Love the co-workers and the companies they send us to theyre amazing. Very amazing managers and co-workers. Extremely professional and great agency company to work with. Friendly and polite people to work with. Michelle, Jorge, Dale, Cintya, Ms. Jackie, and Ms. Ava are the best managers ever. I love ESW staffing. Been with them for 3 years and very dedicated and devoted to work with them. ESW Staffing is awesome.

Been working at ESW Staffing for almost a month and the staff here is Great! I recently moved from California and they got me a job a.s.a.p.! Christian is a good example of hard work and commitment because he gets you in the door and gets you working no questions asked, and they work around your schedule so theres no problem ESW Staffing earns more then a 5☆ rating thanks guys.

I have used ESW Staffing on two different occasions at our house. One was a wedding rehearsal dinner and one was our 40th wedding anniversary party. On both occasions, the servers and bartender provided was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, did not need a lot of direction. They even cleaned up most of the kitchen before leaving! I will definitely use them again.

My experience with ESW Staffing was that a good majority of the recruiters were very unprofessional and extremely rude to me personally but the front desk young ladies are quite pleasant to speak with via in person and over the phone. Regardless, I would highly recommend doing business with a different agency for all your employment and staffing needs because ESW is certainly not the best in Phoenix as they claim to be on paper. They do expect their employees to maintain the utmost professionalism at all times while on the job which is commonly referred to as Standard Operating Procedure in the hospitality and customer service industries which are particular arenas where I have 25+ years of experience. However, the same protocol is unfortunately not followed in their personal interactions with employees who are actually treated with a lack of human decency and respect which are two main factors that should be of the utmost importance. People that I had the pleasure of meeting during my short tenure there are simply trying to make an honest living and should not be seen by their employer as lambs to the slaughter. Esw is an amazing company to work for. They always work with you, always willing to give chances to their workers. The staff and managers are awesome and very nice. Ive never had any problems getting shifts there is almost always work available.

So far, I agree completely with some comments here about the Staff. Rude, unprofessional, its like they set you up for failure trying to communicate with them. I dont need this kind of stress!!! Ill say more later.

They’re very fair to work with. Jackie, Jorge and Michelle have always been more than kind..and every event isn’t going to be a huge moneymaker with any company..that’s the event biz..but always best to give it more than one shot before you decide.

Dont waste your time with these people . They are really rude to theire employes they talk down to you and make you feel worthless . they only give out the good shifts and higher paying Gigs to there favorite employes ... I donot recommend.

ESW is a great place to work and a great company.I moved to the Valley 20 Months Ago and have been able to supplement all my Jobs with events fromESW. Jorge, Dale, Mitzi,Ava, Michelle Christian, and Rose all have been verry good to me.IF you know what your are doing, can show up on time and dressed properly with the proper tools you will always have work

I thought it was completely unacceptable how i was called back late for my interview but now they wanted me to come in for an orientation. Isnt that crazy? Oh I did not like the white ladys attitude at all. She was so rude and because of that i dont want to work for this company EVER! You guys should hire better people at the front office. Thanks no thanks :)

They send out some crazy people. I had wondered if this place only hires peoples with disabillitys if thats the place this is its all good but you should make your clients aware that thats the case.

Im giving it 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk are very professional but, the account manager is arrogant and is quick to get an attitude. I rather not work for a company like this. This is just something to do for extra cash. Nothing more nothing less.

Staffing Manager Christian basically handles situations the same as Jorge Ontiveros, HUGE lack of understanding and courtesy to others.No Stars! Beware this place is just a little ghetto place that can shred my file because I refuse to asaociate myself with such a place that operates like so. Theres are Tons of BETTER places to work, do your research, I didnt.The guy that does the orientation has a personality atleast. WOW Im APPAULED especially when Christian claimed I attacked him lol, really.After he called me incompitent. Shred my file and all my contact info, DONT EVER Call or email me again.

On my 18 years,working for E.S.W. after i move from L.A. on my 4th day in phoenix i stard working at Saguaro hight school on Scottsdale it was only for 4 hours for a week it ended 8 hours a day throw the whole school year,and after that beautiful experience came so many, that i will need hours to finish,some times its not easy,because you have to deal w so many different people,but maybe thats why its so interesting,im a chef w 38 years experience and E.S.W.make me a very strong banquet captain,thats was my title at the Mesa Convention Center for Ovations that wll not happen it wasnt for E.S.W.for me these company,and coworkers at the office its not only a temp agency,theres people who are being not only my boss,but there are been there on my broken days,my love and respect to Rose And Linda people who one time was there and they left there seeds,my love and prays for young beautiful Zemenia,Marco Polo banquet server it was an accident thank you to, grampy Maggy and many more Pamela,From Ice Evil Queen,to respected and love professional beautiful Queen or general manager Michael my sweet old banquet captain Eva and all of then unike staff i can resume, on many ways but it for the reader to see why, to be working for so many years to a temp agency,Simple its EXECUTEMPS SOUTH WEST,.the best in Phoenix AzThank you i know some times, my Polo side wake up on the wrong sideLove you
