I had a 6:30 appointment and I appreciate them being punctual. I do not like to waste my valuable time.There was a bit of miscommunication with the service I needed to get done however Rachel was able to accommodate me and provide me with the service I requested.She was great and very easy to talk too. She’s a good hygienist. I would recommend this office.

I have been to many different dental offices and none have been so kind, helpful, and informative than here. They were able to answer all the questions I have truthfully and were able to refer me to places to get what I needed to start my ortho. The nurses and doctors are so kind and amazing. They really put my interests at heart. They laid out the entire plan that will happen making me feel secured and easing any doubt I had.

I wish I could give NO STARS, so Im reluctantly giving 1.My father came in for dental work and had a horrific experience. When it came time for my father to leave the appointment, he had hundreds of dollars in cash to pay initially, but didnt have the entire amount in cash (over $3,200) and didnt bring a credit card. They would not let him leave the office until my young niece drove over there with a credit card to pay the full amount. If Dental Masters required a full payment upfront, that should have been clearly stated.Also, he was charged for work that wasnt completed. When my father (then, later I) brought it to the offices attention, they said we were mistaken.I tried to talk to managers multiple times. Ive placed over 6 calls. Each time, I get a polite receptionist who lets me know that a manager has been alerted and that Id be contacted later that day, but I never receive a call.I opened up a case with the BBB to try to protect others from this dubious place of business. This place is crooked. Do not trust. They just want to take your money.

I must say Dental Master is one of the best Dental clinics. The doctor is very gentle and caring towards his patients. Because of his great knowledge, expertise and many years of experience patients are always happy with his services. Staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Came in for my son. He has a really bad infection and was having a lot of enziety. They are amazing. They made him feel comfortable and extracted his tooth with no problem. And the price was great....Thank you so much Dental Masters!!!

By far the best Dental experience I’ve had. All the staff including the Doctor were all amazing. The service was amazing, all the staff is friendly and handled everything in a timely and professional manner and all my Dental needs were met!

I came here back in April . It was my first time coming here I didnt know what to expect on my first visit but it went super great!! All the girls are super helpful in helping your needs ! I would defined recommend this dental clinic !!!

This place used to be a friendly facility but lately the staff has gone down the drain, including the managers. They treat patients very poorly and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The wait time is eternal and they do not bother to check in on you. Feel free to check out this facility if you want to leave annoyed and with a job half done.

This is the worst place to go to the dentist. I went to go have my teeth cleaned and this oriental woman attended me. She does not know how to do her job. She injured a perfectly well crown. A couple days later it started hurting so I went back. They then offered to fix it for a price of almost $2000. I had no choice I had to have it fixed since I had an infection caused by that woman. I do not recommend for anyone to come here.

Staff is really bad, uncompassionate, rude, condensending, missleading and do not apologize for their mistakes and still try to blame you. Some of the actual dentists are good though. Staff that actually love their job should be placed instead the ones here. What a shame.

Please boycott this place went in for a extraction and was given something for the pain. Swollen went down, tongue still numb. Its been a week now, lost taste buds in tongue also after the surgery i felt sick and ask if I could get some air they said no hold my arm and would not let me go out for air.

Please do not go There I’m trying to call them because this is the third time my permanent crown has come off it seems like they can’t get their stuff right over there and it’s important for the crown because that were the lord partials hold onto now I can’t wear them at all, and one other time I had Dentis walk away from her work because she didn’t want to hear me so she got frustrated and walked away and left me with my crown in my hand and they put an upper crown that was so high IAsked why do they have to grind it down they should’ve done it right the first time so the The dentist walked away because she didn’t want to hear it from me I think that was very unprofessional I have had talked to the higher management and it seems like it gets worse there always bring new people in new dentist they do not know nothing about you and they proceed to work on you never the same dentist
