I love this place! The nail techs are super fast and never skimp on quality. They make sure the shape of your nails match up and are meticulous about their hand painted designs. I have been looking for a good nail salon for years and I finally found one!! I am moving out of phoenixville but will continue to come here after I move because they are so great . 10 out of 10 from me!!

Went here for acrylic removal (my first time having them for my wedding) and gel manicure. Experience was perfect. They had the door propped open too which was nice to have fresh air. They also have a point system for discounts. The place is just a block away from my house so I will probably be going back regularly (:

Loved the service here! Come here regularly for mani/pedis and eyebrow waxing. They always do a wonderful job! Theyre quite busy on the weekends so make sure to call ahead and book an appointment. Will be back!

I love going to Ethan’s! I’ve been coming here for many years and I have always had great service: quality nails that don’t chip quickly, professional& friendly estheticians, & very affordable. The salon is clean, not usually too busy, & has tons of parking since it’s not in the center of town. I would definitely recommend Ethan’s Nails.

Ethans is really a great place to get nails, pedi, waxing . I’ve been getting the dips and my nails look amazing and lasts for over 2weeks . They look awesome and I won’t go anywhere else

I’ve been going there for about ten years, through different managers, and I’m always pleased. Staff are pleasant and service is great.

Went in for a refill and gel pedi. My nails were done by a man. Each of my nails are inconsistent in length, thickness, and polish. They have no shape to them at all. He did not take his time in shaping the nails what so ever. My pedicure was also rushed, barely massaged. The only thing they do to scrub your feet is pumas for 10 seconds with no solution. For my refill and pedi it was $81 plus tip, $15 more then I usually pay for much better service. I got my nails done last Thursday and have an appointment today with another salon to have them redone.

First time going and I love how my nails came out. They took their time massaging. Staff is very friendly. I will be back.

Excellent service. This is my first time at this nail salon. The salon is super clean. The staffs are nice and kindly. I got a pedicure and it was wonderful. Especially the shoulder massage that she gave it to me while I was drying my toes. Definitely go back.

Usually have a good experience. Go every other week for almost a year now. Today I went in and asked them to fix a couple of my nails. I got the powder dip this afternoon. Went back later in the day and simply asked for a clear coat. They asked me to show them the issues. Some sides of my nails were soft still and never hardened. The top coat didn’t cover 4/10 tips of my nails properly. When I showed them the soft nails the guy yelled at me to stop doing it and acted extremely annoyed that I was simply asking for another clear coat. Needless to say, I didn’t even let them put the extra coat on after being yelled at. Usually a frequent customer- never a customer again. It’s a shame.

I always go to Ethan Nails for my pedicures and manicures. Their space is pretty and relaxing. The staff do a beautiful job. Theyre friendly and extremely good at what they do, especially the spa pedicure! I go during off-times, and even then they have clients, but they always manage to fit me in so I dont have to wait. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Ethan Nails!!

Excellent mani and pedi. The service and quality is great. I love the little extra touches like the hot pad they put on your neck and shoulders during the manicure and the massage that follows that! A great value as well.

Took 45 minutes to glue nails one, and make nails super thin and they already fell off. Never again.

What a nice and clean place. The leg massage was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Never again. I got my nails done on Friday, by Monday it was already falling apart. If you want nails that will last you at least 2 weeks, do not go there. Go somewhere else.

I went here not to long ago to get acrylic nails. I have had these nails done before at many other places and have been happy. Well while at Ethans I had 4 different girls work on my nails, they rushed, they were rude, the fake nails looked bumpy.. then the next day when I opened a Tupper ware container two nails popped off. I have never had that happen usually they last a long time. So I went back asked them to take them off. The lady that owns the place asked what I did I told her and she yelled at me saying it was my fault not the 4 girls that worked on me. She was very rude, I did not ask for my money back I just asked for them off, she took them off and was rough and mean, saying hunny I in the business long time its you own fault. LEARN HOW TO TREAT COUSTOMERS. I will never be back and I recommend people never to go there.
