I am so appreciative of Dr. Winston. He is a great dentist and very gentle with his dental treatments. I was in excruciating pain and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule in order to meet my dental needs. Thank you very much Dr. Winston!

Everything here is bad. They will have you come in for months and nothing will ever get done. Its been six months trying to do one filling that is been bothering me and today I am walking out with my x-rays to have it done somewhere else. Never coming back.Thank God its over.

Great experience. I came here after my previous implant specialist couldnt fix my tooth. Dr. WINSTON is one of the best dentist I have ever worked with. He knows exactly what he is doing. I love that he communicated everything along the way like I have never seen before! The front office staff is excellent as well. The insurance specialist even offered patients tea! Wow! This place is amazing.

The staff and dentists at Direct Dental are very nice yet professional. I have had only positive interactions during my appointments. I do think the fees are a bit high but generally good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good.

When I moved from Seattle last year, I was concerned about getting an AMAZING dentist like the one I had back home. I asked around about who my friends recommend and they gave two places. I called the first one, and they didn’t seem to care about me. Then I called Direct Dental and I felt this was the place. I made an appointment with Dr Hwang. I am so happy with the way he took care of me.

Walked in for emergency and was taken care of in a timely manner. Front office was kind enough to make me an appt with specialist the same day. The staff was very courteous and the doctor was great!Direct Dental please reconsider emergency walk ins on the weekends

I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from. I’ve been going for ortho treatment for over a year and a half now and they’ve just put in new brackets today after extending my treatment a further 6 months OUT OF SCHEDULE. Every time I go, people walk out unhappy and even complain out loud in the waiting room, “This is a joke.”Wait times after you check in (on time or early) are an hour+. They’ve improved by calling you into a room only to lead you there for another hour. I do give them props for this as I thought they were improving once they began this method, only to be disappointed in realizing I’m waiting the same amount of time, just in a different room. The front office staff is definitely friendly and I don’t think it’s their fault for these inconsistencies. The orthodontist is unprofessional and speaks to adults as if they were children.

I, as well as my husband and children, have been patients of Direct Dental for more than 30 years. When I first found Dr. Danny Muditajaya I stayed with him because he has the gentlest touch when it comes to injections. Everyone in his practice is very kind and professional. I highly recommend them!

Direct Dental in Pico Rivera has been my family’s dentists for many years. Dr Winston and Dr Hwang have been my dentists for several years. Dr Winston did two outstanding dental implants for me on badly damaged teeth. He is well trained and a very skilled in implant dentistry. They also have the latest and greatest equipment for dental implants. I also love seeing Dr Hwang for my regular dental issues because is such a gentle and kind dentist and he knows what he is doing.

The staff is well as the dentist make you feel very comfortable they dont treat you just as a patient they teach you as part of their team.

Dr Hwang is my dentist and always has my best interests in mind. He has a great attitude and is genuinely concerned about my pain tolerance. I feel complete trust when he works in my mouth. All I can say is Thanks! Im not a fan of going to the dentists but Direct Dental staff and dentists really care. Recently I injured a tooth and they took me in the very next day, even when they had a very busy schedule. Their staff and dentists always make me and my family feel welcome.
