Great place to get your nails done! Everyone is friendly and inviting. They take their time to make sure your nails look great and give a great foot massage with pedicures. Highly recommend!!

I chose this salon because of the 4.9 rating. However when I walked in the door there were 8 people waiting and the lady at the desk didnt have any of them scheduled (even though they all called and scheduled appointments). It happens, unfortunately this was not the only issue. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in. I wanted a dip powder manicure. Unfortunately my nails are uneven and there was some sort of dust that made one of my nails sharp (see pictures). Really disappointed in the work that was done.

Loved this place. Came in last minute for my wedding. I got nail extensions with the dip powder and my nails have never looked this good in my life! I have never gotten this done before but this was a great experience. It took about 2 hours, but I didnt mind because it was fascinating to watch and pretty relaxing! Would recommend!

Also, during COVID they took extra measures in cleaning and protocol. I absolutely love coming here and couldn’t recommend them more!

Cinderella Nails did an amazing job! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the salon was so clean. This was my first time getting my nails done since the pandemic started, and I felt very comfortable doing so here. Masks were required and a lot of great procedures in place to keep others safe. My appointment was wonderful! The owner is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The salon is beautiful and extremely clean. All Covid precautions were in place. No use of waiting area, protective gear worn, all areas disinfected and social distancing was in use. My mani/pedi was perfect! It was a treat to relax and enjoy my salon time.

It was okay. The staff were nice and friendly but I am not super excited about the results. My French manicure isnt really done well. Its not curved well and one side of my nail is wider than the other side. They also didnt let the green base dry first or something because I see the green base underneath my beige base. Overall I feel good that I got my nails done but I cant say Ill recommend this place to a friend. I should say however that I was able to call and get an appointment the same day which was nice.

100% the best place to get a pedicure in the area and even surrounding areas. They take the time and care and don’t rush you out of the door like other local spots. Extremely friendly and an overall perfect experience. My wife and I love it!

What a superb experience! I was kinda in the mood for self pampering and thought what the heck?... boy was I surprised! Kathy was such a delight, and really took the time and attention to bring my grizzly paws back to life. This was my first time at this salon for a pedicure and I was very impressed. The salon smells nice, not full of chemicals. My feet look so much better than when I came in! The ladies are lovely as well!

I have been to this nail salon twice now recently and have been so impressed. Clean, professional, tranquil and great attention to detail. My first manicure and pedicure was done by Caitlyn who did an amazing job and really took her time including listening to specific preferences. Today I had a gel manicure done by the owner. I felt badly because I was in a rush but she was so understanding. She didnt skimp on quality but worked quickly to give me a beautiful manicure. I have found a new favorite! Highly recommend.

I recently visited this salon after my sister in law raved about it 2 weeks ago. I have been looking diligently for a “home” salon ever since I moved to the area last August. I have finally found it! Katherine the owner greeted me when I walked in the door with a happy smile and welcoming personality. The salon was unbelievably clean, they offer coffee and tea, and the services were wonderful! I had gotten a gel manicure and for some reason the polish appeared to be shrinking on my nail. Katherine saw this and told me if I was able to to come back in the next couple of days and she would fix it for free. I came back in a few days later and she did a complete new gel mani which turned out beautifully! When I went to offer her a tip she refused to take it. She is a wonderful person and owner. I will most definitely be back!

I was excited to try the newest nail salon in town. My husband and I were having lunch on Bridge St. when I decided to see if they could fit me in for a pedicure. I was able to make an appointment for 10 minutes later. The salon is beautifully appointed and very clean. The owner addressed me by name the entire time I was there. The woman who did my pedicure was meticulous and my nails still look perfect two weeks later. When they first opened, I looked at their menu of services online, and was disappointed to see that they did not do dipping powder. However, when I was there, they told me they would be starting this service in two or three weeks! I will definitely be back to try that and more pedicures!

Cinderella Nail Salon is a wonderful addition to downtown Phoenixville. I needed a quick manicure for a wedding and I am so glad I chose Cinderella. The salon is chic, modern and very clean. I walked right in and received one of the best manicures I have ever experienced. The technician was very friendly and meticulous in her work. The salon offers a loyalty program which will definitely keep me coming back. I can not wait to go back for pedicure, as the stations look incredibly luxurious.

The staff is absolutely amazing, they are so sweet and they treated my little sister so nicely when she got the kids manicure. And my eyebrows look really nice, Ive gone to more high-end places and it never looked this good. Super reasonable too. DEFINITELY going to come back here. 100% recommend

I just went to this salon today for the first time. The atmosphere is very welcoming! The workers are so sweet. All of their products are top of the line and everything is so nice and new. I’m so happy to have this right down the street from me!! Can’t wait to go back😄

Got a really great “Cinderella’s” pedicure here. They took their time and the paint is pretty and really even and has held up well. My only complaint is that it’s a little too expensive for a very normal pedicure routine marketed as something more special. However, this place has to be the most sanitary/clean nail salon I’ve ever been in so it might be worth it just for that! Also it’s something small but I appreciate that they let me tip on my card. Will return.

Such a wonderful experience! Ever since we moved to the area, I have been trying to find a quality nail salon. Cinderella exceeded my expectations by far! My pedicure was perfect, she paid attention to detail and took her time! Cannot wait to come back!

Kathy was super friendly and took her time on my pedicure even though they were closing shortly after I arrived. Beautiful place, tasteful and relaxing. They also promote a more natural way of providing manicures and pedicures, which I appreciate. I will be returning, and I feel everyone that walks by this summer should really check it out!

Very beautiful place inside! Excellent staff-makes it very homey. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done by Catherine. EXCELLENT job! She’s very particular and clean on painting-she did not get paint on my skin once! Also great place for gel - they use this buffer in between your nail and gel polish that prevents the separation and chipping. WILL BE GOING HERE FROM NOW ON!!

The salon has gorgeous interiors, it gives you a warm homey feeling as soon as you walk in. The service was excellent, a great selection of nail polish colors and varieties. My manicure was done thoroughly by a very sweet nail technician. I would definitely visit again!

Went there a few days ago, got tips put on, one already cracked and the other nail broke off, had then for literally 3 days!!! never going back there. 65$ just for one to crack and the other to pop off. such a waste of money

I moved up from Nashville TN in October and have gone to four or five nail salons in the Royersford/Phoenixville area trying to find a salon to call home. I found Cinderella Nail Salon online and went for a manicure and pedicure last weekend--it was awesome and I finally found my go-to nail salon :). I waited a week to write a review to make sure my nails stayed nice; no chips on my nails (gel polish) or toe nails (regular polish) yet! In fact, I had my baby shower yesterday and got several compliments on my manicure :).The experience was so relaxing and everyone working there was so nice. The facility was very nice--clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The pedicure chairs are awesome. Very reasonably priced for the quality of service you get (I think it was $70 for a gel manicure and Cinderella Pedicure (they had cheaper pedicure options)). They had a big selection of teas and other beverages, and I even got a shoulder massage a the end of my manicure!!Overall wonderful experience! I cant wait to go back :).
