Worst front desk receptionist I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! I was referred to them by my primary dentist for root canal. I left the referral paper at home and I live very far from this place. The girl told me they couldn’t see me unless I had the paper. I told her “Even if it’s just a root canal with insurance?” She said sorry we can’t work on you unless you have the paper. I said it’s fine and I just left. (Obviously I knew I was at fault for forgetting the referral paper, what can I do at that point). I called MY dentist & told them I forgot my paper. My dentist said no problem we will gladly FAX them a copy. I rushed back to my appointment. As soon as I opened the door the girl is on the phone, pauses her phone call and tells me “I told you we can’t see you unless you have the referral paper on you!” At that point I’m in complete shock and all I reply is “my dentist said they can send you a copy”. She just stares at me and proceeds talking on the phone. Once she’s done on the phone she tells me to give her my dentists number and I said it’s okay don’t worry just give me the fax number and I’ll call my dentist to send it over. Seems like she got upset and she demanded my dentist number and I said that’s fine, I was scrolling through my phone to look for it for her and while I’m doing so she’s giving me attitude and telling me for the 4th time with attitude that next time they will NOT see me if I don’t give them that referral paper upfront. That’s when I couldn’t take her terrible attitude any longer and I told her she doesn’t need to lecture me I’ve heard her enough she didn’t have to keep telling me over and over. Some woman from the back come to the front to get something and the young girl turns to her and tells her that I’m being RUDE to her lol. Flipping the role and acting like she is the VICTIM after the fact that she can’t control herself or give better customer service. I know I made a mistake and all people make mistakes. She needs to learn to be a little more nicer to others and she needs to stop acting like a victim and lying for her disgusting attitude. If you’re referred to this dentist do yourself a favor and run the other way. Anyways everything happens for a reason because that dentist looks disgusting!!! Some dental assistant, older woman was sitting in the lobby gossiping with a client about someone. Didn’t get to experience the dentist but I recommended he or she hires new staff. And by the way I called my dentist to share my unpleasant experience and she said it’s not the first time they get complaints about the staff there being rude!

I came in yesterday with an achy tooth! Everyone made me feel at home! Office manager was very nice. Then x-ray tech was such a caring person. Dr. was amazing! He took his time. Let me think about the work that needed to be done. Loved this place, parking great too!

I was explained every procedure that I received. This was helpful for my anxiety.The dentist was amazing. She was very kind to me. All the treatments given by the doctor has been amazing! I broke a molar which was deemed impossible for the saving of the tooth... The doctor worked with me and did her best to save my tooth! My tooth has been saved and I thank you so much for your professional care Doctor!I want to give thanks to Diana for your help on my dental plan. Thank you for showing me and explaining to me everything I needed done for my teeth. You also helped me arrange a payment plan that is best for me. For that, you rock!!Lastly, I dont want to leave any one out of my conclusion because you have all been great to me and continue to be great to me as I go to my appointments! I went in to get my wisdom molars removed and had a great experience. The Dr was very gentle and fast. The girls at the front desk made me feel at home. Various times people came out to offer something to eat or drink. Everyone was so nice. On top of everything the recovery was very smooth from the surgery.

I came in for a teeth cleaning and came out of it with a good experience. My teeth are sparkly clean and through the whole process they were gentle and it seemed like they actually cared about what they were doing. This is definitely my go to dentist from now on.

They take their sweet time. Ive seen other patients getting angry for waiting too long.Asked if i can change my schedule because i have school. Lady in the front desk asked what i classes i was taking i said i was taking physical education for summer and she said i was going to make little money... little does she know i own 2 business and im 19. But its cool 😉

My mouth has never been better. I had sensitivity issues and now thats all gone. The special attention has made such a difference. I learn something new with each visit. Being proactive has also helped me to relax!

This place did what they told me theyll do for me. It did took some time to finish but was with the intention to give me a job with quality . Tried another office and compared it, l was wrong the first time I gave a bad review. Thank you to the staff for the help they offered.

Before deciding to go to SMILE AVENUE, understand that even if you make an appointment you will still end up waiting there all-day long. There are no Quality Assurance practices there at all. The staff will give you all kinds of excuses, as they did to me. Also, the dentist, Sophia, is never there in the mornings. Keep in mind that you will be charged more than $400.00 for an X-ray and 3 minutes of brushing (not even cleaning!) your teeth. This occurs because you have a low-income insurance. From my personal experience, providing quality service to the customer appears to be their lowest priority. My advice to anyone whos looking for a quality dentist is to do your homework and research before leaping.Good luck!

They make me happy to go to the dentist and I usually hate going to the dentist, but they are not rushed like other dentist I normally meet they are caring and the cleanings are very thorough. Definitely a recommendation from me.

Dr Rosov saved me the other day. I had a popcorn kernel stuck in my gum and she got it out painlessly in minutes and I was able to get a teeth cleaning and I feel like I have air coming through my individual teeth. It feels amazing!!! Thank you DR! Will be back with the family!

Wonderfull service, i came for an extraction and Doctor was very kind he answered all my questions before removing my wisdom teeth and then in like 2 seconds he did extraction without any pain. Just amazing! Definetively ill come back for my future dental checks

This place is a nightmare, I dont know where to begin with how long you have to wait to get your teeth checked. Going on 3 hours and still in the 5x5 square feet lobby.They offer me water, they should offer lunch. Stay as far away from here please...

I have been visiting this office for many years. I defiantly recommend this place for everybody.One and the most important thing is safety. I know that this place is safe. They are very caution with sanity as they use disposable matirials and sanitize reusable instruments following all necessary procedures.Their personal is friendly and open. They describe all procedures thoroughly and discuss all the options in details.They keep appointments. Your waiting time is reasonable and always short. But you have to make an appointment.

Below average dental office. Unacceptable, never-ending waiting time magnified with absolute lack of appreciation and non-recognition towards patients’ time and effort to appointment compliance. Disappointing.

First of all, there is an Indian who took ex-rays as well as take care of my mother, he also took care for my mother as if it was his mother. In my book, this keeps clients coming in. He needs a raise. His kindness is valuable.

Very bad experience when wanting to change Childrens Dental Funzone for this place, the staff is friendly but it takes you too long to take care of your patients the person who takes the x-rays gets crushed instead of doing their job I got there from 4 which was not there no patient, until 5:15 passed my son took about 25 minutes and call my daughter while she took the x-rays, because I will be where my son was thinking that they had already cleaned and it turns out that no😡and the person who takes out the x-rays asks me, that since I was angry with millet for having chosen that place, desperate because I had to go to work at 6 just because I said that how much longer they would take because I was I was getting late for work, when they started with my total son, we left at 6:13, so I was there for 2 hours and for a 5 minute brushing ... well, you can learn from mistakes and then that will stay for me to return to this place .I dont know I recommend them

A couple of years ago they put a tooth on a super infected part, the infection did not heal and they worked the same to finish later ..

I do not recommend it, apart if you do not have an appointment, they make you believe that they will attend you soon and leave you as a last patient what you already know! that if you dont have a better date, dont go, but here they make you believe that they will attend you early when its not like that !!!
