This place doesn’t need a review. It’s amazing. Go! You won’t regret it. Everybody deserves to have there nails done nicely and quality and when I’m telling you this is the place. This is the place! Come you will not regret it. I had Lynn a few days back She was so sweet! Kind! And I enjoyed how she talked to me while she was doing my pedicure! I got a nice shade of white and she did it perfectly :) Definitely recommend

Lynn is outstanding and meticulous in her profession. I have been going there for several years and have never been dissatisfied. She is also very pleasant to be with. Tried to attach a picture so all could see her beautiful work but couldnt do it. Take my word, it is the best place to go.

This is my favorite nail salon! My nails always look fantastic and the prices are very reasonable! Plus, there are so many colors in gel/regular polish to choose from.

My daughters and I got pedicures here this weekend. It was our first time at Pro Nails. Very good experience. Price was good, service was good. Color selection was great too! We will be back.

This salon is the best. There are discounts through out the week. Lynn is wonderful! The salon is very proactive for covid19 with a new check in e-system. Lynn is an expert at her craft. She is always willing to listen. I’m very picky about my nails and the gel manicure lasts 3 weeks. Thanks Lynn.

I have been coming here for about a year now, about every 3 weeks. Lynn always does an incredible job on my nails. This week I asked her to do an ombré with black and purple... and of course a little sparkle! She did several tests on my nails to make sure it looked right before just doing something I might not like. I also get my eyebrows and lip done here and they always look great. This really is a great place and they are always friendly; even the ones that don’t speak much English try to be friendly lol. I highly recommend them.

Wow. I went here looking for a pink & white ombré acrylic nail and honestly I did not know how it would to turn out. It turned out to be absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I’m obsessed with how they look and it came out better than what I had in mind. I’ve been going here since I was 7 and I never walk out disappointed. I definitely recommend Lynn, she never ceases to amaze me with her wonderful work!! 5 stars well deserved!!

WORST PLACE EVER! As I walked in the front lady just asked what I wanted. I picked regular not gel then I picked my color, the table where I sit had someone else coffee and they didn’t clean it.I asked for wax and they just kind of tell you the price according to what you look as the price they gave me is different than what they had on the wall. I didn’t do wax as the lady that was doing my nails she said JUST PAY for what your doing which It was RUDE!- then she painted my nails with the worst actitud, and did a HORRIBLE JOB I do not recommend this place at all and I didn’t want to ask them to fix it for the HORRIBLE actitud!Worst nails place I ever been at.

This was my first time going to this nail salon. I was very happy with how my dipping powder turned out. I was a little turned off by how much I was charged for a sparkle ombre as this was much more expensive than where I used to go. Staff was friendly and welcoming and since she did such a nice job and took her time I would definitely go back.

Really friendly staff and great manicures. Mine typically last 2 weeks, sometimes longer if I take good care of them. 4 stars only because they really rush you to pick a color and you have to ask a few times for them to give you a minute or two.

Ive never made an appointment, but Ive always been able to get in on weekdays around 4/4:30 for a gel manicure or powder dip nails. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place for the atmosphere, as its very dated and basic. The girl does a good job with my powder dip nails, although I feel rushed choosing a color, as she stands over me asking what I want. I was really turned off a few months ago, when she asked me how much I paid at another salon ($30) across the street for the powder dip. Previously at Pro Nails, I paid $35. Well, for the service that day, she charged me $40. I thought it was interesting that she asked me how much I paid elsewhere, but then charged me more than she had previously (and $10 more than the other salon). When I questioned it, she said the price had gone up. I probably wont go back.

Lynn did my nails she was very nice and patient with me even though i always get super tense lol she did an amazing job on my nails they look so beautiful ! And i will definitely be coming back !

This place is amazing ! I went for my first time today i just got a pedicure hands down the best pedicure I’ve had ! They’re very sanitary and clean they wipe down chairs and everything when finished . Started on me almost as soon as i walked in . I will definitely be returning!

Great massage spa pedicure. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. They are even open on Sundays. Hot stones and hot towels and different flavors of lotions and scrubs.

This is a wonderful nail salon for so many reasons. Where do I begin??The ladies who work here are talented, delightful and very considerate. They always do their best to accommodate everyone, which can be difficult if it is a busy day, and 5 people walk in at the same time.The place is very clean, which is extremely important, and they use top quality products, which I am sure is one of the reasons that their pedicures virtually never chip. And, speaking of pedicures...the foot and leg massages given as part of the pedicures are AMAZING, none better than here. In addition, they have a huge line of polishes from which to choose, including gels.As I mentioned earlier, the ladies do their best to accommodate walk-ins, but during the high season for pedicures, I would call ahead for the best time to come, in the event that it is a busy day or time. If you need to walk-in, you can be sure that Lynn and Julie will do their very best to get you in as quickly as possible.I highly recommend Pro Nails in Phoenixville!

Quality and consistency! I have been going to this salon for 3 years. There open 7 days. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very professional and very skilled. No matter how busy they are. The always do their best work. And they have 1 hour body message for $50 which is incredible. Love it!

They don’t have any signs that say there is a $10 minimum for debit/credit. I had to walk to an ATM at another store and spend $2.50 to get cash out. I also gave them a coupon from an ad they have on a local restaurant’s menu which says “$2 off any service” with no exclusions. I was told that the ad was wrong, and it only applied for nails. So I left ultimately spending ~$12 for a half-decent eyebrow wax. Disappointed that they couldn’t just take off the 2 dollars...like really?

Made an appointment, had a mani and special expensive pedi done that day. Someone came in without an appointment. It seemed to cause stress although they wanted the money. The nail tech cut me twice on my feet, did not straighten out my toenails at all, just put polish on nails that needed to be shaped. I really should have complained right then and there, but after I said ouch you are hurting me, it was laughed off. She did not push back my cuticles for my dipped nails and frankly it was the one of worst jobs that Ive ever had done. Its healthier for your nails blah, blah blah. When done, it looked super thick like acrylic nails, yuck, within 2 days I could see a significant part of my cuticle. I was going out of town for funeral the next day so I did not have the time or desire to go back and complain. I will never go back, it was expensive and the job was subpar.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. I chose to get a gel manicure here after reading all the great reviews. I didn’t call ahead and went this past Sunday so I had to wait about half an hour, but I was prepared for that. The technician was skillful and did a nice job—or so I thought. I got this manicure three days ago and one nail has a small chip while another is halfway chipped off. This is not what I expected for a $26 manicure (no fake tips) and I am very disappointed since I can’t afford to get these redone for at least another week.

I’ve been coming here for years. Every tech I’ve had always takes their time with me making sure I’m happy with my mani/pedi before leaving. Best nail salon in phoenixville!

Time is so valuable and I find it so disrespectful when a business owner or employee does not respect customers time. I arrived to get a pedicure done and was asked to sit in the pedicure chair with my feet in the water. I waited for 30 minutes wasting my time while the only employee in the salon finished someones manicure... She never told me there was a wait!! Why have me wait for so long instead of being honest from the beginning... After waiting for so long I decided to leave as I realized she was far from finishing with the customer she was taking care of. Please be more respectful of peoples time!

I went to get a refill they charged me 40 dollars which it shouldve only been 30 and I had coffin nails when I went in there and walked out with some coffin some square. The paint job is horrible and thick, I cant believe this its only been 2 days and my nails look like I need another refill smh. They do good eye brows thats why Im givng them a 2 otherwise it would be a 1. I will never get my nails done there again.
