So I was looking for a job, I have 2 friends that work at P&G so they said it would be quick, I filled out the (annoying long) application, I had blood! Drawn went to the empty place to fill out the rest of my application & I recently received my tests back to make sure I wasnt allergic & it was great I am not & still no call. The girls are kinda nice mostly rude meet me in the streets I think they should be more professional & yall should really call people back to let them know they dont have a job. I will never recommend this place !

Worst interview i have ever had. Took forever to attend me after i have a set time appt for an interview. Spent almost 3 hrs in office. The recruiter in charge Tabetha the worst! No professionalism at all. If there was a -5 star I would apply it!

I got a job through them a year ago, didnt work out so I went somewhere else . Recently I just got another job by them and they didnt ask to update any of my info they just put me in a job I been there for a week working and now Im not getting paid because they sent my money to a bank I do t have anymore . Now I gotta wait because they couldnt ask for any updated info . I think they rush through things to put people in so they can get a commission.

I like the staff. Three months shy of 2 years they found me a job that I loved at first but as the foundation of that company began to crumble so did the ideals and ethics that were once enforced upon me. Another thing too is that I will never see a raise for as long as I work for them and I (not to toot my own horn) am an amazing worker. I have experienced a payment frenzy with Solutions Staffing but since I am not that desperate for my money to come in a simple phone call to them to correct the mistake and a have a nice day to close was sufficient for me. I will be returning very soon for another awesome job from Solutions Staffing of Phoenix because theyre amazing.

If I could give a zero I would, I Got hung up after asking questions about jobs to see what would be the best fit. They only have 1 job opened for a staffing service..I get a selective type of people vibe being there only for there race, the bad reviews dont lie & if there good most definitely from there people or referred from the people already in.I will be filing a complaint to the better business Bureau.

I was very impressed with their professionalism at the Phoenix location. I really appreciated how Tabetha worked to help find the right job for me and my schedule needs. So many places just get you in and out and dont listen to what youre looking for or placing you somewhere that matches your qualifications. Of all the temp agencies out there this is one of the best.

First off, I recommend this agency for anyone looking for a job asap. The secretary at the front desk Yamileth is very friendly and helps answer questions regarding the application process. My favorite recruiter named Alma is so welcoming and will guide you through various job offers to best fit your schedule... If i could leave a zero star rating I would. How these people got great customer services confuses me. All I did was call to confirm what type of staffing these guy do. Most EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES dont hire people with just an entry level skill. I always prefer to call before going on trip to have my valued time wasted. Its a shame that a company has to hang up on people when they call there front desk. Just to see if it was my phone I actually call on another phone. They answer. but the unknown lady on the other end of the telephone said please hold,. After a few seconds on hold the line once again hung up. Either there having phone problems with there phone line, or this company just doesnt have any good customer service. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone in my shoes desperately looking for work with little to no experience, just based off that alone. Hopefully my negative experience with the front desk today 11-14-2018 will get sent over to HR department and they will adjust the problem and this wont be a problem for others in the future.. But what saddens me reading back the reviews dating back to 9 months this company only cares about the positive reviews and doesnt leave remarks on the staffing companys mistakes and for that is a shame, and just comes to show that they wont change.we can only hope.....

A recruiter had me come in for a job assignment, when I came in he forgot what job assignment he had told me. I had to correct him on certain things and he just looked dum founded I dont know how he got that position be a recruiter but he is not professional at all. Scottsdale solution staffing rock. As for the recruiter at this location you need more training sorry buddy

If your looking for a job and dont mind the wait it takes to interview with someone its a great place. But if you like going in and out this is not the place for you as the friendly staff want to place you in a position that best suits your experience. They do offer an online application so you can save some time.

I went in to look for a job signed in filled out my application and was asked to return the next day. As I came in and patiently waited for my interview not one person spoke English to me. Then I watched as 5 are 6 people skipped me. As they were making ugly comments about a white boy looking for a job woth the staff as they were laughing at me thinking I didnt understand the bad words lol. What a joke very prejudice. Someone seriously needs to look into this

My fiancé went there and he took the drug test completed all the paperwork necessary to start. Then a day later they were calling him asking him to take his drug test he told them I already did this yesterday. When he went his first day everything was fine. The second day he went right when he got there they told him to go home, that he was guaranteed his 40 hours. Then he went back to solutions staffing told them he needs his 40 hours a week and they placed him at dick sporting goods and he went and the next day the same thing happened to him. This place is extremely unorganized and they do not take there job seriously. Before my fiancé even went in for his interview. He called them just to have them verify the time and the lady told him its not a good look your already calling off. He told them I dont even have a job yet Im just calling to verify the time for the interview. Please if you need a good steady job this staffing agency is NOT for you.

Place sucks, they never have any jobs. They tell you to come in for a interview you take a drug screening (urine), then find you “potential” jobs. Then tell you to go interview at a “job” they have for you. Then tell you your background is “pending” that they can’t have you work yet. Idk if it’s a staffing agency or a company your applying to work for. If I could rate 0 stars or negative stars I would.They are Unorganized, and never know what’s going on.

Went in to apply, and their computer system says that I already work for them. I never have. I talked with Adrian, which went well but was not able to login to their system. I called today and was put on hold repeatedly, then told because my information on the system was old, that I need to come in to update it. How can I update info for a company that I have never worked for? I am not going back to that place,.

Worked only one day through them. I was told by their client that it was 40 hours a week. After working 6 and a half hours the shop was closing. I asked the client if I was going to get 40 hours and then they tell me it will only be 35 a week. I quit because a $250 difference from what I was told before starting is significant. Went in to their office twice because I was not being paid for work I had done. First time the receptionist gave me a new pay card that still didnt get a deposit after a week. When I went back the same receptionist talked down to to me for quitting and getting a full time job. Still no pay

Solutions Staffing is a staffing agency that I highly recommend! The staff at the Phoenix location (35th Ave & Thomas) were great! Everyone there was nicel and helpful, never made me feel like I was bothering them like some other staffing places will. I was helped by Tabitha Valdez, she is the best, she helped find me a great job that I can actually say I enjoy going to everyday. So again this place comes highly recommend, I know you see other people who say negative things about Solutions Staffing, but my experience was awesome and Im sure if you go there and be kind and respectful you will glbe treated the same, I am not gettibg anything in return for the positive review, just a real person that is thankful I walked into their doors!
