Art was the service advisor who helped me when I arrived without an appointment. He was very welcoming and helpful to get my car in for the service it needed. He even went beyond in helping to arrange transportation for me to go home by private driver. Arek Zapel is my regular advisor and he was off that day but on my return to pick up my car he was very pleasant and helpful

I have had my Bentley Brooklands serviced at Dimmitt for several years. I have had by far the best service from Arek Zapal as service manager since he arrived at Dimmitt. He knows the cars well. He listens to me as if I were his only customer. He returns calls and explains everything very clearly both before we begin, and after service is completed. He has made my experience at Dimmitt Bentley very relaxing and I feel supported at all points. He will even take me to chat directly with the mechanic when he feels it is necessary or if I ask to do so. parts for those limited production vehicles are notoriously hard to find, but he always seems to locate them. All in all a very good professional man.

I called and scheduled a test drive appointment with Diane and I let her kno I which car I was interested in driving the “Bentley GT Coupe” and she set the appointment with Neil or Todd, once I got to the dealership it wasn’t even a GT coupe there to buy/ test drive and no Neil or Todd in sight, just a guy named Mark who seemed irritated, then diane called me to check to see if I had made it to my appointment which Mark & I informed her that there was no GT coupe & no Neil & Todd there, She apologized & laughed & said “Mark will take care of you” I left there with no knowledge of the car/ test drive, so thanks for nothing lol

Fantastic service staff, turnaround times can differ depending on Parts availability and complicated situations but overall I would highly suggest bringing your vehicles in for service. The team is fair and especially recently highly involved and customer satisfaction and communication.
