excellent job of handing our service needs quickly and fairly. He also works to ensure we are not disrupted as a family with our service needs. We buy a Cadillac from Dimmitt because of the excellent after-the-sale treatment we receive.
