I was contacted three weeks ago by Justin Mason, one of the direct hire recruiters for a Comp Analyst position. I quickly had a Zoom interview scheduled with the hiring manager the next Monday and felt it went well. The aspect that led to my 1-star assessment is that I was ghosted by Justin and never received a call or email to let me know feedback or discuss additional opportunities. This is unacceptable and not professional; do not bother responding if someone from Ajilon calls.

I have never tried a staffing program before, Angie Walton from Ajilon made the steps very easy, helping me find a job opening, preparing me for the interview, also calling me before the interview asking me if I was ready and wish me good luck. I would recommend Angie to anyone looking for job positions.

I was working with Christian, everything seem fine in the beginning he wanted to get to know my background a little more better and the compensation for which I was looking for, told me he would follow up with me once he connects with employer to push compensation got back with me 3 days later over email I responded and he hasn’t been back in contact with me ever Since. Exactly why I was always skeptical with working with job agency’s rather do it myself at this point. Total waste of time.

After many years of being ignored I finally got the chance to work with Ajilon and I was so happy! The day of my interview a job was found for me. It was supposed to be a 3 month temp to hire receptionist position. In my head Im thinking if they choose not to hire me, Ill at least have work for the next 3 months. what I was not told was that this was in fact not a 3 month temp to hire but more of a fill in while they went through the interview process for other receptionists because their last one quit too early. I worked that job for 28 days before they ended up hiring a new receptionist. I reached out to my recruiter and suddenly every time I called he was not available I was also working with another recruiter there who submitted me for a job and when I wasnt chosen for that role, he gave up on me too and quit taking my calls. They both told me were still looking but Ive not heard from them in 2 months. I even see Ajilon posting jobs regularly on indeed. When I apply, they blatantly ignore me. I would never recommend this agency unless you enjoy disappointment and being given up on from the start.

I am so disappointed with this agency. Its a huge scam in my opinion. Their office is really nice and has a good feel, but other than that, its a terrible waste of time. I applied for a job on their website that had a pay range of $18-22 an hour. I was contacted by a recruiter saying they wanted me to come in person and give me more info on this job. They refused to give me the name of the jobs company over the phone. Went into their office to meet with a recruiter, who completely brushed aside the job I was there to get more information about. She instead pushed a $14/hour job on me, saying I could start tomorrow and went on about it. I stated I was not interested because of the low pay and wanted to know more about the job I had COME THERE FOR. She said shed submit me for that job and get back to me in a few days. Well, she got back to me the next day pushing the 14/hour job once again, acting like the original job I was interested in never existed. I am so annoyed by this agency because they post fake job listings on their website with decent pay, but once you go into their office for an interview, they try and push low-paying jobs theyre having a hard time filling on you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

This company has a communication issue. I read their reviews before accepting an interview with them, and thought I would be lucky...but I was not. The recruiter was totally rude and unprofessional. Total waste of time.

I worked with Chasity, Leah and Chelsea. None of them ever landed me a position with my impressive resume. I believe it was Chasity who told me during my meeting with her, Who do you think you are to expect that kind of salary jump? She was so unprofessional and rude. I applied for a job that was lateral to the job that I had just left. The job Ajilon posted had the exact job duties that I was performing at my previous job, but with a significant salary increase. I responded to Chasity, why would I ask for less when the job posting states exactly what salary is being offered? After that experience I never dealt with Ajilon again. They are pathetic.

I went there summer 2019 met with a nice recruiter. I went for an interview with one of their clients and that client didnt offer me a job thus the agency wouldnt help me find other work. Felt like my time was wasted!

Leah is very professional. She met with me, interviewed me and stayed in communication with me. She found me a job which I like very much in less than 2 weeks, If I call and speak to the receptionist, she is very helpful and they do call back. I appreciate Ajilon and everything they have done for me!!!!!!

Ashton Hallan goes above and beyond. She was so attentive, and always had a new assignment available when needed. This is my first Google Review, and Im glad its for her. Ashton is really awesome.

This is the worst company ever. Their staff have already proven to me that they dont care. They promise to call and give you hope that they have jobs that fit your work experience. They tell you I will call you )ater today or tomorrow morning and two weeks later you still dont hear back from them. You call and leave messages and nothing. They should hire me to show them what true customer service means. Maybe than their ratings will be better than 1.5 stars.

This Ajilon location is really great at finding you all types of work. Career jobs, part-time weekend work, Direct Hire positions and short term positions. Always communicate to them what you are looking for and they will assist. Leah is awesome and Chelsea is really awesome. They respond promptly to emails and voicemails. I now work part-time with them and if my life changes all I need to do is communicate my circumstances and my wish is their command. So please dont get discouraged with them because a lot of employers in the East and West Valley really trust and enjoy working with Ajilon and their candidates.

Dont waste your time! Recruiters dont answer emails or phone calls! Never respond to anything. The receptionist.....what a flake. Learn to talk and not sound like some Valley girl! Ads say to call or email a certain contact person yet yhey never respond to an email or phone call! Youre better off on your own!

This is not a real staffing company .. it is a scam... never trust them and give them your personal information.

Went in for an interview in September. Talked to Brandon. Its been a month since weve spoke, ive reached out to him twice with no response. Waste of time trying to use this staffing agency to find work. Had high hopes since they were refered by a successful family member. Should have listened to the reviews before trying.

This place is a joke. I went in to speak with Justin Mason and it stated that he had several jobs in my field. I even sent a fellow veteran in there to speak with in as well. There was absolutely no contact after that. I called and email on a number of occasions but didnt get any response. 3 months later out of the blue, Justin calls and ask are you still looking for work? No, Im just sitting here waiting for a 1 star temp agency to find something for me. Complete waste of time. They lure you in with postings of high paying jobs but they dont really have the access to them like they claim. If you are an employer, DO NOT USE THIS STAFFING AGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke with Leah Rocco before this interview and my time, gas, effort and energy were wasted. As an HR professional of nearly 10 years, I am completely disgusted with their process.I dont want to believe that there are discriminatory practices in 2018; however, I was qualified over the phone, on paper and successfully passed the phone screen.

If you are serious about finding a job, please go on to indeed or just print up your own resume and look for yourself. My recruiter was Morgan, and even though she was a nice person, she only helped me with one job, she told me about a bus assistance job for 12 bucks! I thought they only had admin jobs, so o was blown away that she would tell me about a job, basically babysitting kids, I told her I have no experience with working with kids, and I have nothing like that on my resume, she then comes back next day about a position that she told me she would contact me if they reached out, obviously the my didn’t and that’s fine, but I have not heard about any other position in weeks, I then wrote to a recruiter named Megan, got her information through an ex-employee I worked with, and I haven’t even gotten a response. I am so disappointed in this company, all smiles and the place looks nice and together, but the recruiting and communication skills are the worse. I will never recommend this place to anyone that is actually serious about finding a job. I really hope you guys read this as actually get people in there, that way to help and actually do your job. I wasted my time driving all the way there, for what? To not be contacted and reached back out to for weeks? I wanted to give zero stars, but the location was nice and clean, unlike the drive to help people.

Waste of time. They do not follow-up on the timeline they provide you with and do not respond to emails or phone calls. Highly unprofessional service and Id be interested to hear how their clients feel about the quality of the candidates that are passed along.

Do not use this company. They will follow up with you one time after the initial interview, where they assure you that you will be a great candidate and taken care of then you never hear from them again. No explanation. Extremely disheartening & unprofessional when you are seriously looking for another job opportunity.

I had a interview with Christie S. Mesa office yesterday. I brought all the items requested I was put in a room for over 30 minutes. I waited and waited no one came in. 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM yesterday. I am in management, however not sure Christie knows how to schedule.

They just fish for resumes to meet their monthly quotas. Save your time and effort to a different agency, this place is a waste of time.

Dont waste your time. They lead you on and the girls in the front make up stuff to the people who want to get a hold of. They dont call you back and give excuses that they are too busy.

Honestly dont waste your time here !!! When you go for the office interview they tell you that they do have job openings. After they wont call you and its hard to get in contact with them.. they just bs too much.
